Risotto was a little surprised when he heard someone's words behind him. He thought that since the mysterious dark Stand had been defeated and the anomaly no longer existed, there should be no more users of the Stand. But it seems he was wrong. He had a good feeling that there must be a Stand user behind him, and looking at his companions, he could tell that they realised it too.

Turning around, he saw an above average height and medium build man about fifteen metres away from him. He was dressed in a dark suit and wore a white fur hat on his head, styled like a buffalo with two small horns on the front.

'Damn, another Stand user! What the hell... Hmm, wait a minute, maybe this is the way to do it? Maybe after we take him down, the code on this black spot will finally show up. That actually makes sense.'

Risotto got ready to start the fight, and signalled to the others to get into position and ready to attack. The others understood him perfectly well and began to slowly, cautiously disperse in different directions to be ready to attack from all sides. And despite the obvious numerical superiority, the man was still surprisingly calm. After glancing at all of his opponents, he sighed heavily and spoke:

- I am truly sorry for what happened, but it cannot be avoided. No one can escape his fate. Such is the cruel truth of life,' The man's words caught Risotto's attention a little, for he was still thinking about what had happened in his dream. After a few seconds of silence, with a slightly sad expression on his face, the man continued to speak, 'Well, let's not drag this out and get started. My name is Weather Report. My Stand is also called [Weather Report].

Risotto had already prepared to attack, but hesitated a bit when he turned his attention to the sky and saw how quickly the clouds began to thicken and blacken. However, even though he was a little slow, the enemy hadn't done anything yet, and Risotto took advantage of that. He started by creating a bunch of scalpels around himself and the enemy, and then immediately launched them. This attack was more of a test to see what the enemy's ability was, and Risotto was a little surprised to see a bunch of small clouds forming around Weather, which deflected all the scalpels that were launched without a problem.

'What!!! Are those clouds?'

Immediately afterwards, Pesci tried to attack. He threw a fishing rod at him, but the clouds deflected it as well, not even giving him a chance to hook.

Formaggio at this time tried to attack his opponent from the side, but he noticed him. He tried to strike, but at that moment his Stand materialised near Vaser.

The Stand was a humanoid mass of clouds with a pair of eyes that had vertical stripes. Its face had a mask-like structure with spikes crowning its head.

To everyone's surprise, the blow Formaggio delivered didn't harm the enemy Stand in any way, instead it passed through it and Formaggio's hands ignited.

- Waaaaaah, fire! - Shouted Formaggio as he ran away, extinguishing his hands.

At this time Gyaccio tried to attack. He threw himself at the enemy, hoping to do some damage, but it was in vain. The difference in speed was huge, and Weser's Stand threw a bunch of punches at Gyaccio, who didn't even have time to swing. As a result Gyaccio flew backwards and many cracks appeared on his armour.

All the others, seeing the failure of their attack attempts, were no longer in a hurry to attack.

- Shit, what are we going to do Risotto? - Kurapika asked, 'None of us can even get close to him. I already know that all my attacks will be useless, Melone is helpless too, Prosciutto can't release his Stand because he will hurt us. All hope is in you.

- I understand. Stay away from him, I'll do everything myself.

'Right. It seems like there's no one else who can do anything to him but me. From what I understand, he controls the clouds. His Stand is also made up of clouds. With them he can either deflect attacks away from him, like all sorts of projectiles, or ignite them. When a blow is thrown, it passes through these clouds, and the frictional force causes the attacker's hands to catch fire. It would be suicidal to engage in close combat, but I don't need to. Right now we're about fifteen metres apart, I need to get it down to ten. I do that, and I win.'

He immediately rushed to shorten the distance, but when the distance was already reduced to ten metres Weather pointed his hand in his direction, and immediately after that a stream of wind began to blow at Risotto, which was so powerful that it threw him back ten metres, even hurting him.

- Are you okay?! - A worried Kurapika came running over to help him to his feet, 'Is it the wind?

- Ahem... Looks like it...' Risotto grunted as he got to his feet.

- What the hell is that? - Asked himself as Prosciutto ran up, with the others.

Wether Report, meanwhile, continued to stand still and stare at his opponents without hurrying to come closer.

'What the hell is this...? I thought I'd shorten the distance and just kill him from the inside, but no... He...'

Risotto's musings were interrupted by a sudden rumble of thunder, followed by the rain that began to drip, quickly turning into a downpour.

'Rain? Wait a minute.... Is it really...'

Another clap of thunder rumbled, followed by a flash of lightning.

- That's... - Kurapika was about to say something, but he didn't have time.

In the next instant, there was another bolt of lightning, and this time it was going to strike Risotto and the people standing around him. They would have all died if at the last moment, when they were a few metres away from the collision, the lightning didn't miraculously deflect and hit the ground a couple of dozen metres away from them.

- What kind of miracle is that? - Asked a surprised Kurapika.

- It's not a miracle, - Risotto answered him, - I created a magnetic field around us, which repels electric charges, like a lightning rod.

- Wow... Cool. - From the look on his face, Kurapika was amazed by such abilities.

- Now I understand something. I used to think that his Stand allowed him to control clouds, but I was wrong. Now I realise... He can actually control the weather!

At this time, several clouds appeared around Wether, but unlike last time, these clouds were sparkling as if they were electrically charged, and it turned out to be true. A second later they fired several bolts of lightning, but Risotto's magnetic field had no problem repelling all the discharges, protecting him and everyone else.

From the look on Wether's face, he was a little surprised by this sort of thing.

- Shit, what are we going to do? - Kurapika asked, 'How can we fight against something like this?

- Retreat. - Risotto said decisively.

- А?

- It's too risky to fight him in the open. Retreat to Masadoru now!

It looked like Weather was about to use something else, but before he did, Risotto and the others used the map to move to Masadoru.
