Multiverse Conquest Starting from Dragon Ball

Chapter 6: MCSDB Chapter 6 On Planet Vegeta

Unaware of the stir he had caused in the Education Bureau, Jiang Chen was still in a dazed state. As the ray of light fell, he felt his consciousness grow heavy again.

When he finally recovered, he felt as if he had fallen into a warm liquid, a comfortable sensation spreading through him as if he had returned to the womb.

"What is this?" He thought, feeling confused.

But just as he was wondering, he heard the sound of footsteps around him.

"Simon, is the scan finished?"

A strange-sounding voice reached Jiang Chen's ears. Although he had never learned this language, he could understand it perfectly at this moment.

"Scan complete. The highest among this batch of children should be the kid from the Nappa family, born with a Battle Power of five hundred. As expected from a noble Saiyan family."

"Five hundred? That high?"

"Yes."

"What about this one?"

"This one? It's just a low-level combat power. The scan shows it's only five."

"Five?"

"Are you sure?"

"Sure. I thought the scan was wrong at first, so I double-checked. It really is five."

"Tsk, five? A newborn Saiyan with such a low Battle Power. That's the weakest of the low level warriors, right?"

"Haha, I guess so."

"All right, stop arguing. A new batch of Saiyans is about to arrive. This time, it seems that Lord Rick's eldest son is among them. I wonder what his fighting power will be."

"Yes, let's go quickly."

The voices gradually faded away as Jiang Chen's consciousness completely cleared.

"Battle power five? Could it be me?" Jiang Chen thought as his expression became a bit strange.

But it was only temporary.

He didn't really care about his own combat strength. Right now, he needed to quickly check his own condition.

When he did so, he immediately realized that he seemed to be inside a large nutrient capsule. There was also something furry behind him. Instinctively, he turned around to see a long tail hanging behind him.

"Success!" Jiang Chen muttered under his breath, his expression filled with excitement and joy.

Saiyan - this was the Saiyan world.

There were undeniably beings with higher talent, strength, and abilities in Dragon Ball than the Saiyans, like the Frost Demons, Angels, or Gods of Destruction.

However, this world was centered around the Saiyans, and in terms of potential, even a late-stage powerhouse would likely be surpassed by a Saiyan. Also, the identities had to be compatible.

For example, if you were a normal human and tried to log in as an Angel or Kaioshin, it would be unrealistic. Your own dimension and the dimension you are trying to log into have to be on the same level.

Just like before, Jiang Chen's strength was probably slightly above that of an ordinary person, and his Saiyan Battle Power was only five. He wouldn't be able to log into a Saiyan with 100 or even 10,000 combat power.

So in this situation, the number of racial identities to choose from wasn't that many. The Saiyan race was undoubtedly one of the best options.

"Name: Aspara (Jiang Chen)

World: Unknown

Identity: Saiyan from Planet Vegeta

Main Mission: Survive the destruction of Planet Vegeta

Time left: 1095 days]".

A line of text appeared in front of him as he concentrated his thoughts. This was his personal attribute list, and it was something he had to pay attention to when he first logged in.

Under normal circumstances, when a Login begins, the system will automatically assign a main mission. Only after this main mission is completed can the login mission be rewarded and completed.

However, these missions are usually life-or-death missions - failure to complete them will often result in death.

This was also clear from Jiang Chen's mission.

His main mission was to survive the destruction of Planet Vegeta. If he succeeded, there was no need to elaborate on the rewards. If he failed, the result would be the same as Planet Vegeta's—utter destruction.

Thoughts swirled in his mind, and his mind raced with ideas about what to do next. The main mission didn't seem too difficult at first glance, but in reality, it was incredibly hard.

From the original story, and without considering the movies, apart from the Vegeta Squad and the early exiles to Earth-like Son Goku and the Broly family, all Saiyans on Planet Vegeta were wiped out.

And even Son Goku and Raditz were spared thanks to Bardock's wish on the Dragon Balls on Planet Hell.

The reason for this tragic outcome wasn't just because Frieza wanted to destroy the Saiyans, but because the God of Destruction, Beerus, ordered their destruction.

With the authority of a God of Destruction issuing an order, it was a miracle that the Saiyans weren't eradicated sooner.

Adding himself into the mix wouldn't be easy.

For most people, this would be a dead-end scenario. Even if they logged into Dragon Ball and became a Saiyan, they wouldn't know that Frieza would destroy Planet Vegeta, so there would be no way for them to escape.

But for Jiang Chen, there were still a number of options available.

One, he could choose to join an expedition to another planet like Kakarot did, and once there, change the coordinates and cut off all signals. As long as he kept a low profile, Frieza wouldn't care about him, a small fry.

Two, he could infiltrate the Vegeta Squad. If he managed to replace Nappa, there was a high chance he could survive.

Three, he could try to contact the God of Destruction, Beerus. If he succeeded, he could resolve the problem in one fell swoop.

Fourth, he could sneak into Bardock's Squad, travel to Planet Hell, and use the two Dragon Balls there to resolve the situation perfectly.

As these thoughts raced through his mind, Jiang Chen's body, still that of an infant, struggled to handle so many complex ideas. Soon, he felt drowsy.

After a while, he fell into a deep sleep.

Living in the nutrient pod was far better than Jiang Chen had imagined. It wasn't as dull as he thought. Most of the time, he had to sleep, and during his time in the pod, he spent almost a year, though from the moment he logged in, only three months had passed.

When he was released from the nutrient pod, it wasn't quite what he had expected. Despite his Battle Power being only five, he wasn't sent to conquer low-level planets. Instead, he stayed behind for basic training.

It seemed he had been assigned to a logistical support role.

The reason for this, however, was due to Bardock's intervention.

Yes, Bardock.

The reason was that Jiang Chen's biological father had once been a teammate of Bardock, and although his father had died in battle, Bardock still showed him some care.

Jiang Chen couldn't contain his excitement. He never expected that his Login identity would be tied to Bardock.

This was one of the most important figures in the 'Dragon Ball' world.
