DxD: Infernal Destroyer

Chapter 135: DxD 0135: Three Factions’ Summit

In the Occult Research Clubroom.

Rias was preparing her Peerage about how they were supposed to act during the meeting. They were, after all, going to be in the presence of some of the strongest people in the entire supernatural world.

"It's time, we should get going," Rias told them, "And Gasper, be good okay? We don't want you to randomly activate your power in the middle of the meeting. That would halt the proceedings."

Gasper came out of his box and looked at his king with a confident expression, "Yes, ma'am. I won't cause any problems." The gimp mask that Aika had previously put on him had disappeared after a few minutes of outrage from Rias' side.

"Good," Rias smiled, "Koneko will be staying here to accompany you, so you shouldn't be bored."

As Gasper looked back, Koneko opened a small box and showed it to him, "I prepared snacks."

Seeing the contents of the box, Gasper was excited.

Just as Rias was about to leave for the conference room, a yellow magic circle appeared in the room, followed by the appearance of Abaddon, Aika, and Xenovia.

"You're finally here," Rias said, "What about Ophie? There's no one home to take care of her."

"Are you warming up to the little girl?" Abaddon asked teasingly.

"I have to be responsible for her," Rias said, "It has nothing to do with the fact that I consider her to be very cute."

Abaddon chuckled at Rias' hurried explanation, "She's going to be fine," Abaddon told her, "I made sure that she's going to be occupied for the entire next day."

"I'm going to take you on multiple parenting classes after this summit is over," Rias sighed, "You probably left her in the game room with candy and snacks, didn't you?"

"What's wrong with that?" Abaddon asked, "She's going to be occupied and have fun to boot."

Rias shook her head, "Koneko, how about you and Gasper go back home and spend some time with Ophie?" She asked.

"I don't mind," Koneko said, "I like spending time in the game room."

"Thank you," Rias cast a red teleportation circle that Koneko pulled Gasper into before they both disappeared. Unlike Abaddon, who directly breached through the sub-dimension, Rias had the correct coordinates and key to enter and exit, which was why she could send Koneko and Gasper directly back home.

Abaddon didn't interfere with Rias' actions since he knew that it would be better to have someone accompanying Ophis. In case she got bored and left, it would be difficult for Abaddon to catch her again.

"Rias-san, I don't see Irina," Xenovia said, "Will she not be joining us in the meeting?"

"We will call her in once I bring up her topic with my brother," Rias told Xenovia and explained further, "She isn't part of either mine or Abaddon's Peerage and is considered an outsider. She doesn't have an official place in that meeting, so she can only be called in when the VIPs allow her entrance."

Soon enough, Abaddon and Rias left the clubroom and walked toward the meeting room with their respective Peerages following behind them.

Within the conference room.

A knock was heard on the door, followed by Grafia's voice that allowed the newcomers to enter. The door opened with a push as Abaddon and Rias entered the room, followed by Akeno and Aika, behind Rias and Abaddon respectively. Then came Kiba and Xenovia, walking in the line. Behind Kiba, Asia came in as the door automatically closed behind her.

Sona and Tsubaki were the only ones from her peerage within the room as Rias came and took a seat beside Sona while the others followed.

As for Abaddon, his entrance had created a lul within the room, turning the already somewhat heavy atmosphere even more stressful. He walked to the side of the Devils and stood between Sirzechs and Serafall, "Azazel, it's been a while," Abaddon said nonchalantly, "How has everything been?"

"Oh, nothing much," Azazel seemed to be enjoying the tense atmosphere within the room, "One of Grigori's cadres was just killed recently, so I had to deal with the backlash for that."

"Gee," Abaddon said, "I wonder who did that."

"If the pleasantries are over, how about we commence the summit?" Sirzechs said while looking at Abaddon.

"What's the hurry," He said casually before turning to Michael, "Greetings, Michael, I hope you don't have any problems with my possession of the Boosted Gear anymore."

The golden-armored angel with a halo on top of his head sighed helplessly, "I do hope you can forgive my previous uncouth actions, Young Abaddon. I had to at least try, for the good of the system."

"Water under the bridge," Abaddon smiled at him, "However, I would really love to be able to spend some time with your attendant. You must be Gabriel, right?" He asked with a smile.

"Abaddon …" Sirzechs said with a warning tone as Michael's face took a wry expression. As for Gabriel, she just looked at Abaddon cluelessly.

"Fine," He raised his hands in defeat, "I was just shooting my shot." He stepped back and stood behind Serafall's chair as Sona stood up from her spot and announced the commencement of the summit.

Serafall announced the first order of business which was related to a small skirmish between the Angels and Fallen Angels that occurred in the African sub-continent. Michael was the one to initiate the conversation with Azazel as Serafall looked through her notes.

She was not only representing the Devils in this meeting but was also acting as the mediator of the summit. This was why Sirzechs was also here. He was the representative of the Devils, while Serafall was essentially the foreign relations manager for the Devils.

The next hour or so went by with Serafall bringing up the random skirmishes and small talking points that needed to be discussed. At some point, Abaddon got bored and decided to take a seat. Sadly for him, all of the seats were taken and he would have to sit at the corner if he wanted to sit.

Instead, he pulled a different move and walked up to Akeno before picking her up out of her seat and sitting there himself. He then put the confused Queen on his lap as she processed what had just happened.

"What the hell are you doing?" Rias whispered from the side, "This is a serious meeting."

"They're just fucking around," Abaddon shrugged Rias' concerns off, "This is going to last another hour before they move on to Kokabiel's issue."

"Akeno …" Rias tried to appeal to Akeno, but the girl had already submissively melted in Abaddon's arms as he lightly caressed her body inappropriately.

"Tell me," Abaddon whispered in Akeno's ear, "Did you miss me? We spend an entire month wrapped around each other, after all."

"More like you kept my mouth wrapped around your cock, A-kun, fufu~" She giggled as Abaddon squeezed her chest, eliciting a sensual whimper from her that only he heard.

"The details aren't important," Abaddon used his other hand to caress her thigh, slipping his hand under the skirt of her uniform.

They stayed like that for the rest of the summit. Abaddon enjoyed teasing Akeno, who obediently kept sitting on his lap, enjoying his caresses while also making sure that he wasn't able to take things too far. She didn't want the occupants of the room to feel like Abaddon was crossing his limits.

Soon enough, it was time for the final topic of the meeting.

"Now then," Serafall spoke, "Let us address the elephant in the room, Kokabiel."

"Abaddon, Rias," Sirzechs called, much to Abaddon's annoyance. He was having fun and was about to curse at Sirzechs, but Akeno put her hand on his face.

"Go, A-kun," She gently placed her hand on the side of his face, "I'll be waiting for you once you're done." Her soft words brought a sense of peace to Abaddon as he gave her a light nod before standing up and putting her in the seat.

Rias also stood up at the same time and they both started walking forward. Abaddon felt a soft hand grabbing his hand and looked to his side, only to notice Rias' slightly troubled expression. She was nervous.

It made sense. She was going to be standing in front of some of the strongest beings in the supernatural world. Anyone would be nervous. Abaddon interlaced his fingers with hers and rubbed the back of her hand to somewhat calm her down.

Rias gulped but seemed to become calmer as she cleared her throat and spoke, "Here is the detailed report of the incident that occurred approximately one week ago. In brief, Kokabiel was here to reignite the flames of war that have already been doused …" She continued with a semi-prepared speech as she mentioned all of the major points of the incident.

Everyone patiently listened to her report as Abaddon's attention started wandering. His gaze naturally moved to the window as he looked at the artificial sky that was within the sub-dimension that Sona and her Peerage had established.

As Rias' speech continued, Abaddon noticed an unusual flicker in the fabric of the dimension. That single flicker was enough for him to realize that the bait had finally been caught. As he looked back at the table, he noticed Azazel looking at him with an amused expression. It wasn't just Abaddon who had noticed the intrusion.
