Alex quickly covered the Heart Kingdom and arrived at the border of the Spade Kingdom.

Looking ahead, he could only see the icy weather, fog, and snow-covered fields.

'I had heard, right then... The Spade Kingdom is a cold country. Hehe... I wonder how many would die this time. Those two bastards think that they are safe. What a foolish pair of siblings! Here I come...'

"Asta, will it be alright?' Liebe appeared in his chibi form and asked worriedly.

Alex paused and said with a smile. "Are you worried?"

"Of course, I am worried. If something happened to you then..." Liebe's voice was filled with concern.

Alex smiled and assured him. "Do not worry, Liebe. Have you forgotten that I once told you that even you haven't seen what I can do? Open your eyes because today you will see my full power."

"But we have to face an entire country!"

Alex grinned excitedly. "And that's the best part."

"Arise!" His cold voice echoed and his shadow extended out.

Responding to the call of their Monarch, the shadow soldiers hidden in his shadow came out one by one.

The shadow soldiers were not just limited to humans as there were beasts too.

"Let's go and crush those Dark Triads bastards!"

Looking at the soldiers guarding the border, Alex chuckled playfully.

"Liebe, keep your eyes peeled. Today your brother will show you something amazing!"

Alex's chest heaved as he drew a deep, steadying breath. A tremor ran through his body, starting at his core and rippling outward like a coming storm. His form quaked, muscles bulging unnaturally as cracks and pops echoed from within him—his very bones groaning against the weight of their transformation. The air grew dense, heavy with raw power, as Alex tilted his head skyward, his face contorted in primal fury, and let loose an ear-shattering roar.

RRAAWWWGGGHHH!

The ground beneath his feet splintered and caved as his body began to morph. Jet-black, glimmering scales erupted across his skin like obsidian armor, each one adorned with luminous blue markings that swirled and pulsed like streams of living energy. The transformation was unrelenting, his figure reshaping itself with terrifying precision.

His eyes lost their human warmth, turning into glistening white orbs devoid of emotion, gleaming like a predator's beacon. His head elongated into a blunt, rounded shape, crowned by four towering plates of bone that jutted backward, forming an imposing crest. His jaws stretched unnaturally, and rows upon rows of gleaming, razor-sharp teeth filled his maw, jagged and deadly like the weapons of an apex predator.

From his broadening shoulders, two massive wings erupted with a thunderous crack, each feather tipped with a glistening sheen that caught the pale light. When he flexed them, the powerful motion stirred a gale so fierce it scattered the snow and tore at the trees around him, uprooting weaker ones like mere saplings. The howling winds danced with his raw, unrestrained might.

Alex's newly transformed silhouette seemed otherworldly, towering and awe-inspiring, a symphony of chaos and majesty. He roared again, the sound an earthquake in the air that sent shivers across the desolate terrain. The cold bit into the world around him, but Alex stood unhindered, radiant in his monstrous glory.

With a powerful beat of his wings, he launched himself into the sky, the sheer force of his ascent leaving a vortex in his wake. He hovered for a moment, the heavens rumbling in protest, as he locked his glowing, unfeeling eyes on his target far below.

'Now, taste this motherfuckers!'

He opened his mouth and sucked a massive amount of magic into his mouth.

Since Alex's magic is called Chaos Magic, the color of the magic is scarlet red with a hint of darkness.

He first closed his mouth before shooting a massive beam of concentrated magic energy straight at the soldiers.

'Dragon's Breath!'

On the other hand, the magic knights and soldiers guarding the city border furrowed their brows when they saw a shiny light getting bigger and bigger in the sky much to their shock.

By the time they realized that it was an enemy attack and deployed the barrier, it was already too late.

BOOOMMMM!!

A massive blast followed suit and all the living creatures perished in the ray of magic energy.

When the dust settled, the once prosperous city was replaced with a giant crater in the ground.

Alex flipped his wings and flew close before he returned back to his human form.

"Do you... really have to do that?" Liebe asked with a sad expression.

Alex stared at the destruction and said. "I do not care. Anyone who gets in the way of my revenge will have to perish. Remember it, Liebe, just as you hate Devils to the core, I also do not have any good feelings for humans. You have seen how trashy, greedy, and idiot humans are. They will never learn anything until death knocks on their door."

Liebe sighed since he had also seen a lot of human darkness in his life. If not for their mother, Richita, Liebe might have held a grudge against humans too.

Alex shook his head and raised his hand, speaking in an ordering tone like the decree of an Emperor.

"Follow me to the War. Arise!!"

The mana in the surroundings cried out in horror as a storm of mana was formed. Multiple black creatures appeared one by one and half of the enemy soldiers were converted into the shadow soldiers.

"Hehe... I wonder what type of face those two bastards will make when they see me again."

Alex looked into the distance and walked forward, his army following him behind.

Passing through various cities and towns, Alex destroyed his enemies and converted them into shadow soldiers.

The number of shadows had grown up to three thousand.

Except for the border city, Alex did not kill indiscriminately in other villages and cities, just taking out the magic knights and soldiers before moving on.

While he was closing in, somewhere in the hidden safe house. A pair of man ran over in haste, their faces full of fear and hope.

They quickly entered a room and reported everything to an old man with grey hair who was in charge. The grey-haired man listened patiently to the report of his subordinate showing a rich expression before he swiftly stood up and left in a hurry.

In a luxurious room, a young woman was sitting on a chair, lost in thought. Her expression was a mixture of sadness and melancholy.

She had long black hair that had bangs swept to the left side and blue eyes. She was wearing a simple dress but that still did not affect her charm even a little bit.

Bang!

The old man entered the room and dropped down on one knee.

"Your Highness!"

She was the former queen of the Spade Kingdom, Ciel Grinberryall. She was also the biological mother of Yuno.

"Reports just came in. An unknown man is attacking the Spade Kingdom. He is alone and rapidly closing in toward the Palace. Before that, someone saw the she-devil and her younger brother returning back with heavy wounds. Maybe, he is coming for the Dark Triads. Should we..."

Ciel shook her head and said. "No. Wait for it first. Let's observe him and find the reason behind his actions. What if he is just like those devil heretics?"

"As you wish, Your Highness!" The old man bowed and retreated.

Ciel sighed and thought. 'Why is the Spade Kingdom suffering so much? Why...?'

In Main Palace

"How is she?"

Looking at the unconscious Vanica whose body was floating in a vat filled with unknown liquids, Dante turned to Moris.

"Hmm..." Looking at the readings on the monitor, the magic scholar and previous shadow ruler of the Diamond Kingdom Moris pushed up his tinted glasses.

"Listen, Dante, you gotta start having some faith in me. I wasn't in charge of all the sorcery studies in the Diamond Kingdom for nothing. By the time I'm done with your brother, he'll be even stronger than he was before."

Dante turned to Zenon and asked angrily. "You want to say only one guy did all of this?"

Zenon nodded his head as he was also getting treatment, covered in bandages.

Suddenly, an anxious servant ran over and reported.

"Y-Your Majesty Dante! The Spade Kingdom is under attack!"

"What?!"
