"Yes." Hearing the old man suddenly calming out to him the moment he spotted him; Xuan Hao nodded his head before feeling the old man starting to examine from head to toe following his answer.

Only after a few seconds of careful examination did he seem satisfied as he lowered his gaze slightly with a more serious expression on his face. "Follow me, we will go to a more private location to discuss."

Understanding that the old man should have just made sure of his cultivation realm just now, Xuan Hao nodded his head in response before following the old man into a more private room that was separated from the bustling crowd of people entering and leaving the building on the other side.

From a glance around the small room, Xuan Hao could tell that there wa not only a formation in place to silence the sound from outside and prevent any conversation inside from leaking, but also a formation designed to restrain someone. Likely in case he ended up trying to attack the person from the Explorer Union he was meeting with.

The moment the two of them were isolated, the old man directly sat down as he said this without a single hint of hesitation. Having clearly switched into a professional demeanor the second the two of them were alone.

Not that Xuan Hao minded this. In fact, he preferred this, as it would allow him to get the information he wanted and leave the Explorer Union to start his search for potential future elders of the sect.

"Not something complicated, I want the information on the number of major powers in the regions outside the Northen Region and the larger ones among these major powers, like the Blue Sea Empire and Wei Empire here in our Northen Region."

Understandable, the price is…" Nodding his head in response to Xuan Hao's answer, the old man quickly calculated the price of the information and after Xuan Hao paid, he began explaining the overall structure of the different major powers on the continent.

First of all was the Western Region that could be said to be the region that interreacted the most with the Northern Region.

The Western Region was around the same size as the Northern Region, but different from the Northern Region which almost only composed of empires and kingdoms, the Western Region was compromised of different temples.

Among these temples, there were an astounding 23 who were at the major power level. Surpassing that of the Northern Region by more than 10.

On the other hand, when it came to powerful temples, there was only a single one comparable to the likes of the Blue Sea Empire and the Wei Empire… And that was the Heavenly Dragon Temple.

The reason why the Western Regions temples had not been able to encroach on the Northern Region was because the Wei Empire and the Blue Sea Empire both worked together in preventing anyone from the Western Region from expanding into the Northern Region… And given the strength of the two empires, there was nothing that these temples could do to fight back.

All things considered, Xuan Hao was quite happy to learn about this, as it made him understand that there was little chance of the Heavenly Dragon Temple taking any action against the sect in the future, as they would end up having to first pass through the massive empires of the northern region before they could do so.

Next up, Xuan Hao turned his attention towards the Eastern Region, the second region that bordered the Northen Region.

Different from the Western Region that seemed to want to expand into the Northern Region and had clashed several times with the local major powers, the Eastern Region held no adversarial relationship with the Northern Region.

Not because they were weaker in any way, as there were 17 major powers in the Eastern Region, four having reached a level compared to the Blue Sea Empire and the Wei Empire. Instead, it was because the Eastern Region was over two times the size of the Northern Region and the powers there were far too busy fighting each other to care about anyone else.
