Ringo jumps into the air while pumping his fist with an excited expression. Behind him are tired shinigami who are breathing hard and are exhausted. Soi Fon sighs as she watches this.

"Are you sure that whatever this football exercise is gonna make them work better as teammates?"

Soi Fon asked from the stands as Ringo turned towards him, Ringo smirked before nodding, and behind him, a loud voice was heard as Omaeda ran towards him.

"You Cheater! I blocked the ball from entering the net, but then you changed its direction!"

Omaeda said, with veins on his forehead and goalkeeper gloves still on his hand. Ringo sweats as he averts his eyes, causing Omaeda to get even angrier.

Soi Fon could not help but watch how happy Ringo seemed to be, all this time it was like he was just hanging around, doing nothing but training, but the moment he touched a football he changed.

Ringo wiped the sweat from his forehead as he went and sat down on the bench, the game started again but with a fresh batch of players this time since everyone was tired.

"Ringo, you seem to like this football thing"

Ringo looks up at Soi Fon who is now next to him sitting down with a smile, he looks back to the football pitch they made inside the hall, and a smile appears on his face.

"Yeah... I used to play football back when I was a kid, actually, I was so good at it that I even got the chance to become a professional! But it seems life had other choices for me..."

Ringo felt his mind go back to when he was a kid, a smile graced his face as he remembered his mother watching him playing football with a smile as a kid.

Now he is suddenly in a world as dangerous as this, and the strange thing about it is that for some reason every world like this only focuses on people getting stronger, and fighting.

"Hey, how about me and you play against each other, no power and the same stats later?"

Soi Fon smiles as she nods her head, seeing this Ringo smiles excitedly, he turns his head and watches the match, shouting sometimes when a player makes a mistake.

While this was happening, In the human world, Ichigo and his gang were training and getting ready to get back Rukia from soul society, Urahara was the one training Ichigo.

Urahara looked down onto the hole, where Ichigo was on his knees with his hand tied behind his back, and a chain on his chest that was getting shorter and shorter by the minute.

Roar*

"Woah! An angry little kitty~"

Urahara smirked as he hid his face with a fan, inside the hole Ichigo was making shouts similar to beasts as a white mask surrounded his face, the air heavy as a Reiryoku similar to a hollow appeared.

Urahara narrowed his eyes at this, he knew that Ichigo was not normal, his father was Isshin a Captain Shinigami, while his mother was a Quincy just as strong.

But Ichigo has Hollow powers? Now that is a surprise, but a welcome one as this could make his potential even higher than he thought.

"Could it be because of that Hollow?"

Urahara muttered as he thought back to the night when Isshin was in the human world, fighting a vasto lord-level Hollow.

"Aizen must have been behind that as well"

Boom!

Suddenly a huge explosion was made inside the hole, Urahara jumped back and smoke wafted around the place, while 2 red eyes appeared inside the smoke.

"Hey, are you sure he is fine, because I'd hate to kill an innocent kid"

A black cat, Yoruichi appeared beside Urahara while looking at the smoke, in response Urahara just smiled as he opened his fan to blow away the dust around him.

"Hey! I am speaking to you!"

Annoyed at being ignored, and also him not telling her what he was going to do to get the kid's powers back, she jumped up and swiped her paw at Urahara, causing 3 scratches on his face.

"I guess I deserve that"

Urahara mutters with a smirk, but then the smoke starts to vanish as a wind from Ichigo's reiatsu is made, the smoke disperses and it reveals Ichigo in shinigami Clothes.

But what amazed them more was that he had a large kitchen knife on his back, while a mask similar to a hollow was resting on his face, just as they were ready to attack Ichigo, they stopped.

"Pheww!"

Ichigo lets out a large breath as he moves the mask from his face to the side, and he lets off a smirk as he looks at Urahara.

"Hey! I got my power back, so let's start training now since I don't have much time left"

Ichigo says as he looks at Urahara, in response Urahara just chuckles before nodding, moving closer to Ichigo, he takes out his sword, and a red aura of Reiatsu surrounds his body.

"Ichigo, here is my first lesson to you, when you attack someone, attack with the intent to kill!"

Urahara says as he vanishes and appears behind Ichigo, his sword slashing towards him, but Ichigo blocks the attack with his big kitchen knife, the bandages around the handle wrapping his hand.

Ichigo gets pushed back from the force, and he lands on his leg as he flips in the air, his face is serious and blue Reiatsu starts coming off his body.

"I have to save Rukia no matter what! Even if I have to do that"

His eyes hold great determination, and he holds his sword high in the air, a blue aura swirling around it as it starts to hum slightly from the air vibrating due to its power.

Urahara smirks as he readies his weapon as well, a red slash and a blue slash of Reiryoku meet in the air, and everything explodes as an x mark is made on the ground.

So deep that it was hard to see the underground, Urahara dodged to the side as his hat was cut a little bit, while Ichigo was tired from overexerting himself.

"Kids These days~"

 Back with Ringo.

"Pass!"

Ringo smirked as a shinigami passed the ball to him, but it was a little high in the air, so he jumped and while in the air he flipped around, his face distorting due to excitement.

"Zesty demon Kick!"

Omaeda widened his eyes as he saw the football surrounded by a green aura flying towards him, it flew towards him like a rocket, and he started sweating as it got closer.

"N-...NO!"

Just then a black shadow appeared in front of him, Soi Fon smirked as she stopped the ball in the air, her speed now much faster due to training with Ringo who pointed her weaknesses out and helped her get stronger.

"It's my turn~"

With a smirk she and 5the ball vanished only to appear beside Ringo who smirked, he turned around and chased after her, but he suddenly stopped as a light rope bound him to place.

"H-Hey! This is cheating!"

Soi Fon just smirked before soundly kicking the ball into the net, Ringo sighed as the rope vanished.

"Good game~"

Soi Fon said as she walked past him.
