MHA:-Glitch In Reality

Chapter 184: Chapter 182:- Urgent Meeting

The room fell silent as the heroes exchanged uneasy glances. All Might took a deep breath. "Izuku... he's my son, he was quirkless, and due to which he had to face a lot of bullying, and due to my other son having such a versatile quirk, we totally forgot about him, he suffered alot for almost 10 years, he was in a dark place.

Then one day he decided to commit suicide and we thought we lost him. His body was nowhere to be found, his body missing, he had made books of quirk analysis, he had info on all the major heroes, it was so detailed that even an ordinary civilian could get rid of a top level pro hero.

Both his whereabouts and the book's whereabouts were not found. It turns out we were wrong, and now he's with Thanatos. We failed as heroes, our negligence caused Izuku to take such a step, and now that he decided to turn on us is also our fault. This is on us."

Nighteye's expression hardened. "You kept this from me? Did you not trust me? How could you be so reckless? This isn't just about one person; it's about the safety of everyone."

All Might lowered his head, unable to meet Nighteye's accusing gaze. "I'm sorry. I failed as a father, as a hero and as his role model. Now we're all paying the price."

Nighteye reached out, touching All Might's arm, his eyes narrowing as a vision flooded his mind—a vision of destruction, blood, and the fall of Mustafu. He saw All Might, lying defeated, with a green haired kid with a sinister aura around him, standing over All Might, a look of grim determination on his face.

Before he could see more, the green haired kid looked towards nighteye, as he said, "Next will be you,"

Nighteye's voice trembled as he was brought back to reality, he spoke. "I saw... a future where Mustafu is destroyed, dead bodies scattered everywhere, the city is burning and All Might... you're killed by some kid with green hair, he called you dad, and he had a very sinister look on his face, even sinister then AFO ever had, please tell he isn't Izuku. This is worse than we imagined."

"Green haired kid? Dad? It has to be Izuku," All Might confirmed.

The room descended into a heavy silence, the weight of their predicament pressing down on them, as the possibility of this being their future made things even more grim.

The heroes exchanged looks of fear and resolve, knowing that they were up against a foe more dangerous and cunning than any they had faced before.

"We need to regroup and come up with a strategy," Nezu said finally, breaking the silence. "We can't let Thanatos win. We must protect our city, our people, and find a way to bring Izuku back."

"If you are really sorry for what you did, be ready to do anything in your power to get your kid back, the look on his face was monstrous, someone hell bent on destroying everything, destroying the word hero, cause it seems he has enough power to make that vision a reality.

All Might stood at the head of the conference table, his face shadowed with deep regret and sorrow. He took a deep breath, his voice breaking the tense silence that hung in the air. "I failed Izuku," he admitted, his voice tinged with guilt and determination. "I failed as a father and a hero. But I swear, I'll do anything in my power to get him back. We can't lose him completely to the darkness."

Nezu, sitting across from him, nodded thoughtfully. "We understand, All Might. But we need to approach this delicately. Izuku has suffered enough, and if we try to force him, it could drive him further into Thanatos' hands."

Endeavor, who had been leaning against the wall with his arms crossed, pushed off and stepped forward. "Force isn't the answer here. We need to understand what drove him to this point. If we're too aggressive, we risk confirming whatever beliefs he has about us and pushing him further away."

Mirko, her usual fierce demeanor softened with concern, added, "Yeah, and besides, we need to show him that he can trust us. We can't act like the enemy if we want him to come back."

Hawks, always the tactician, chimed in. "We're not just dealing with a kid who ran away from home. Izuku has been with Thanatos, who clearly has a plan. We need to think this through carefully."

Gran Torino, his face lined with worry, turned to All Might. "What do you know about Thanatos' plans? If we understand what he's after, we might find a way to counteract it and rescue Izuku."

All Might sighed heavily, his eyes filled with pain. "Thanatos seems like a master manipulator. He's probably feeding on Izuku's anger and feelings of betrayal. He knows how to twist people's emotions to his advantage, and his only intention seems to destroy the hero society and cause chaos."

Detective Naomasa leaned forward, resting his elbows on the table. "We need to figure out how to reach Izuku without scaring him off. We have to show him that we're on his side, that we want to help. We also need to find where Izuku can be."

Endeavor nodded in agreement. "We also need to be prepared for the possibility that Izuku might not come willingly. But that doesn't mean we should use force. We have to show him we care, and we're willing to make things right.

I think Fuyumi can help with it, he may not listen to us, but I think he'll definitely listen to Fuyumi. But we need to proceed with caution, Fuyumi is losing it by the day, we need to approach Fuyumi in such a way that she agrees to bring Izuku back, rather than joining him instead."

Nezu's eyes sparkled with a hint of hope. "We could appeal to his sense of justice through her. You get your daughter on our side, and please don't fuck this up. Besides that, Izuku always wanted to help people around him and be a hero.

If we can show him that we're genuinely here to support him and be strict in terms of bullying against quirkless people, we need to prove to him that we want to help him and not to punish him, we might be able to get through to him if we are able to be the ideal heroes he thought us to be."

Mirko punched her fist into her palm. "Yeah, and we can't go in guns blazing. We need to approach him as friends, not as heroes trying to capture a villain."

Hawks nodded. "Agreed. We need to build a bridge, not a wall. If we show him we're here to listen and understand, maybe we can reach him. Although I'm quite surprised to hear these words from you, who has muscles for brain,"

"Even if I'm a battle maniac I know how to treat kids, and I know well how I should deal with kids like Izuku, especially when he lost his way because of the negligence of us heroes" Mirko snorted.

Gran Torino added, "We should also try to understand what's keeping him with Thanatos. If we can identify and address that, we might have a better chance of getting him back."

Sir Nighteye, still shaken by his vision, spoke up. "We need to approach this with empathy. Izuku's been through a lot, and if he feels cornered or threatened, he'll only retreat further. We have to show him that we care and that he's not alone."

"And All Might, make sure to keep your wife and other kid in line, it seems to me they still haven't learned their lessons, Kazuki has showed no change in his behaviour, even in sports festival he lost his composure very easily from little provocation, he won't be promoted to the second year like that, especially after I know he is one of the main source of Izuku's misery.

I was linenent with him and that Bakugo uptill now because I didn't want them to turn into villains, but Izuku joining Thanatos changes everything, I don't mind destroying two kids' career when I know they are responsible for creating a monster who wants to destroy all the heroes and has the knowledge to do so.

Izuku is more important than these two kids, and you know it well as well, he is with Thanatos and has caused this much chaos and we are unable to do anything about it, just think what would happen if he were to join hands with AFO, I don't need to tell you what I'm trying to say here."

"I understand, I'll make sure to make them understand, and I won't object to anything you do as punishment, even if they are kids, they are part of the reason why we are in this state, they should bear the consequences of their actions as well, I won't defend them." All Might said with his head down.

Endeavor, his tone softer than usual, said, "I know what it's like to push someone too hard and lose them. I have made that mistake and almost lost my family. We can't afford to make that mistake with Izuku."

Mirko's eyes softened as she looked at All Might. "We also need to be prepared to give Izuku time. Healing doesn't happen overnight, and he might need space before he's ready to come back."

All Might, his eyes brimming with tears, nodded. "Thank you, all of you, for helping me in cleaning my mess, and I won't give up on him. We'll find a way to reach him and bring him home."

Nezu stood, signaling the end of the meeting. "We have a plan. We'll focus on finding out more about Thanatos' intentions, and we'll approach Izuku with compassion and understanding. We have to show him that he's still one of us, and that he's loved."

As the heroes filed out of the room, a sense of determination filled the air. They knew the path ahead would be difficult, but they were united in their resolve to bring Izuku back, not as a captive, but as a friend and ally.
