Naruto: reborn as an Uzumaki

Chapter 127: Chapter 127:- Group therapy (R18 )

Suu smiled warmly at the group. "Alright, everyone, I'll need you to help me clear out the living room. It's best if we all sit down on the floor for this."

As everyone got to work moving the furniture aside, Suu continued explaining. "The way I do things involves a special jutsu. It helps people review their past and memories and see the bright side of their lives.

That's a very simplified explanation, though. I adapt the method to suit each person's needs. For now, I'd like us all to share some good memories together—it can help you guys bond as a family."

She paused, her tone turning serious. "Don't worry—I'll make sure nobody accidentally shares something they'd rather keep private. Everyone has things they prefer to keep to themselves, after all."

Kana tilted her head, looking confused. "Is that so?"

Kenshin chuckled, his voice teasing. "Of course, Mom. All adults have secrets. Not that you'd know."

Kana's eyes widened in shock, and she turned to him with an indignant glare. "What do you mean by that, Ken-chan? Are you saying Mommy's not an adult?!"

Before Kenshin could reply, Kana began smacking his back, her voice rising in exaggerated protest. "Apologize right now! You're always teasing me like this! If you want Mommy to grow up, you should just ask!"

Kenshin laughed, unable to contain himself, though his laughter turned to a wince as Kana's playful hits began to gain actual force. Finally, he raised his hands in surrender. "Alright, alright, I'm sorry!"

But then he caught her wrists gently, his expression softening. "Mom, don't even think about changing who you are. I love you just the way you are. I tease you because it's endearing, not because I want you to change."

Kana's face flushed slightly, and she looked away, her cheeks pink. "Well... don't tease Mommy too much. It can get hurtful sometimes."

Kenshin nodded seriously, his grip on her hands comforting. "I promise."

With that resolved, Kenshin moved the table out of the way and cleared the rest of the room. The group settled into a circle, holding hands as Suu sat between Kenshin and Akane.

She explained further as she activated her jutsu. "Just relax. I'll guide this process, and we'll focus on happy memories. You'll see."

The living room dissolved into a breathtaking cherry blossom garden. Petals swirled gently in the breeze, and the air carried a calming fragrance. However, Kenshin and Suu remained outside the mindscape, observing.

Kenshin glanced at her. "Are you sure this will work? Can you really make sure I don't accidentally show something I don't want to share?"

Suu nodded firmly. "I can control which memories come up, but I'll need to hold your hand to guide it. I've done this countless times." She gave his hand a reassuring squeeze, her voice calm. "Trust your therapist, Kenshin. You're in good hands."

With a deep breath, Kenshin nodded. Suu activated the jutsu for him and Akane, and the two joined the others in the garden. The others didn't realize they'd just arrived, as their focus remained on Suu's gentle prompt.

"Who'd like to go first?" Suu asked with a smile.

Kana's hand shot up eagerly. "Me!"

Suu nodded. "Alright, Kana-san. Think about the happiest moment of your life."

Kana's brows furrowed as she thought. 'Maybe the day I confessed to Ichiro-san? Or the day Ken-chan was born, since he's always taken care of me? Or maybe when Akane-chan was born, since I'd always wanted a daughter?' She wrestled with her thoughts until realization dawned. None of those were her happiest.

Her mind settled on the moment Kenshin revived her in the Leaf hospital after her long battle with her chakra disease. She vividly remembered waking up disoriented, Shizune's calm presence explaining that Kenshin had brought her back.

Despite her questions, Shizune didn't fully understand the details of how Kenshin had managed it, only that he had collapsed from exhaustion afterward.

Kana closed her eyes, overwhelmed by emotion. "Even now, he protects me against everything. My boy wouldn't even let death take me. I'm so glad he's my son. And I'm just a useless mom that can't do anything beside depend on that poor boy."

As she relived the memory, a shimmering screen appeared before the group, projecting it for everyone to see. The scene played out—Kana's resurrection, Kenshin's exhaustion, and the tearful reunion the next morning when he came to see her, flanked by ANBU.

It was the first time he had cried his heart out, and held her tightly, as if she'd disappear if he let go, just as Kana had when she heard of Ichiro's death.

Akane covered her mouth, tears streaming down her face, while Ino's eyes also welled up. Kenshin, watching silently, wrapped an arm around Kana, pulling her close.

"I'll never let you suffer like that again," he whispered, his voice full of resolve. "I've always protected you, and I'll protect you even better now."

Kana leaned into him, her tears silent but filled with gratitude. "I know, Ken-chan. You're my big strong man now. You'll never let Mommy get sick again."

One by one, they shared their happiest moments, each memory illuminating a piece of their lives and relationships.

When it was Akane's turn, she smiled softly. "The happiest moment of my life was the first time I got to spend time with Mom and Kenshin as a family."

The memory displayed showed a warm day in the leaf hospital with Akane, Kana, and Kenshin telling each other about their lives.

In reality, Akane's true happiest moment had been when Kenshin told her he was Tom. But she couldn't share that with Ino or Suu, as neither knew about the siblings' reincarnation or the truth of their relationship.

Next was Yukari's turn. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath before the memory unfolded. "The happiest moment of my life was when my daughter, Karin, was born," she said softly.

The memory showed a much younger Yukari, alone in a modest room, cradling a newborn baby after giving birth on her own. Tears streamed down her face as she whispered words of love and comfort to her child and named her Karin.

Despite the loneliness and the suffering she endured in the Hidden Grass, Karin's birth had brought her immeasurable joy.

In the cherry blossom garden, Yukari put her hands together and prayed. "May my daughter's soul find peace," she said quietly. "She died during a mission, but I hope she's in a better place now."

Akane's eyes widened, her mouth opening to speak, but Kenshin subtly shook his head, grabbing her shoulder and silently stopping her. She hesitated but trusted his judgment, choosing not to tell Yukari the truth—that Karin hadn't died but had been sold to Orochimaru.

When it was Kenshin's turn, he fell silent for a long moment, his gaze distant. Finally, he spoke. "The happiest moment of my life... was when we first moved into this house, Dad's house in this compound."

The memory that appeared was of Kenshin, Kana, and Akane settling into their new home. The house was unfamiliar, and both Kana and Akane felt restless that night, unable to sleep.

Both of them came to Kenshin's room that night to sleep with him, and Kenshin had pulled out some futons and suggested they sleep together in the living room.

The three of them huddled close, sharing warmth and quiet conversation until exhaustion claimed them. The simple intimacy of that moment had stayed with Kenshin ever since.

Unbeknownst to everyone, Suu had secretly accessed their memories of Kenshin's berserker incident. She needed the full picture to reconstruct the event without distortion, so she could help Kenshin recover from his PTSD. She remained quiet about it, observing and storing the information for later use.

Once everyone had shared, Suu deactivated the jutsu. The cherry blossom garden dissolved, leaving them back in the living room. A moment of silence passed as they adjusted to reality again.

Kana broke the quiet, pulling Kenshin, Akane, and Yukari into a warm embrace. "I'm so glad to have this family," she said loudly, her voice thick with emotion.

"You're all such a blessing. Even if you tease me too much sometimes, you're the best family anyone could ask for." The others chuckled softly, each moved by Kana's heartfelt words.

After a moment, Yukari got up to take out the lemon cake that Suu had brought to serve it as the group began chatting casually after Kenshin put the table back.

"Kenshin," Akane said suddenly, her voice cutting through the chatter. She reached over and took his hand, giving it a gentle squeeze. "Why don't we go put these flowers in my room?" Her tone was casual, but there was something in her eyes—something simmering beneath the surface.

Kenshin glanced at their guests, feeling a flicker of embarrassment. But before he could say anything, Akane rose from her seat, pulling him up with her. "We'll be right back," she announced, her voice steady and confident.

Ino raised an eyebrow, her curiosity piqued. "Oh, okay. But don't take too long."

Akane flashed her a quick smile before leading Kenshin out of the room. As they climbed the stairs, Kenshin could feel the tension between them, though he wasn't sure if it was excitement or nervousness.

When they reached her door, Akane pushed it open and stepped inside, pulling him along with her.

"Here," she said, handing him the bouquet of lilies. "Put them in that vase on the dresser."

Kenshin did as he was told, carefully arranging the flowers in the vase. As he finished, he turned to find Akane watching him, her arms crossed over her chest. There was a mischievous glint in her eyes that made his heart skip a beat.

"You know," she began, stepping closer, "you really shouldn't have forgotten these this morning." Her voice was low, almost teasing.

"But since you went through the trouble of getting them, I suppose I should give you a little prize. After all, it's the first time you bought me flowers. Good boys deserve a little reward."

Before Kenshin could respond, Akane dropped to her knees in front of him. His breath caught in his throat as she reached for the zipper of his pants, pulling it down with deliberate slowness.

His mind raced, torn between the desire building within him and the knowledge that they had company downstairs.

"What if someone comes up?" he asked, his voice shaky.

Akane looked up at him, her lips curving into a smirk. "Doesn't matter. They'll find out eventually. I can't hold back right now." she said, her tone daring him to argue. With that, she pulled his pants and underwear down, freeing his erection.

Kenshin groaned softly as Akane wrapped her hand around him, her touch warm and firm. She leaned in, her breath hot against the tip of his cock, and then her lips were on him, enveloping him in a wet, sucking motion.

His head fell back, his fingers gripping the edge of the dresser as pleasure coursed through him.

'Focus, don't make too much noise,' he told himself, struggling to maintain control. But Akane's mouth was relentless, her tongue flicking over the sensitive underside of his shaft as she worked him with expert precision. Each movement sent waves of heat spiraling through his body, threatening to overwhelm him.

"Akane…" he muttered, his voice strained. "We can't—"

She silenced him with another deep, slow suck, her fingers tightening around the base of his shaft. "Don't cum," she ordered, her voice muffled around his cock. "Not until I tell you."

Kenshin nodded, though his body was already on the brink. The sensations were too intense, too overwhelming, and all he could do was submit to her control.

Downstairs, the sound of voices drifted up from the living room. Ino glanced toward the stairs, wondering why Kenshin and Akane hadn't returned yet. The cake was ready to be cut, and she didn't want everyone to be waiting too long.

"I'll go check on them," Ino said, excusing herself from the table. As she climbed the stairs, her footsteps grew quieter, her breathing shallow.

When she reached the second floor, she paused outside Akane's door, her ears straining to hear any sounds coming from inside.

And then she heard it—the faint, unmistakable noise of someone moaning softly, followed by the slick sound of flesh on flesh.

Ino's face flushed crimson, her heart nearly beating out of her chest. She pressed a hand to her mouth to stifle a gasp, her body tingling with a mix of shock and arousal. She wanted to look, to see what was happening behind that door, but she knew she couldn't.

Being aware of it was one thing, but actually encountering them doing something like that, especially when the house is full of people, was something Ino couldn't even imagine, and it only fueled her arousal.

Instead, she turned and hurried back down the stairs, her pace frantic. When she reentered the living room, she avoided eye contact with everyone, her cheeks blazing. "They'll be back in a bit," she said quickly, her voice unsteady. "Um, where's the bathroom?"

Kana raised an eyebrow but didn't question her. "Down the hall, second door on the left," she replied.

Ino nodded, her movements jerky as she practically ran from the room. Once she was alone in the hallway, she let out a shuddering breath before hurrying to the bathroom. Inside, she locked the door and leaned against it, her legs trembling.

Her hands were shaking as she lifted her t-shirt, exposing her pert, youthful breasts. Beneath her skirt, her panties were damp, the fabric clinging to her swollen folds. She kicked off her shoes and slipped her skirt and panties down, leaving her completely exposed.

Sitting on the edge of the toilet, Ino spread her legs wide, her fingers delving between her thighs. The heat between her legs was unbearable, her clit pulsing with need. She pinched it gently, her breath hitching as pleasure shot through her.

'They're up there,' she thought, her mind replaying the sounds she had heard. 'They're doing it right now.' The thought only intensified her arousal, driving her deeper into her own pleasure.

Upstairs, Akane's mouth was still working Kenshin's cock, her lips sliding up and down his length with agonizing slowness. His hips twitched involuntarily, desperate for release, but Akane held him firmly in place, refusing to let him cum.

"Almost there," she murmured, her voice dripping with satisfaction. "Just a little longer."

Kenshin groaned, his body taut with tension. He could feel the pressure building in his balls, the need to release becoming almost unbearable. And then Akane pulled back, her fingers stroking him with featherlight touches.

"Now," she commanded, her voice sharp. "Cum for me."

With a strangled cry, Kenshin came, his seed shooting into her waiting mouth. But Akane wasn't prepared for the sheer volume, and some of it spilled out, splattering across her face and cheeks. She pulled away, licking her lips, a satisfied smile on her face.

"Good boy," she whispered, wiping the excess cum from her face with her fingers.

Kenshin collapsed onto the bed, his body spent. Akane wiped away the remainder of the cum, taking out some wet wipes from a drawer to make sure the smell didn't linger.

Meanwhile, Ino had just came in the bathroom. Her body was on fire, her thoughts a chaotic whirlwind of arousal and guilt.

She couldn't believe what she had just done. 'What kind of person does that make me? I just masturbated to them, my friends. How could I?'

She shook her head, trying to clear the intrusive thoughts. 'No, I can't dwell on this now. I need to get myself together.'

Her fingers trembled as she adjusted her skirt and panties, ensuring everything was in place. She wiped her hands on her shirt, taking a deep breath to steady herself.

The bathroom mirror reflected her flushed cheeks and wide eyes. She splashed cold water on her face, hoping it would cool her down and erase any lingering scent of her arousal. 'Focus, Ino. Just act normal. They won't know what you did.'

After drying her face with a towel, she smoothed her hair back into place and took one last look at herself. She forced a smile, trying to convince herself that everything was fine. 'I can do this. I can act like nothing happened.'

With a final deep breath, Ino opened the bathroom door and stepped out, her footsteps light and confident. She walked down the hall, her mind racing with the script she had prepared. 'Just keep it casual.'
