One Piece - Life Choice Ask Me to Kiss Marine Goddes Hina

Chapter 141: 141 Treasure Hunting

Sea Circle Calendar, July 1514.

An event shook the entire sea: the Whitebeard Pirates, Big Mom Pirates, Beasts Pirates, and several legendary pirates from the old era reemerged.

They appeared in the New World, seemingly searching for something, with their purpose still unknown.

Wherever the pirates passed, villages were reduced to ashes. They burned, looted, and killed, leaving countless dead or injured in their path.

"We need to send an elite team to investigate the pirates' intentions. Who's willing to go?" Sengoku asked, his tone serious in the conference room.

Although the Marines typically didn't intervene in New World affairs, the chaos this time was so violent that even Sengoku was deeply alarmed.

There were only about a dozen Marines in the conference room, mostly Admirals and Vice Admirals.

"Hey~ This is too troublesome. Better to leave these opportunities to the younger generation," Kizaru said lazily, crossing his legs and leaning back in his chair with his hands in his pockets, looking as carefree as Luffy's second uncle.

Sengoku fought the urge to hit Kizaru and turned his attention to the others.

With three of the Four Emperors involved, along with a veteran pirate like Silver Axe, the Vice Admirals felt hesitant.

The New World was pirate territory, and if they were discovered, escaping would be nearly impossible.

Sengoku sighed deeply, then turned his gaze to Lynch. With Akainu and Aokiji gone, only Lynch was capable of handling such a huge responsibility.

Lynch met Sengoku's gaze and rubbed his hands, signaling: What's in it for me?

Sengoku, irritated, pointed his baton at the window's gauze and raised his fist, as if to say: Ten beauties with long legs and black stockings.

Lynch shook his head, signaling he wanted more—specifically, more money.

Furious, Sengoku winked again, as if to say: Fine, add ten more wives!

Lynch was satisfied this time and stood up.

"I'll go on behalf of the Fleet Admiral, no need for anyone else to follow."

"Hahaha, good! Admiral Sun Candle is truly a pillar of strength!" Sengoku beamed with delight. "Everyone should learn from Admiral Sun Candle—fearless in the face of danger!"

"All for the sake of Justice," Lynch replied, sounding noble.

"As expected of Admiral Sun Candle!"

Several Vice Admirals looked on in admiration.

The New World was unfamiliar territory for Lynch. Fortunately, the pirates had been circling the area for days, seemingly searching for something.

After three days of navigating with a Eternal Pose, Lynch finally arrived.

Lynch stood high in the sky, looking at the blue sea below, and felt troubled for a moment.

"The location Sengoku gave is right. It should be around here. Why haven't I seen a single pirate crew?" Lynch wondered.

Just then, a pirate ship with a red nose flag appeared in the distance.

"Kids, work harder! That treasure will be mine, Captain Buggy's!" Buggy shouted loudly from the bow of the ship.

"Yes, Boss Buggy!" his crew responded, rowing with all their might.

After boosting his crew's morale, Buggy sat cross-legged on the deck. He carefully pulled out the treasure map from behind his back and studied it again.

"Damn it, where did Captain John hide this treasure? The map says it's nearby!"

Buggy muttered, his face twisted in frustration as his hair fell over his eyes.

Captain John had been a member of the infamous Rocks Pirates, the rulers of the seas in the previous era.

Whitebeard, Big Mom, and Kaido were once his crewmates.

When the Rocks Pirates were defeated, Captain John took most of their treasure.

After his death, the treasure map was leaked, and his fortune became the most sought-after treasure among pirates.

It's said that whoever finds Captain John's treasure could rebuild a pirate crew as powerful as the Rocks Pirates.

Recently, a large number of Captain John's treasure maps have popped up out of nowhere, attracting countless big pirates to show up and snatch them.

Among these pirates are several remnants of the Rocks Pirates.

"Boss Buggy, did something just fall from the sky?" Mochi asked, looking up at the shadow in the sky with wide eyes.

"The sky?" Buggy put down the treasure map and looked up in confusion.

A dark shadow approached quickly from a distance and came crashing down.

"Idiot! Run away!"

Buggy shouted, his expression shifting drastically as he rolled forward like a donkey.

"Boom!"

Just after Buggy moved, a figure landed where he had been standing.

The pirate ship shook from the impact, causing many pirates to almost fall into the sea.

Struggling to his feet, Buggy exclaimed, "Who dares to attack the great Lord Buggy?!"

"Boss Buggy, let me handle this!" Mochi volunteered, commanding his pet.

"Go, Richie! Bite him to death!"

"Woooooo~"

Richie, the big lion, instead shrank into a corner like a frightened kitten and shook his head.

"What are you doing? Why aren't you attacking?" Mochi yelled, angrily kicking the big lion.

"Woooooo~"

The beast's instincts kicked in, sensing the terrifying aura radiating from Lynch. Frightened, it began to cry and pushed its owner away.

"Richie, you idiot!"

Mochi exclaimed as he flew through the air, ending up with a bruised and swollen face thanks to his pet.

"Hahaha, Mochi, you loser! Let me handle this!"

A clown swordsman on a unicycle shouted as he rushed forward.

"Ittoryu·Vaudeville Theater!"

Kabaji's short sword flashed like lightning, aimed at the back of the man's head.

As the crowd watched, a figure slowly stretched out two fingers, effortlessly catching the stabbing blade and snapping it in half.

"What?!" Kabaji exclaimed, shocked. The force of the break sent him flying.

As he hit the ground, Kabaji couldn't help but wonder, What kind of strength is this?

"Boss Buggy, please, take action and save us!"

The rest of the crew knelt behind Buggy, realizing they were no match for such power.

"Boy, who are you? How dare you mess with our pirate crew?" Buggy shouted, puffing out his chest.

"Do you know who I am? I am Buggy the Clown of East Blue!"

As Buggy spoke, he split off parts of his body, wielding two knives, and quietly moved behind Lynch, ready to attack.

"Buggy the Clown? I've heard that name from Red-Haired Shanks," Lynch replied, turning around to face him.

Buggy's bravado faltered as he realized Lynch's handsome appearance had overshadowed his own.

"Adm..adm... Admiral Sun Candle!"

Buggy was so frightened that his limbs and even the facial features were separated from his body, and his hands ready to assassinate Lynch also fell to the ground.

This is the ability of Chop-Chop Fruit.

In the world of pirates, perhaps Buggy is the only character whose style can compete with Tom.

"Okay, so you dare to let your men attack me just now," Lynch said with an evil smile as he stepped on Buggy's palm.

"It hurts! It hurts!" Buggy gasped in pain.

"I'm sorry! We didn't know it was you! Please forgive us!"

The members of the Buggy Pirates, more sincere than Buggy, knelt down before Lynch, pressing their foreheads to the ground.
