Omniscience in Marvel

Chapter 121: Omniscience in Marvel 117

Title - Revelations.

The Concept of Gods was not a foreign Topic in the Circle of the Supernatural World on Earth. Records, Annals and Tome have been left behind by those who came before them about their names, characteristics, traits, known abilities and many others.

The Legends about the Greek, Egyptian, Japanese, Chinese, African and many more Pantheon were not lost to the humans despite the over 500 years of Non-interference ban laid upon them by the Arishem, the Judge .

Due to this, the Gods without some special abilities were unable to physically come down to Earth. Those who had and have come down quickly returned as there was basically no major benefit.

Should the Nezzar the Calculator could have his way with the memories of Humans, what's the point in needlessly acuring their Wrath by being overly sighted?

Due to this, Gods that can, would rather use their Mental Energies to pass on dreams and visions to those they wish to use on Earth, or those they deem necessary.

To the Gods, it was all just about their whims, but it could never truly evolve into something that would attract unnecessary attention from the supernatural World.

That was the reason the Concept of Gods became something akin to Legends to the Community.

To the Lay Humans though, the basic Stories continued being passed down with people in power manipulating how it gets passed.

While some of these events were undoubtedly the works of humans, claiming there wasn't any supernatural participation would be like saying a magician's hat doesn't have a rabbit in it – you'd be missing the whole point of the magic show!

From mysterious beings dropping in to stir the pot, to magic spells making history go haywire, it's clear that the supernatural had a VIP pass to the chaos!

And currently, one of the very Legends she could only debate about was currently sitting in front of her, but that wasn't the point. How was she unable to completely remember certain points in her life without questioning her reality?

As she was reasoning this, Leucadius stood up from his chair and walked up to her, placing his right hand on his chest, he said solemnly. "I am Truly sorry for blocking certain parts of your memory. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me."

"Y-you…huh? You're…Lady Thena and Sir Aspect are all…" Tilda fumbled with her words, beginning a sentence and then ending without being able to Complete them.

Leucadius let out a soft chuckle and placed his hands on her head. "It'll be alright. Why don't you take some time to sort out your thoughts."

"Come in." Leucadius said with a slightly raised voice and two women wearing the Lumiere family servant attires entered the room and bowed towards him. "Help my student to her quarters. From today she's a Pseudo-family member."

In all of Leucadius' mortal made families, there was a clear distinction about status. The young boy born to the family head is nothing but the son of the family head until he's earned the title of Young Lord.

And with that title comes certain privileges along with responsibilities.

Tilda, despite being the Student of their Family head for over 10 years, received no better treatment than the average leisure staff. However with her new status as a Pseudo-family member, she'd be treated akin to an Adopted daughter of the Family Head.

As such, she was privileged to two servants and two alone.

It was a complicated family hierarchy Leucadius decided to experiment on. Should this experiment fail, he'd revert to the Fantasy driven family Hierarchy of which his best bet would be Zoldyk Family from Hunter X Hunter and Rucandel Family from that Swordmaster Manwa.

As Leucadius watched her depart the office, the smile on his face didn't drop one bit before a very annoying voice decided to ruin the moment. "Are you sure that is alright?"

"If it wasn't, I wouldn't have done it." Leucadius said and walked back to his chair. "She's someone I've recommended to Oshtur's group even."

"...I see." Was all Aspect said and dropped the topic. Aspect, in all his Nigh-Omniscience didn't think for a moment that he could truly understand Leucadius' way of thinking.

He was aware that in the End, he was still bound Within the confines of the Universe. However, having had several glances at the bundles of data in Leucadius' Mind-scape, he'd come to understand Leucadius wasn't what he presented.

He didn't take offense from this though. On the contrary, it was a motivation. One he'd use to push himself to Catch up to His master. But that didn't mean he'd stop making fun of his master when there's a chance.

'There is a reason I wasn't able to scan the Book of Fate after all.' Aspect thought and decided to withdraw. He needed to have a bit of reflection on how to develop a better fighting technique.

His clash with Dormammu made him understand that knowledge and experience were two entirely different things.

Leucadius POV

To hide my identity as an Eternal was something I had agreed upon with Ajak, and for all my Vices, I wasn't one to go back on my words, hence the reason why Tilda along with many others will remain oblivious to the fact that they've met the Oh-so famous God of the Bible.

Hiding my identity consciously was a pain and troublesome to boot. I wasn't some High school student with a super power or an office man with a moral compass.

No. No. No

I was God, before that, An Eternal, and before that, A Master of Magic, of which Mind and Reality were ones at the peak of Mastery. Using a bit of Reality and Mind Magic with the Internet in the Super Flow as the backdoor, I made a law that ensured all association of me being anything but Human would be automatically blocked.

It was akin to a Slate Rule from one Great Omniverse…Apotheosis…was it? That's the name.

I got the inspiration from my lovely Nezzar who effortlessly blocked off a good portion of my Memories.

ME!

The gall!

Anyways, without a level of power surpassing the Universal Tier, no one would know they've met God since the Internet exists outside the Universe.

Hah! Beat that level of Foresight!

As for the Eternals, they were just a group of cheats so there was no reason they would ever be found by humans if they wanted to remain hidden. Currently, they have Sprite and with the advent of Technology, they will still have Phastos.

Ah! I have work to do. Woes of a Formator

Normal POV

"So..? Tell me, how do you feel?" Leucadius asked as he sat Infront of a ruminating Tilda.

"I don't know."

"You finally got your revenge. You've reached the end of that dark tunnel and finally saw the light…however, what was the light shining upon?" Leucadius asked as he gestured to the tea cup in front of her. "Drink up."

Tilda nodded and made for the cup, picked it up and took a sip. To the perception of any psychic, Tilda's mental state went from a situation akin to a boiling Volcano to a calm Ocean.

"This tea…"

"I know. I grew it myself." Leucadius said boastfully. It wouldn't have been anything to boast about if he'd used his Divine abilities, but since he did it though science, he waa rather proud.

A certain someone would of course remind him that using the Knowledge that came along with his divinity was also a cheat but he begged to differ, after all, some other humans had succeeded in growing the same tea leaves through his instructions.

His remained the best though.

"Now, tell me. How do you feel?"

Tilda took another sip of tea, her eyes distant as she searched for the right words. "In the past, I was filled with rage. Having watched my family being massacred for no reason other than being a nuisance."

"I grew up filled with that much hate and anger. Yet, despite all my rage, I was still just a girl in a room. I was alone in my room between two worlds." Tilda said with reddened eyes as she looked up to Leucadius.

"Revenge was supposed to bring closure, but instead, it feels like a hollow victory. The anger that once fueled me is gone, leaving a void. Still, when I wake up, I feel as if I were rising from a grave, gathering my mouldy, worm-riddled limbs into a final effort." She said as she looked into the cup of tea. "The past still haunts me, even in this newfound freedom."

She paused, setting the cup down gently. "I thought vengeance would set me free, but now I realize it only chained me to another kind of emptiness. The light at the end of the tunnel isn't salvation; it's a harsh glare that exposes how lost I truly am. I need to find a new purpose, a reason beyond the hatred that sustained me for so long."

"I see. And you don't hate me?" Leucadius asked calmly. "You never questioned why I never told you it'll end like this?"

"We are responsible for all our actions. Our actions are driven by our thoughts and your first rule is to never impose your thoughts on another." Tilda replied evenly.

"Good." Leucadius smiled and placed his cup down.

"I've always been someone with a philosophy. The best revenge is not to be like your enemy." Leucadius said Sagely only to pick up a weirded out stare from Tilda

"What?"

"I've read your historical records," she said.

"So..?"

"You were quite the vengeful God."

"So..?"

"You shouldn't be saying what you're not practicing…your…son said it."

"So..?"

"Are you just going to be using 'So' to dodge all my questions?"

"...So..?"

"Alright, forget it." Tilda sighed and shook her head.

"Ahem. As I was saying, Human life is short, isn't it better to just focus on the good you can do with the hand that's dealt you?" Leucadius asked only to receive the same stare again.

"My job here is to teach you, you job is to decide whether you'll listen to and practice what I say. Don't expect anything else…I thought you already knew that?"

"I did, but that was then and this is now." Tilda said. "Back then, I thought you to be Human, now…"

"What's the difference?" Leucadius asked with a smile.

"You're…God."

"So..?"

"Are you doing that thing again?"

"Nah. I'm genuinely curious. So what if I'm God?"

"I know you didn't create the World and all that stuff as it's written, but you did the majority of the things that led to Human civilization, culture, language and more…Having known you it's just…"

"Fantasical?"

"That's not the word I'd use but…"

"Hmm. The period before I got bored and began disseminating information of the birth of my son…what was my Character profile?" Leucadius asked. "From your personal perspective."

"That…"

"Speak freely."

"Alright." Tilda took a deep breath before speaking. "You were like a fiercely protective parent to your people. You guided them, defended them fiercely, and laid down a path that you expected them to follow. Even when they strayed, you didn't abandon them."

This caused Leucadius to raise an eyebrow in surprise. 'Interesting.'

"You were stern, demanding, and sometimes harsh, but always out of a deep sense of responsibility and care. However, once you believed they'd matured, you began treating them as adults, stepping back and allowing us to carve our own path, even if it meant watching us make mistakes."

"Ah! I guess that's where your son came in…" Tilda finished and looked at Leucadius like she wanted to ask something.

"What is it?" Leucadius asked.

"I'm curious…your son…is he truly you..? Or is he like…Sir Aspect?" Tilda asked to which Leucadius smiled and asked. "What did you call him?"

"Your son."

"Then what am I?"

"God…?"

"The son of a God is what?"

"A God…?"

To her response, Leucadius shrugged nonchalantly and then asked. "In comparison, how would you describe me now?"

"Ah. In comparison, now, you're…Like a parent on Vacation…It can't be." Tilda had a profound look of realisation as she came to tbis answer.

"Then that is good enough, isn't it? I'm not so much different, so treat me all the same." Leucadius said with a charming smile and picked up his tea cup.

"You're still stuck at the Master Threshold, right?" Leucadius asked, abruptly changing the topic

"Ah? Yes, it's as though the emptiness from before just swallows everything else I put my attention into." Tilda replied as her mood took a 180 degree turn.

Leucadius hummed and clapped his hands. Immediately, a maid walked in with a plate. On the plate was a paper bag which she placed on the table before bowing and walking away.

"This is the Enlightenment Tea, quite a costly package I got from a friend. In front of his Tea leaves mine can only be considered average." Leucadius with a chuckle.

"A friend..? The normal one or the…y'know." Tilda asked while nudging her head at Leucadius weirdly.

"Are you…epileptic?"

"Huh? Wha- What!? No. I'm asking if this friend was also a God!?" Tilda slammed the table in anger and embarrassment.

"Oh, of course he is. Do you think there's any Mortal capable of challenging my tea making abilities?" Leucadius said with a scoff. Even without using his Absolute Intelligence, his Mental faculty was already so advanced that he could process an incomparable amount of information much faster than any human could possibly achieve.

"Can I know their name?"

"Hmm? Oh, he goes by Iroh, though I like to call him Uncle Iroh. He reminds me of someone I used to know, full of wisdom with a sloppy appearance." Leucadius replied with an amused smile.

"Is he..?"

"Nah, he's a lesser God with quite the mastery on agriculture. You see those Toaist and Daoist Gods, fear them. They can decide to dedicate an entire lifetime on just one job. Obsessed motherfuckers those lot." Leucadius' smile fell as he remembered that fact.

"Isn't he below your…station?"

"Station..? What's that? I'm not longer Godking of Heaven y'know. And this App makes communication without barriers possible." Leucadius replied and summoned his phone.

"What's that? A divine Artifact?" Tilda asked with an excited smile, despite being in her late twenties, she was quick to get excited at the thought of a divine artifact appearing in front of her.

After all. Leucadius was divine, anything he has gotta be Divine…right?

"Hmm. Yeah, it's a divine artifact." After giving it a brief thought and realising that he wouldn't be able to explain himself, Leucadius just decided to go along with her.

"Here, see." Leucadius opened it and went to an App [God Blogs] and opened it. "This is a platform where Beings of all pantheons and civilization can come and write whatever they want to write."

Tilda gasped in horror at the implications of that statement with her normal human mind. "Won't they be killed for talking carelessly about their Godking?"

"Huh? That's impossible. That was already taken into consideration when creating the app. Violators would have to face the Nine-Nine Universe Crushing Lightning." Leucadius said with an embarrassed expression.

Yu Huang had insisted on naming the Lightning strikes as so and as a friend and major promoter, Leucadius couldn't say no and went along with it.

"I see." Tilda said but it was evident she didn't understand nothing. 'Guess we're very much alike.' Leucadius thought.

"Anyways, look here, he already has over 25k subscribers, as expected of Iroh." Leucadius nodded.

"Is that impressive?"

"Of course. Do you think the population of Gods is as that of humans? We're immortals so there's no immediate need for reproduction and if there is, one would be enough. We have few exceptions though." Leucadius replied. "In the Galaxy however they're virtually uncountable."

"And 25k is just amongst the Gods populations?" Tilda asked

"Good deduction. Upon reaching 100k he'd be able to monetize the account and earn Divine Credit Coins." Leucadius said and brought up another app where D€€999,999,999.

"Is that..?"

"Yup. Infinite Coins. Privileges of a Godking." Leucadius replied before she could even ask. "I'll be giving you one of these in due time with a bit of Credit. You'll be able to trade with the Gods and even earn from them by completing some menial tasks."

"Why would I need that?"

"'Cause you're gonna be living for a long time. Trust me, observing Humanity gets boring and curiosity would surely kick in." Leucadius said and unsummoned the phone.

"Hmm." Tilda could only nod in acceptance. Leucadius had truly watched humans far longer than she could fathom so- "That reminds me, how old are you and lady Thena?"

"Wouldn't you like to know?"
