Chapter 15: Chapter 14 Authorization
In Akira's eyes, the chaos unfolding around him felt all too familiar. When faced with danger, only a rare few could muster the courage to stand up. Most would scramble for their own survival, trampling over others in their desperate escape. It was a cruel but undeniable truth. No matter the world, this was reality.
The restaurant was now a mess of panic. Screams echoed, mingling with the sound of shattering plates and overturned furniture. People shoved one another, some even breaking into fights for a chance to get out a few seconds earlier.
Amid the turmoil, Midoriya Izuku's shaky voice cut through. "What do we do, All Might?"
All Might frowned deeply. He couldn't let the situation escalate further, and he certainly couldn't worry about exposing his identity now. He took a deep breath, crouching slightly, and then stood tall, his skinny frame morphing into his iconic muscular form.
"I'm sorry, Akira," All Might said solemnly, glancing at Akira as if confessing a grave sin. "I've deceived you."
Akira, unfazed, merely raised an eyebrow. The irony of the situation wasn't lost on him. As a transmigrator, he had known All Might's secret long before this moment. In truth, it wasn't All Might deceiving him—it was Akira who had been deceiving them both by feigning ignorance.
Without waiting for Akira's response, All Might stepped onto a dining table, his booming voice cutting through the panic.
"Don't panic, everyone! It's going to be okay! You want to know why?" His signature grin spread across his face as he declared, "Because I am here!"
The moment those words left his mouth, the atmosphere shifted. People stopped in their tracks, turning toward the source of their hope.
"It's All Might!"
"All Might is here! We're saved!"
The cries of terror turned into cheers of relief. Some who had already made it to the exit turned back, eager to glimpse their hero in action.
"All right, Akira, Midoriya, I'm counting on you two to help evacuate everyone from here!" All Might said firmly before leaping through the shattered glass wall with a resounding crash. He soared toward the high-rise building where the commotion had started.
"Akira, All Might didn't mean to hide his identity from you. He only—" Midoriya stammered, his voice filled with uncertainty.
"You don't need to explain anything," Akira interrupted calmly, his eyes sharp. "I already know. Probably more than you do."
"Huh?" Midoriya blinked, stunned by the statement.
"Focus, Midoriya," Akira said curtly. "Your job is to evacuate the crowd. I'll handle things on my end."
Without another word, Akira stepped through the broken glass, slipping into the chaos outside.
"Wait! That's dangerous!" Midoriya called after him.
"Worry about yourself," Akira replied, his tone unwavering as he disappeared into the scene.

The first floor of the high-rise was eerily silent, the air thick with tension. The furniture was overturned, papers scattered everywhere—a clear sign of the chaos that had erupted moments ago. Akira moved cautiously, avoiding the elevator and opting for the stairs to the second floor.
Halfway up, muffled voices reached his ears.
"All Might, you'd better think carefully. Let's see what's faster: your fists or my trigger."
Akira crept up to the second floor, his sharp eyes scanning through the crack in the door. The situation was clear. All Might stood tense, his expression grim as he faced a hulking figure covered in thick animal fur. Behind the villain, several hostages crouched, their hands clasped over their heads in terror.
The fur-covered villain smirked, his voice dripping with malice. "All Might, you wouldn't want to risk their lives, would you? Be a good hero and do as I say."
"Let them go," All Might demanded, his fists clenched tightly.
The villain chuckled, stepping closer. "Oh, I will...once you've complied. But if you so much as flinch, I'll make sure none of them leave here alive."
The hostages whimpered, one woman crying out desperately, "All Might, save us!"
"Please, don't let us die here!" another pleaded.
All Might's jaw tightened, his teeth grinding in frustration.
"Isn't that sound just beautiful?" The villain sneered, enjoying the hero's torment. "Now, do as I say, and no one gets hurt. Otherwise—"
Before he could finish, one of his long strands of hair shot out like a spear, aiming for All Might's chest. All Might barely evaded, but not without consequence. Blood sprayed from his mouth as he staggered back.
"All Might, run! Leave us!" a small girl suddenly cried, tears streaming down her face.
Her mother quickly pulled her down, whispering frantically, "Don't say that! He's our only hope!"
The villain laughed mockingly. "What will it be, All Might? Save them, or let them die trying?"
At that moment, the villain lashed out with a powerful kick, sending All Might flying. The hero crashed into the door Akira had been hiding behind, sending a plume of dust into the air.
"All Might," Akira's calm voice sounded amidst the chaos, "how long can you keep this up?"
"You shouldn't be here!" All Might growled, his tone both commanding and worried.
"Answer the question," Akira pressed, his gaze unwavering.
"Five minutes," All Might finally admitted.
Akira nodded, his expression resolute. "That's enough."
"What are you planning?"
"You don't have a choice right now," Akira said firmly. "Trust me. I'll handle this. You focus on staying alive."
All Might hesitated but finally gave a small nod. "Do what you must...but keep the casualties to a minimum. I'll take responsibility for whatever happens."
"Understood." Akira's voice was steady as he stepped forward, ready to face the villain.
