C162: Raikou Unleashed

As the dust clears from the shockwave of the dragons roar, everyone takes up defensive positions but they are beyond bewildered at the state of the dragon's body. 

The massive dragon of over 300 feet in height stands proud with an even larger wingspan. Yet there are two features that are most predominant, first is the eye that was previously closed, or lack of said eye as now that unused eye is simply a massive hole that goes straight through the dragon's head. Yet they spot no brain bits leaking out. 

The dragon is now entirely white and it's scales barely even seen anymore. Though Chiron does point out to the others that he noticed that the scales are actually extremely small and thus far more densely packed than before. 

With the eye hole, it does open up the opportunity for someone to try getting in their and striking at the dragons brain but from the current retinue of heroes, only Siegfried is suicidal enough to jump in there. As for the original hole in it's chest that was made by Gae Dearg, that was healed as the dragon crushed the red spear during its Resurrecion. 

The reason for this is due to the rampant but condensed aura that feels like a second layer of scales to prevent it from getting hurt whilst also applying a heavy soul crushing pressure upon everyone nearby. Even Axel is affected by this pressure but his soul is much stronger than most and thus is not fully affected, and he can utilize bits of [Spirit Energy] to hold off the pressure as well. 

Axel sighs as he releases the next batch of Saints and heroes, but upon their arrival, new dark clouds gather up just above the dragon's head as dense lightning energy is gathered there. Axel enhances his lightning further with his own law power and the power of his new lightning god added in. 

A voice calls out from the depth of the clouds as dense lightning energy circulates around them. A thick divine aura erupts which makes these new lightning clouds much denser as the figure within accepts Axel's blessing. Their new third eye on their forehead splits open as a lightning rune lays in the center of the eye as she stares fiercely upon the dragon when she speaks out. 

"I Minamoto-no-Raikou hereby proclaim my true name" 

"I am Minamoto-No-Yorimitsu, I am the cursed USHI GOZEN, Demon Queen of all Oni, I am the Ox-king, who had initiated the greatest slaughter known to Human History."

"I am the lightning manifest, the storm compressed, and you shall feel my power" 

She ends her speech as she wields a bow to shoot a lightning bolt strike down upon the ground, just barely missing the dragon's head but even as the dragon seems to scoff at Raikou. Unbeknownst to it, a dense purple glow like a densely packed mist begins to spread. Traces of lightning burns mark the ground next to the dragon and it spreads out an extraordinarily long distance at a rapid pace that the dragon finally takes notice of this.

Raikou begins her chant as her original latex style battle suit changes with chunks of armor covering her shoulders, legs and waist, leaving her bubbly chest the same but a spike like fan crown appears upon her head. A representation of her own original sin, that of the Ox-king. 

"Oh great Sacred Beast, Representative of my Divine Will."

"Heed my call to arms, Crush upon your hooves that which I see as Unsightly."

"Sunder the earth under thy feet until only my will remains,"

"Go forth, my Divine Messenger" 

"Ox-King Divine Steed Manifestation"

The entirety of the glowing ground shines brighter and a widespread magic circle is formed from various lightning marks. From within this purple glow, a Hexapedal…'thing' rises up. The giant purple body with golden ornaments with what seems like an open roof throne room rests upon its back. The headless creature is easily twice as big as the hollowfied dragon who roars at the demonic elephant-like steed.

A moment later, under the purview of all the outstanding heroes, the steed lifts up one of its front legs amongst its 6 legs (2 front, 2 middle, 2 back. I counted) as a magic circle appears at the bottom of its foot. Lightning begins to shoot about randomly but one piece specifically strikes the bottom of the lifted hoof as an immaculate lightning rune is condensed before said hoof drops down upon the dragon's chest. 

This time everyone gathers up near Astolfo and Achilles to drive their energy into the reality marble shield. This creates a far more ruined version of the once glorious city as the lightning hoof collides with the dragons now released cero. 

The dragon's beam is now a completely different color, before it was the noxious green but now it is a dense black color that provides a sharp contrast against the descending purple glowing hoof. 

BOOOM

The very ground was already being crushed by the divine steed's weight but now the land is torn asunder as it splits directly in half, as if attempting to snap the world in half, one side and the other. 

When the hoof impacted against the dragon and its black Cero, thousands of lightning bolts crashed down upon the OED as the steed's leg also vanished within the powerful explosion provided by the dragon. The steed makes no sound while the dragon roars in pain as severe burn marks and lightning scars mark its giant body. It's left wing is left in tatters but before the sight of everyone nearby, the injuries gradually begin to heal. 

Also the Divine steed makes it's disappearance as Raikou's 3 eyes stare down upon the dragon, her katana, the Doujigiri Yasutsuna, manifests in her hand while ghostly apparitions of Raikou appear next to her in various outfits and weapons. One wields a halberd, another a simple looking spear, a third wields Raikou's just used bow, the fourth holds a clunky looking yellow lightning ax and the last is a replica of Raikou herself as it wields the Yasutsuna. (A variation of the Ox-king Storm Call - The Inescapable Net of Heaven. With her newfound divinity, she does not even need to call upon the sacred chant to boost the ghosts power but can make them directly like Axel does with his clones.)

RUMBLE And thus all 5 of these ghosts rush forward towards the dragon with the lightning enhanced Axe striking first upon the dragons head, a yellow burst of electric energy shoots out in all directions, zapping the dragon as it momentarily loses control of its body due to the electric shock to it's head. The aforementioned 'barrier' of dense energy being hacked away with ease even more so after it was stomped and shattered by the celestial steed. 

With the dragon 'shocked' in place, the second attack arrives in the form of the halberd wielder, the ghost first slashes at the dragons wings, cutting them off before stabbing down upon its left-side front claws, it disengages from the halberd of it's own choice after that as it dissipates into lightning, turning the halberd into a proper lightning rod. 

The third ghost does something similar, slashing upon its other wing but to less avail as it repeats the others action in stabbing it's other front claws and magnetizing the spear before turning into a lightning bolt themselves to strike the spear and deliver a second blow inside the flesh and blood of the dragons right arm.

The Fourth strike soon arrives in the form of a wind law attributed arrow from the bow ghost that upon landing on the dragon begins to tear it apart with various cuts and tears as it is densely injured. Yet these are only superficial outer injuries upon its scales but that is still more than enough as any energy it expends healing these injuries is more beneficial for everyone else. 

Of course there is still the matter of the Fifth ghost who rushes toward and with an Iai Slash, bisects the front of the dragon's very head. The injury only stops when it's gigantic maw is split in half but that was not enough to kill the beast as it finally regains enough control of it's body to unleash a flame breath. The OED focuses it's regenerative power to heal it's mouth first so as not to burn itself. The high speed regeneration then extends to it's left wing which is missing, a branch of black shoots out from the stump as tendrils extend to create the base skeleton structure before the paper thin membrane for flight is recreated.

With the wings back, the dragon flaps which causes up a giant windstorm along with it's physical strength, knocking the weapons out of it's front claws along with the remainder of the ghosts that remained. The dragon then turns to look directly at Raikou as it charges up it's next Cero.

While the ghosts were fighting, Raikou was not being lazy and just gazing on. She has a deep rage built up inside her that will only be quelled when peace returns to the world and she returns to Axel's side. 

During this whole time, she had been condensing, building up her lightning energy, both natural and her own law based creation that Axel shared with her. The two were combined, compressed further and simply waiting for the right time to strike. Luckily the two ghosts of the halberd and the spear lodged ghostly shards of metal within the dragons paws that continue to be magnetized. She can distinctively feel that the dragon has ignored these shards as it's incapable of harming it by itself. 

Yet that is where it's hubris shall reveal itself before the lightning gods might.

DOOOOOOOOOOOOM

On the other hand, deep within the clouds, Axel has a grin on his face as he senses the completion of the world spear within himself, or at least it's miniature version. He had finally completed it and now he only has the final task of absorbing the remaining laws so that they don't ravage the world should he leave now. But he is also relieved that Raikou is standing by her word and suppressing the greatest dragon, yet he will feel much better when he can sock it himself. 

"[Raphael], can we isolate whatever the memory incident was from before so that it doesnt repeat again? Should we absorb even a little bit of the dragon's energy"

"[Granted]"

A grin appears upon Axels face as he begins the final integration process

Drop a comment if you wanna judge my writing or the story. Ill try to respond, especially if you're confused or anything. 

To give some context, Im not making other versions of raikou to symbolize Ushi Gozen or the Ox-king of all oni and whatever other titles her alternate selves have in Fate. Instead the explanation is that long ago, as Raikou was making her original name, she was ambushed by a monster supremacist group that afflicted her with a series of mind control spells but they had made a mistake and also cast a berserk spell. This had caused Raikou to go mad and thus slaughtered them and then went on to kill many innocents.

That is why she gained the name of Ushi Gozen, as she had actually forgotten her real name during this time. Once she had regained her mind many years down the line, she had done her best to regain her honor and slaughtered the entire army she had sired. She then sought to seal away that part of her personality that caused all these slaughters which is where her 'horny' quirks came about when she used her mana burst.

As for the other side story stuff, After publishing the last chapter, I did remember that there were a couple other worlds and ideas I had but again they were all mostly lust and badly arranged, though i did reveal a few of them in my discord channel for danmachi should anybody be interested in those tidbits of info. We are at 27 stones. if we can reach close to 50 stones before I publish next chapter then ill reveal the info about this originally planned smut. both here and on discord.

With 3 days difference, that is 9 stones from me, bringing it automatically up to 36, yall just need to give up to 10 to 14 stones and we meet the goal. I have no reason to hide these details, and stones only serve to give this story more traction and a larger audience.
