Risotto's POV

It was a beautiful sunny day. The temperature outside was moderate along with the average humidity. Any other person would have had their spirits lifted at least a little bit from such a day. But not Risotto. No, he wasn't in a bad mood at all. It was just that he was mostly indifferent to such things. A beautiful sunny day in his mind was just the state of the weather.

Tired of sitting in his hotel room, Risotto decided to take a walk around the city. Except it was a different city again. They had to move to another city again, and this time it was Dohri, which was located in the Republic of Rokario, which was a member of the Miten Union in the Barsa Archipelago. In its neighbourhood was the free state of NZM, the New Green World. It was a self-governing country of Neo-Luddites, a people who rejected progress and sought to merge with nature. Although according to some rumours, drugs and weapons were produced on the territory of this country. However, when it became known that it was strictly forbidden to import any technology into its territory, Risotto immediately rejected the option of moving there and chose the country next door, that is, the Republic of Rocario.

'Yeah, we really pissed off the mafia if they found us even there, so I had to leave that city. I don't regret it, though. Zaban was not the best economic and social environment. I'm even glad we left. Dohri is superior in every way.'

As he walked through the streets he came across Kurapika and Gyacho standing near the entrance to a small park talking to each other.

- You're wrong here,' Gyaccio said to Kurapika, 'You could have won. You just don't have enough experience yet.

- Are you kidding me? What chance did I have? Your Stand is much stronger than mine.

- That's where you're wrong, too. There's no such thing as a weak or strong Stand. It depends solely on the owner. You lost purely due to lack of experience, but you had a good chance to win. With time you will gain experience and become much stronger.

- I hope so. Oh, hello Risotto. - Kurapika said hello to Risotto when he noticed him.

- Hello to you too, - He said hello back, - I see you're still discussing that fight. That's good. Analysing your past mistakes will help you avoid them in the future.

- Not that I'm analysing anything... Never mind. What's up with you? Just hanging out?

- Yeah. I got tired of sitting in the hotel, so I thought I'd go out and have some fun. Plus I had to find Gyaccio.

- Ah, what's up? - Gyaccio asked.

- Melone asked me to tell you to buy groceries on the way back.

- What an arsehole! He doesn't want to go so he sends me! Lazy arse! Yeah, I'll buy him groceries. I'll buy carrots, courgettes and aubergines, and I'll shove it all up his arse!

From the aggression of this context, Kurapika looked at Gyacho as if he were some kind of pervert.

- 'Come on,' said Risotto, 'I have some other things to do, so I'm off. All the best to you.

Leaving Kurapika with the angry Gyaccio, Risotto headed further down the street.

''Good thing we stopped by the Heavenly Arena before moving to Dohri. We were running out of money and so it was decided to earn some more through Arena fights. It was the easiest thing to do. However, because it had been a while since our last visit, we had to get to the two hundredth floor all over again. But we managed it in a day without any problems. After climbing to the top we decided to wait there for a couple of days. And that's when Kurapika and Gyacho decided to have a fight in the arena. It was mostly Kurapika's initiative, as he was interested in testing himself, and Gyaccio was not against it. In the end it turned out as I expected: Kurapika lost. Giaccio didn't even fight at full strength, which made Kurapika a bit upset. All in all, there wasn't much to watch. But at the same time it was entertaining to watch Kurapika trying to grow up.'

'Whoa. That's interesting.'

After almost half an hour of walking around the city, Risotto walked into a part of the city he hadn't been to yet, and just then he came across a small church. It looked like a Catholic church with architecture a bit reminiscent of Gothic.

'Hmm, a church, how interesting. Apart from the fact that we moved to the city not too long ago, I've been in no hurry to explore it, so I didn't even know there was a church here. Should I go inside?'

Risotto couldn't call himself an atheist, but he didn't consider himself a full-fledged believer either. So he had no reason not to go inside, and for some reason he felt the urge to do so.

'I'll go in, then.'

Walking up to the iron double door, he swung it open and stepped inside. To his surprise it was empty inside. There were no other visitors besides him. Oh, and the holy father wasn't there either.

'Hmm, empty. Sure it's a bit unusual, but it's for the best. I'll be alone with God, so to speak.'

As he'd expected, the inside of the church matched its exterior. That is, it was Catholic. There was a row of wooden benches on the left and right sides where visitors sat. On the sides were white stone columns. And in front of all this was the centre of the temple - the altar, near which stood the ambo. Behind the altar on the wall hung icons and a small crucifix.

Without thinking long, Risotto took a seat on the right-hand row.

'Quite interesting. I've just now noticed something. This world and ours are both similar and not. It would seem like the history of this world is different. There are other peoples, countries, there are many outlandish creatures and places. But at the same time, it's quite similar to ours. Let here countries and peoples have different names, but in essence they are the same as in the past world. It's the names that are different. There's similar architecture, technology, religion, and more. Hmm, religion... It's quite interesting, by the way, that even Christianity is here. It's another demonstration that our worlds are similar. There are also icons, a crucifix and a bible. I wonder if that means that Jesus existed in this world as well. Or at least someone very similar. It's really hard to say. We're not even sure he existed in our world, let alone this one. But at least we believe he did.'

Looking at the icons, crucifixes, and other church paraphernalia, Risotto's mind began to ponder various religious things.

'What is Heaven? A place where the righteous go when they die? In a way it is, but there's a more precise definition. Paradise is home. It's also called Eden. Once God created man and put him in the Garden of Eden to cultivate it and keep it. But when man tasted fruit from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, he was expelled from Paradise. We can say that when a man goes to Paradise, he goes to his original home, from which he was once expelled. And when he was cast out, he lost everything. All the power and authority he had in Paradise. Because God had once given man unimaginable power. 'And God said, 'Let Us make man in Our image, and in Our likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the beasts, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.'' That's what the Bible said. Man once had that power, but after the fall into sin he lost it. And he was deprived of eternal life that gave him the Tree of Life, which was planted next to the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. And here I thought: if a man gets to paradise after death, can he get again all that he was deprived of? And what worries me no less: is it possible...'

Suddenly Risotto was distracted from his thoughts by a phone call.

- Shit!' he said quietly under his breath.

He pulled out his phone, which showed Kurapiki's number. Answering the call, he put the phone to his ear and said:

- Hello. Do you need something?

- Come back to the inn right away! - Kurapika spoke excitedly and a bit cheerfully.

- What, what is it? Is something wrong?

- You won't believe this, but... The code has finally been decoded.

Risotto ran into Melone's room, where everyone else was already gathered.

- Now we're all here. - Said Melone sitting at the table.

- Is the code really deciphered? - Risotto decided to ask Melone.

- Yes, and it looks like some coordinates. See for yourself.

Risotto went to the table, on which there was a map of the world and a piece of paper on which there was something that looked like coordinates.

- So coordinates, huh? Have you figured out where they point yet?

- I'm in the process, - Melone took a pencil and began to make calculations, drawing various points and lines on the world map, - So... This is here, that's there... We'll draw here, we'll get here... From there to here... Total... Done!

- Hmm, East Goruto. - Prosciutto said thoughtfully.

Melone's final calculations pointed to East Goruto, a totalitarian country that was part of the Mitan Union and located on the eastern end of the island.

- Peijin to be exact,' Melone clarified, 'The coordinates point somewhere in the Peijin area.

- That's not far! Right on this island! - We can get on a plane and fly directly to the capital, where we need to go.

- But there is only one problem, - Prociutto hastened to disappoint him, - I recently heard that all flights to this country are unavailable. I don't know why, but they don't fly there now.

- Shit!

- But they do go to West Goruto, don't they? - Risotto asked a question, and Prosciutto nodded, - So we can go to Western Goruto, and from there, by land, we can go to Eastern Goruto.

- And when do we leave? - Kurapika asked.

- Right now.
