Chapter 200: Rode to Asgard
Everyone was ready to go the 5th Lostbelt, they got ready there gears were ready, Nemo was even done upgrading the Nautilus, as they were ready they breach voud sea and bounce of like cartoon characters.
Ritsuka just looked at the scream. "The fuck"
Nemo was equally confused. "I what, did we just bounce of the Lostbelt border".
As the team prepared to embark on their journey to the 5th Lostbelt, the atmosphere was a mix of anticipation and confusion. Ritsuka stood at the helm of the upgraded Nautilus, staring at the shimmering boundary of the Lostbelt that seemed to ripple and pulse before them.
"The hell was that?" Ritsuka exclaimed, rubbing his eyes as if to dispel the strange sight before him.
Nemo, adjusting his glasses and glancing back at the controls, echoed his disbelief. "Did we just bounce off the Lostbelt border? I've read about bizarre phenomena, but this is a new level of absurdity."
"Do we need to hit it again?" Kadoc chimed in, crossing his arms and leaning against the wall. "It's not like a video game where you just respawn at the entrance."
Anastasia, still recovering from her earlier excitement, frowned. "We should find a way through, not try to breach it like a cartoon character! It could destabilize everything!"
BB giggled, leaning over Ritsuka's shoulder. "Oh, come on! Where's your sense of adventure? I mean, look at how ridiculous this is! We're bouncing off a barrier like we're in a slapstick comedy!"
Kama floated nearby, smirking. "If we're going to be cartoon characters, then I want a cute sidekick to follow me around. Maybe a little dragon?"
"Like the ones we just bounced off?" Ritsuka shot back, his voice laced with sarcasm.
"Exactly! Imagine how cute they'd be!" Kama replied, a mischievous glint in her eyes.
Dr. Romani, flipping through his notes, finally interjected. "Let's focus. We need to find a way to stabilize our approach. If Kirschtaria's intel is correct, this Lostbelt has its own set of rules, and we need to respect them if we want to survive."
"Maybe it's a matter of resonance?" Da Vinci suggested, her mind racing with possibilities. "Every Lostbelt has its unique frequencies, and we might need to tune into them somehow."
"Great, so we're a bunch of musicians now?" Kadoc quipped, rolling his eyes. "Just what I wanted."
Ritsuka, feeling the weight of leadership pressing down on him, took a deep breath. "Alright, team. Let's gather our resources. Nemo, can we recalibrate the Nautilus? Maybe there's a way to sync with the Lostbelt's energy."
Nemo nodded, his resolve strengthening. "I can try! If we can analyze the barrier's structure, we might discover a weak point or a hidden entrance."
"Let's get to work then!" Ritsuka encouraged, glancing around at his friends and allies. "Everyone, bring your unique skills to the table. We've faced worse than this!"
As the crew sprang into action, each member took their designated roles, excited to tackle this new challenge. Ritsuka felt a surge of determination. He wasn't just leading a group; he was leading a family of heroes ready to face the unknown together.
Hours Later
The Nautilus hummed with energy as the crew continued their preparations. Kadoc and Anastasia worked together to analyze the barrier's patterns, while BB and Kama bickered over what music to play for their 'entrance' to the Lostbelt.
Finally, Nemo stood at the console, excitement written all over his face. "I think I've got something! If we modify the frequency of the ship's pulse, we should be able to resonate with the barrier!"
"Perfect! Do it!" Ritsuka ordered, adrenaline pumping through him.
Nemo activated the modifications, and the Nautilus began to glow in response. A steady hum filled the air, and Ritsuka felt the ship vibrate as it synced with the Lostbelt.
"Here goes nothing!" Nemo shouted, his fingers dancing over the controls.
As the ship surged forward, the barrier shimmered and began to ripple like water. Ritsuka held his breath, hoping their gamble would pay off.
The Nautilus broke through the barrier with a burst of light, and for a moment, the world around them seemed to dissolve into a kaleidoscope of colors. Ritsuka's heart raced as they plunged into the unknown.
Da Vinci then looked at the group. "Guys we did but um... We are still not in the lostbelt"
Ritsuka just looked at him. "What do we do"
Dr Romani looked at him. "We bring the Foreigner servant".
Ritsuka looked at them. "Oh I will bring Abigail"
Dr Romani looked at him. "No not her... Your going to hate but we need, Yang Guifei".
Ritsuka looked at them. "Shit"
Sion looked at him. "Is that not the one that wants too fuck badly"
Ritsuka felt a wave of dread wash over him as Sion casually mentioned Yang Guifei. "Yeah, that's the one," he replied, pinching the bridge of his nose. "She's... enthusiastic, to say the least."
Kadoc smirked, clearly enjoying Ritsuka's discomfort. "Can't you just, I don't know, keep her focused? We need her for the ritual, after all."
Anastasia crossed her arms, a knowing look on her face. "Just remember, Ritsuka, you're the leader. You can handle it. Just keep your wits about you."
BB, still giggling at Ritsuka's flustered expression, chimed in, "Oh, this is going to be so much fun! A little drama makes everything better!"
"Yeah, drama we don't need," Ritsuka muttered, already imagining the chaos that Yang Guifei would bring. "Fine. I'll summon her. But if she starts any antics, I'm blaming all of you."
Nemo nodded, looking serious. "Let's get this done. We need to stabilize our position before we can even think about moving forward."
Ritsuka took a deep breath and focused his energy, channeling the power he had learned to summon Servants. The familiar glyphs glowed beneath his feet as he called out the name of the legendary beauty. "Yang Guifei!"
A moment later, the air shimmered and a figure appeared before them. Yang Guifei, resplendent in her flowing silks, her expression a blend of curiosity and mischief, looked around the Nautilus with a bright smile. "Ah, I am summoned! What a lovely ship you have here!"
Ritsuka resisted the urge to facepalm. "Right. We need your help to get into the Lostbelt."
Yang's eyes sparkled with interest. "A Lostbelt? How exciting! I do love a good adventure! But, darling, don't you think it's time we had some fun first?" She stepped closer, her playful aura radiating.
"Focus, Yang!" Ritsuka snapped, trying to steer the conversation back on track. "We need to stabilize our position and figure out how to breach this Lostbelt."
"Of course! I'm all about the fun and games, but I can help with that!" she replied, turning serious for a moment. "What exactly do you need me to do?"
Dr. Romani stepped forward, a hint of urgency in his voice. "We need your connection to the divine. If you can channel some of that power, we might be able to resonate with the barrier and find a way through."
Yang Guifei smiled sweetly, but her eyes had a hint of mischief. "Ah, so you want a little taste of heaven, do you? Just don't expect me to hold back!"
Sion rolled her eyes, clearly unimpressed. "Just get on with it, Guifei. We don't have time for your theatrics."
Ritsuka sighed, feeling the pressure of leadership mounting. "Alright, everyone, let's focus. Yang, channel your power, and let's see if we can break through this barrier once and for all."
With a playful wink, Yang Guifei closed her eyes, her hands coming together as she began to chant softly. A radiant light surrounded her, illuminating the Nautilus and infusing it with a warm energy that pulsed in rhythm with their hearts.
The atmosphere shifted, the air crackling with potential as Ritsuka felt the ship vibrate in response. "Here we go," he murmured, watching as Yang's aura intensified.
As the light enveloped them, the barrier ahead began to shimmer and ripple once more, responding to the divine energy being channeled. Ritsuka felt a surge of hope. Maybe this would work after all.
"Hold on, everyone!" he shouted, adrenaline coursing through his veins. "Let's do this!"
With one final pulse of energy from Yang Guifei, the barrier shimmered violently before bursting open, revealing the vast expanse of the Lostbelt beyond. The crew stared in awe as colors swirled and shapes emerged from the shimmering light, giving way to a breathtaking landscape that promised adventure and danger.
"Welcome to the 5th Lostbelt," Ritsuka declared, his voice full of determination. "Let's see what this place has in store for us!"
As they sailed through the newly opened passage, a mix of excitement and apprehension filled the air. Whatever awaited them in this Lostbelt, they would face it together. Ritsuka knew that as long as they stood united, they could overcome anything.
The Nautilus then came out of the water as then they were attacked
The Nautilus burst forth from the waves, emerging into a scene that instantly shifted from awe to chaos. Kadoc's voice echoed through the cabin, filled with urgency. "Shit, no! We're already under attack!"
Ritsuka's heart raced as he glanced at the screen, the image unfolding before them. "It's Kirschtaria!" He could hardly believe what he was seeing.
On a massive Norse longship, Kirschtaria stood confidently at the helm, flanked by a cadre of Valkyries, their armor gleaming in the sunlight. Behind them loomed a monstrous wolf, its massive form dwarfing the ship and sending waves crashing around them. Fenrir, the legendary beast of Norse mythology, snarled, his gaze fixed on the Nautilus with predatory intensity.
Kirschtaria raised his voice, cutting through the tumult. "Fenrir, rip that ship in half!"
The giant wolf lunged forward, its jaws widening as it charged toward them, teeth bared and ready to unleash destruction. Ritsuka barely had time to react. "Nemo! Get us out of here!"
Nemo scrambled at the controls, panic etched on his face. "I'm trying! But he's too fast!" The Nautilus jerked as he navigated to evade Fenrir's charge, the ship's engines roaring to life.
BB, who had been gleefully watching the chaos, suddenly perked up. "Ooh! A giant wolf! Can I play with it?" Her eyes sparkled with excitement, clearly seeing this as an opportunity for mischief.
"Not the time, BB!" Ritsuka shouted, his focus laser-sharp. "We need to strategize! Kadoc, do you have any ideas?"
Kadoc was already calculating, his mind racing. "If we can distract Fenrir, we might be able to target Kirschtaria and the Valkyries. They're the real threat here!"
Anastasia narrowed her eyes, the ice around her hands forming into sharp spikes. "I can slow him down. If I hit him with ice magic, it might give us a chance to escape!"
"Alright! Let's do it!" Ritsuka commanded, adrenaline surging through him. "Anastasia, take the shot! The rest of us will back you up!"
Anastasia took a deep breath, focusing her energy as she unleashed a barrage of ice shards toward Fenrir. The projectiles sliced through the air, glimmering in the sunlight as they struck the wolf. Fenrir howled in anger, momentarily distracted by the icy assault.
"Now, Kadoc!" Ritsuka shouted. "Use your transformation! We need to create a distraction!"
Kadoc clenched his fists, his body starting to glow as he activated his Ice Queen transformation. "Let's see how this wolf likes some ice!" He stepped forward, his newfound powers radiating an aura of cold.
With Kadoc now glowing with ethereal blue energy, he charged toward Fenrir, drawing the wolf's attention away from the Nautilus. The giant beast turned its ferocious gaze on him, snapping its jaws as Kadoc danced around the wolf's massive paws.
Ritsuka seized the moment. "BB, Kama, now's your chance! Hit Kirschtaria while he's distracted!"
The two Servants nodded, their competitive spirits ignited. BB leapt into action, a whirlwind of energy and laughter, while Kama floated beside her, smirking as she conjured her chains.
With their combined powers, they aimed for Kirschtaria and the Valkyries on the ship, the two girls prepared to unleash a devastating assault. Ritsuka felt a swell of hope as he watched his friends band together, each playing their part in this chaotic symphony of battle.
But Kirschtaria was quick to react. "Valkyries, protect me! Engage the enemy!" He called, his voice cutting through the chaos.
The Valkyries sprang into action, drawing their weapons and positioning themselves to intercept BB and Kama. Their shimmering blades clashed against the girls' attacks, creating a brilliant display of sparks and energy.
"Damn it! We need to break through!" Ritsuka gritted his teeth, his instincts screaming for action. "Nemo, can we do anything to the Nautilus' speed? We need to evade Fenrir and the Valkyries!"
Nemo, sweat glistening on his brow, nodded vigorously. "I can initiate the emergency speed boost! Hold on tight!"
Ritsuka braced himself as the Nautilus surged forward, its engines roaring with newfound power. The ship shot ahead, veering away from the colossal wolf and darting toward Kirschtaria's longship, determined to turn the tide of battle.
"Let's show them what we've got!" Ritsuka yelled, gripping the controls tightly. "We'll fight together and protect each other! We can't let Kirschtaria take us down!"
As the Nautilus barreled toward the enemy ship, the team prepared for the fight of their lives, united against the onslaught that awaited them in the 5th Lostbelt.
