Last time in Fighting Dreamers, after a long struggle, Bea finally faced her father, Ash and her won together, she was finally free, but Cinderace learned something and she had to leave the girl she's been take care of her whole life to find answers along Infernape, the exhausted couple was now in the Stow-on-the-Other-Side center, both of them sleeping together, per Bea's stuttery request.

Ash was wearing his usual sleepwear, while Bea had an orange pajama that she got from her room along some other things before they left, it was around midnight and the two were under the same blanket to their waists, with Bea hugging Ash from behind.

"...So this is what Cilan meant with the big spoon." Ash said.

"Why are you still awake?" Bea asked without opening her eyes.

"I guess I should ask you the same." Ash responded.

"I'm just a little moved with all that happened these last days." She answered hugging him closer to her. "But I'm glad it's over."

"I guess I'm little moved too, I've been thinking."

"About what?"

"The same as you, about what happened these last days... but also all that's been happening since I first came to Galar, I mean, I've been through lots of things before, you know that, but to think all of this happened, Zacian and Zamazenta, Team Galactic, even you and I, it all happened in less than a month."

"Is that a bad thing?" Bea asked rather worried finally opening her eyes, but without changing positions. "I mean, you and I, don't tell me you want to take things slower or something like that."

"No, not at all, I'm happy with how we are now..." Ash tried to turn around and give her a kiss, but Bea hugging him tighter, keeping him where he was.

"Stay there. Don't you see that I'm hugging you?"

"S-Sure, sorry." He complied with a smile. "Point is, I can't stop thinking about how different things could have been, what if you and Cinderace actually ended in Turffield like you intended while I still made it to Hulbury? We probably wouldn't have met."

"But we did." Bea turned him around herself so he'd face her and she was the one to give the kiss on his lips. "And that's the only thing that I care about."

"Well, I promised I wouldn't hide anything from you...Ash, Cinderace and I haven't separated at all since we met, this must be the first time since then that we don't know where the other is... We've always been together and now she suddenly told me she had to leave me without explanations..." Bea then looked at her hairband which was resting on a drawer next to the bed. "Cinderace said she needed answers and that I'd need them too...I wonder what could it be, so honestly I'm rather sad, but at least I'm not alone...and Cinderace isn't either, thank you for letting Infernape go with her."

"Well, it was obvious that he wanted to go, and I wasn't going to stop him."

"Aren't you worried about him?"

"Maybe a little, but I know him, so I trust him and I'm sure we'll meet them again soon."

"Yeah...I hope so."

"Is there anything I can do to make you feel better?"

"Well, now that you mention it, Ash, there's one thing you can do that would definitely get me in a better mood." Bea closed her eyes and smiled, Ash quickly understood and held her cheeks, planting a sweet kiss on her lips, she was enjoying it as much as she always does and then she started to run her hands on his chest, careful to not go too low like that time. The couple ordered another flying taxi and they quickly made it to Hulbury, landing right in front of Nessa's Mansion.

"Wow, coming to think about it, this is the first time I've been here." Bea said. "This place's really big."

"Just wait until we get inside, it's even bigger." Ash replied.

"Oh, hey there, Sonia."

"Sonia?"

Ash asked and he noticed Sonia was standing outside of the outer gate of the mansion, she was looking up at a swarm of Butterfree that was flying above the area and then looked at the duo as Bea called her.

"Nice to see you, Bea." She greeted the girl with a smile, which died down a little once she changed to Ash. "You too, Ash." She called him and the two gave each other rather worried looks.

"Uh...am I missing something here?" Bea asked looking at the two.

"Sorry Bea, uh..." Sonia was the one to talk. "Could you let me speak with Ash for a moment? It's something regarding Dracovish."

"Uh, sure." Bea gave Sonia a short suspicious glare, but as far as she knew, the professor wasn't interested in Ash, so she could let it pass. The gate opened and Bea started to walk to the front door while Ash and Sonia were left behind.

"Well...at least you fulfilled your promise and came here as soon as you could." She said looking at Ash. "I fulfilled mine too, Nessa doesn't know about you and Bea."

"Didn't expect you to be here to make sure of that, though." Ash replied.

"Sorry, I don't want to be an intruder, but Nessa told me you were coming and..." Sonia gave a tired sigh. "If this is really going to happen, I needed to be here for her, Ash."

"I know, I know." He interrupted. "You're never going to forgive me."

"Look, I was too harsh on you the other day, I'm just worried about Nessa and you know I'm also friends with Gloria and...and Nia too, they all like you a lot and I'm supposing they'll all get their hearts broken."

"You're not making me feel any better about all this."

"Sorry again, I'm not trying to make you the bad guy here, I know you're doing what your heart tells you, you deserve to be happy as much as them."

"Heh...can you imagine? A Butterfree just sees a Butterfree and then they make it work..." Sonia continued. "Why does it have to so complicated for humans?"

"I'd like to know." Ash answered as he began to talk to the door as well. "But right now, all I can do is being honest with Nessa."

"Bea, Ash, Sonia, welcome guys." Valerie waved at the three as she opened the front door.

"Hey there, Valerie." Ash greeted her. "I see you're wearing the dress we made."

"Oh, well, it gives me a lot of inspiration, so yeah." Valerie answered with a slight blush. "I-I like it a lot too...uh, I suppose you're here for Nessa, I heard her little outburst last night."

"I see..." Ash was kinda relieved of having some more time to think about the situation. "I guess we'll wait for her here, I wouldn't want to go to the Gym battle and break her concentration."

"She'd surely jump to the stands just to see you." Valerie joked, but this caused Ash to feel guilty again. "Well, Matthews and Fredricks were about to start preparing lunch. Would you guys like something?"

"Actually Valerie, I need you to take a look at something first." Ash looked for a Poke Ball and released Flabébé in front of the gym Leader. "This little one was inside the egg you gave me."

"An eternal Flabébé..." Valerie said under her breath

"A what?" Bea asked.

"C-Come with me please." Valerie guided the group to her room, where she brought an old book to them. "That Flabébé is part of an on legend from Kalos, listen closely, a king once befriended a red flower Floette 3000 years ago, but she was killed during a great war. The king created a powerful machine to revive her and he succeed, but there were side effects, Floette's body was altered and she became extremely powerful. As for the king, his constant exposition to the machine granted him with immortality... even then, the king was still hungry of revenge for those who killed his beloved Pokemon... he converted the life machine into a death weapon that ended the war... destroying almost everything and everyone in both sides... his Flabébé felt guilty of all that destruction.. and then killed herself with the machine... the king couldn't bring her back again... he was left even lonelier than before."

"I never heard that legend while I was in Kalos." Ash said.

"Well, unlike with Xerneas and Yveltal or other legendaries, no one was sure if this was actually true, there was a war, but there are no precise records of it, also, the legends say that the weapon was buried to prevent it from being used again, but no one ever found proof of that."

"Do you know anything about that, Flabébé?" Ash asked and the fairy shook her head.

"According to the legend, the spirit of the Floette still roams Kalos to this day, hoping to find a way to make up for the destruction that her friend caused because of her.

"And you think that's true, Valerie?" Bea asked her.

"I'll admit I had my doubts." Valerie answered. "But...the flower your Flabébé has is the exact flower of the story, it doesn't exist anymore, so it has to be true, I...I met a man once...he claimed to be the king of the story."

"But you said that was 3000 years ago." Sonia said. "So it really happened? He gained immortality?"

"That's what he said, he called himself AZ, he looked really old and was very tall, I didn't quite believe him back then, but now that I'm seeing Ash's Flabébé here... wow, he said he was still looking for his Floette to this day, and as the principal Fairy expert in Kalos, I suppose he thought I'd know something about her, but that was years ago, I had no idea of it besides the legends and I haven't seen AZ since then."

"But where did you get the egg from?" Sonia asked.

"From a friend actually, another Fairy expert named Mina."

"You mean Trial Captain Mina from Alola?" Ash asked.

"Just her." Valerie nodded. "And she told me she got the egg during one of her visits to Kanto, but she never told me where or who gave it to her."

"Seems like Flabébé has traveled half the world then." Bea said. "And it only hatched with Ash."

"You never cease to amaze me, Ash." Valerie put a hand closer to Flabébé and the fairy rested on it. "First what happened with Zygarde and now this, I'm glad I could see this legend with my own eyes...I knew this egg would be better on your care, but wow...you know? The Floette of the story never had the chance to evolve into Florges, if you find a way for her to do so I'd be thrilled to see it...the story says her flower has an immense power inside of it."

"It does." Ash answered. "The pollen in Flabébé's flower can cure any kind of injuries."

"Not to mention that huge attack that she used against Gloria's Indeedee." Bea added.

"If all it's true then she could be the strongest Fairy Type in the world, maybe stronger than Xerneas, than Diancie, than the Tapus, than all of them together... could we have a rematch when that happens? The chance of seeing such a powerful fairy excites me."

"I'll be glad to fight you again. Thank you for trusting her to me." Ash smiled causing her to blush again, Flabébé noticed this and started to float in circles around Ash and Valerie.

"Uh, what's she doing?" Ash asked.

"Well, like most Fairy types, Flabébé can feel people's feelings, she's probably trying to tell you that I..." Valerie stopped flat once she heard herself, two words away from confessing. "T-That I..."

"You?"

"T-That I'm really happy that you and I could meet each other better!" She shouted trying to save the situation, causing Sonia to facepalm in realization as Bea gave her a weird look.

"I'm...very happy about that too." Ash answered a little weirded out. "I mean, I'm not saying you left me a bad impression or anything, but it's great to deep more into it, you know?"

"O-Of course! J-Just like you say, it's nice to be closer to you...Ash, you don't know how thankful I am for all the help you gave me when I was feeling down."

"I'm really glad to see you're doing better."

"I-I owe it to you after all." Valerie's blush became more noticeable, enough for Ash to say something.

"Uh, are you-"

"Ash..." Valerie suddenly took one of his hands. "W-Would you like to-"

"ASH!" Nessa suddenly bursted into the room.

"Uh? Hey there, Nes-"

"No time to talk, come with me!" Nessa quickly grabbed Ash by his wrist and guided him away.

"W-Wait!" Ash tried to talk, but she kept dragging him with her, accidentally causing Pikachu to fall on the floor.

"Hey! Where do you think you're going?!" Bea shouted following them, leaving Flabébé and Pikachu along with Sonia and Valerie.

"Pika..." The mouse simply rested on the floor tired of the drama.

"So..." Sonia looked at Valerie with an accusing glare. "Flabébé was trying to tell him that you-."

"Yes, I do like Ash." Valerie answered before Sonia asked the obvious. "How could I not love him after all he did for me?"

"So when you were doubting Nessa the other day, that 'someone else's, you were referring to you."

"No, of course not!" Valerie exclaimed. "I-I'd never try to steal Ash from Nessa! I'd never do that to her!"

"What were you gonna ask him then?" Sonia insisted.

"It was n-nothing...maybe a little...no, never mind, if I had tried my heart would've been more broken than it already is."

"Perfect, now I have to buy four packages of ice cream."

"Please do not, I...I know Ash would never see me that way... Nessa's the one with the fairest chance here."

"Except that she's not..." Sonia sighed.

"Why not?" Valerie asked worried.

"...Ash told me Bea and him were a couple now... he's about to reject Nessa." Sonia sighed again and left the room, leaving Ash's Pokemon with Valerie.

"Oh, goodness...love can me so cruel sometimes, don't you think?" Valerie asked Flabébé and she simply sat on her shoulder. "Still...where do you come from?"

Vermilion City, Kanto. A few moments later.

"Hallo, Valerie."

"Nice to see you Mina." The fashionista greeted her through a video call on her phone. "Uh, listen, that fairy egg you gave me when you were visiting me in Kalos, where did you get it from?"

"Oh, yeah, that travel to Kalos was quite nice." Mina answered. "The atmosphere is so lovely in Lumiose, I met this couple of connoisseurs and made a drawing for them and-"

"That's not what I'm asking." Valerie interrupted her. "Where did you get the egg from?"

"Does that matter?" Mina asked.

"Yes, I mean, I'd just like to know."

"I told you, uh..." Mina looked around trying to spot something. "It was... somewhere here in Kanto."

"So you're in Kanto? You mean you got the egg in that city you are now?"

"Nah, I mean, somewhere...in the region."

"And where is that?" Valerie insisted.

"...I don't remember." Mina admitted with a stoned smile.

"YOU DON'T?!" Valerie shouted.

"...Meh." Mina simply shrugged shoulders. "You know I'm always hopping from here to there, I didn't give it much thought."

"Why are you always so lazy?!"

"Why are you always so serious?" Mina asked back with a laugh. "Besides, why do you need to know so bad?"

"Because this was what was inside of it." Valerie presented Flabébé to the camera and Mina's eyes widened.

"...Holy f-"

"Yeah, yeah, now you understand the problem?"

"Sure, but I still don't remember...Now that I think about it, I'm not even actually sure if it was in Kanto."

"...You serious?" That was all Valerie could ask.

"Eh, I'll try to think, I'll be calling you if I remember anything, fine?"

"Thanks, I guess." Valerie replied as she cut the call.

"Well, that's something you don't see every day." Mina laughed a little.

"MINA!"

"Uh? Hey, Elaine!" She greeted the girl that was running to her.

"Glad to see you again!" Elaine exclaimed along her female Pikachu.

"Same goes to you, ready to go?"

"Not yet, I still need to win my last badge."

"What? But you said you'd be doing that days ago."

"I've been trying, but Sabrina's really tough, I just can't against her Psychics."

"Then perhaps I can give you a little edge." Mina presented the younger girl a Z-ring.

"W-What?!"

"Yep, yep, I was saving this for your birthday, but I suppose you need it better now." Mina softly tossed the ring to her and Elaine caught it, noticing the yellow crystal inserted on it.

"A PIKANIUM!"

"What do you eat to be such a good guesser?" Mina laughed again. "You've seen how I do it, so I'm sure you can handle it."

"Thanks a lot." Elaine put on the ring and showed it to her partner. "Let's go, Pikachu."

Back with Ash.

"N-Nessa, what's wrong?" Ash tried to talk to her as she continued to drag him through the halls of her mansion.

"The wrong thing is that I didn't noticed it earlier!" She replied.

"What are you talking about?"

"I'm really sorry about the delay!" She ignored his question. "Today's challenger had a full stall team, that's just a bad person seriously! But I beat him!"

"Well, I'm glad, but could you-"

"HERE!" Nessa suddenly kicked a door open to reveal a huge indoor pool.

"I'm..." Ash simply looked at her excited smiling face. "I guess I'm not surprised that you have your own pool."

"That's not why I wanted you here, silly." Nessa pulled out a Poke Ball and tossed it to the pool. "Come on out!"

"A... Lapras?" Ash asked looking at the Pokemon which swam to the edge of the pool smiling at him.

"Look closely." Nessa replied smiling as well.

"That's..." Ash stood confused for a few seconds, but everything quickly came together in mind. "L-Lapras... Lapras, that's really you?"

The Pokemon nodded singing a short note and Ash hugged him by the neck as he did his best to hold his tears. "I-I...I can't believe it." He muttered, parting away from the Pokemon a little and looking back at Nessa, who was watching in awe at the reunion. "How did you even-"

"W-Well, it was that day Bea and I went fishing together while you helped Valerie, he was close to the harbor with his herd and since he wasn't the leader anymore I asked him if he wanted to come with me and he accepted, he somehow recognized my scent and Bea's too, he must have felt yours, but I didn't think about it back then, I called you as soon as I realized it." As Nessa ended her explanations she was surprised by a hug from Ash.

"Nessa, thank you!" Ash looked up to her and Nessa couldn't help but blush as her legs weakened.

"I-It's nothing...I..." Nessa wanted to return the hug, but she pushed Ash away instead, not due to disgust, but rather because she thought she'd faint from embarrassment if he continued. She then offered Lapras' Poke Ball to him. "I suppose this is yours."

"...No, it's fine." Ash pushed the ball back to Nessa. "Lapras decided to go with you, so I suppose he'd like to stay here, right?" He looked at Lapras who nodded again.

"A-Are you sure?" Nessa asked. "H-He's one of your Pokemon, I can't just-"

"It's alright, you're a strong, confident and caring Water-Type trainer, I know he'll be better with you than anyone."

"You... Y-You really think so?"

"I know so." Ash assured. "So take care of him. Promise?"

"I swear." Nessa answered holding the Poke Ball close to her. "T-Thank you for trusting me that much."

"No, thank you for calling me, I thought I'd never see him again...Well, I guess seeing Lapras is now another reason for paying you a visit."

"Right!" Nessa smiled at the idea of Ash visiting her more frequently, but that made her think of their current problem. "Ash...you know that's not the only reason why I called you, right?"

"I..."

"S-Sorry, I got tired of waiting, you said...you said that's next time we meet you'd have an answer for me..." Nessa took both of his hands close to her and smiled. "C-Can I have it?"

"Yes, I...I-I suppose I owe you an answer."

Saffron City Gym, Kanto.

"Let's give it our all, Catastropika!" Elaine shouted and synchronized her moves with her Pikachu, which jumped in the air surrounded by electricity to then slam herself down against Sabrina's Alakazam, leaving him defeating after a full six on six battle, where they were the two left standing.

"Alakazam is unable to battle!" Erika gave the announcement as a guest referee. "Pikachu is the winner and the victory goes to Elaine! Well done!"

"How's that?" Elaine jumped victorious as her Pikachu jumped to her cap.

"Now that's a win! Alola Style!" Mina cheered on as Elaine ran to hug her.

"I wouldn't have done it without you, thank you for coming here."

"It's nothing to thank Elaine, seeing you so close to your dream, girl, that sends me."

"Sends you where?" The younger girl asked.

"I still have a lot to teach you, it seems." Mina patted her head.

"Congratulations." Sabrina returned Alakazam and walked to the girl. "Here's the Marsh Badge, you've earned it."

"Our last badge, girl..." Elaine showed the medal to her Pikachu. "We've made it, I'm so proud of you and the team."

"Yes, but there's still a month before the Indigo League." Erika talked to her. "What will you do until then?"

"I'll be going to Alola with my friend, Mina."

"S'up?" Mina greeted them.

"It's a great opportunity to explore a little." Elaine continued. "Maybe I could even find some Pokemon to help me in the league."

"I knew you'd be going to Alola." Sabrina answered. "If I was right about that then... Elaine, may I give you a little vision of mine?"

"Vision of what?" Elaine asked.

"Listen carefully, Elaine, you're gonna meet a very important person in Alola." Sabrina answered.

"Important? Who is it?"

"Well...I'm afraid my vision wasn't that clear." Sabrina gave a sly smile.

"What?! Y-You can't just leave me hanging like that!" The girl complained, causing Mina to laugh.

"Can't I?" Sabrina asked.

"I guess all we can do is going to Alola as quick as possible." Mina suggested.

"As always, you got a point." Elaine sighed and started to leave the Gym. "Thanks for everything, I'll be going to my house to prepare my things for the travel.

"Oh right, I forgot you actually live here in Saffron." Erika said. "But why didn't you challenge Sabrina back when you started?"

"Because she would've gotten decimated and she knew it." Mina laughed.

"Very funny." Elaine rolled her eyes. "Aren't you coming?"

"I'd like to buy some materials for my paintings first, I'll catch up to you on your way to your house."

"Fine, see you there." Elaine accepted and continued to leave, Mina was about to do the same, but Sabrina stopped her.

"Mina, right?" Sabrina asked once Elaine crossed the doors. "Are you Elaine's guardian?"

"Reeeeeally recherche word, I'm just her friend."

"How long has that paint been in your face?" Erika asked out of curiosity.

"I do bath, if that's what your asking." Mina answered.

"Uh, s-sorry." Erika hid behind Sabrina embarrassed, since that was indeed her assumption.

"If I'm not mistaken you've already met with Ash Ketchum, correct?" Sabrina continued, looking at Mina.

"Yup, kid's kinda nice." She replied. "He's also kinda bad tho, if you know what I mean."

"Uh...I don't think I do." Erika said

"Hey, wait a sec, Ash is the person you were referring to Elaine?" Mina asked.

"He is." Sabrina nodded. "Ash is the person she will meet in Alola."

"...And what's the big deal about that?" The painter asked without getting the point.

"Uh...Ash Ketchum...Elaine Ketchum..." Erika said. "Doesn't that tells you anything?"

"Oh, I thought it was a common Kanto surname or something." Mina scratched the back of her head and gave a short laugh. "I mean, it actually is Elaine's second name, but...Wait, you're telling me they are-"

"Brother and sister, same father but different mothers to be more precise." Sabrina answered.

"But Elaine never told me she had a brother."

"Because she doesn't know. I also met with Ash recently and he doesn't seem to be aware of Elaine either."

"Well, Ash's mom went to Alola with him back when he was there, from what I've heard his father was dead, but... Elaine's dad looks pretty alive to me." Mina was more than weirded out by the situation. "Uh, what's going on?"

"I'm afraid that's something they'll have to find out themselves." Sabrina said.

"Should I tell Elaine then?" Mina asked.

"No, it'll be better for them to know on their own when they meet." Sabrina answered. "So keep it as a secret, understood?"

"Well, it'll surely be an inspiring moment, I'd love to paint their reactions...but why are you telling me this?"

"It's all part of the plan." Sabrina simply smiled. "And you are too."

"...and they call me weird." Mina rolled her eyes and finally left the Gym.

"Seems like Ash will be in for quite the ride." Erika said.

"Oh, believe me, a lost sister will be the less of Ash's problems." Sabrina answered.

Back to Hulbury.

"Ash...w-what's the matter?" Nessa stuttered seeing the worried look on his face.

"Nessa...before I say anything, I just want you to know that I'm really glad we could meet, that you are an incredible person and that you're really important to me."

"T-Thanks." She smiled again. "Hearing you say that makes me really happy, Ash."

"You're the first person that ever confessed to me and the way you express your feelings to me makes me feel really special...but, I'm sorry..." After Ash said that last part, Nessa's smile quickly began to fade away. "I-I don't know where should I even start... Bea and I are a couple now."

"You...y-you are?" She replied feeling a lump in her throat.

"Yes... it became official a few days ago, so I-I'm sorry, but I can't... I have to reject you, I can't be with you." Ash thought that saying that would help him ease the burden, but seeing how Nessa was in the verge of crying within just a few seconds only made him feel worse, he could've swear he saw in her eyes the exact moment when her heart broke. "I..."

"S-So that's it?" She asked with a broken voice. "...You're just gonna give up on me?"

"N-No! We can still be frien-"

"Ash Ketchum, D-Don't you are say that word!" She suddenly shouted.

"Nessa, i-it wasn't an easy decision, I thought about you a lot and-"

"Didn't you mean it?!" She was finally bursting out tears. "D-Didn't it matter?!"

"W-What is there to talk about?" She replied without looking at him. "...I guess I was never good enough. Why did you have to give me hope? W-Why couldn't you just reject when I first told you?" Nessa kept crying and eventually fell to her knees while Ash still held her hand. "I-I hate you, I hate y-you, I h-hate you..." She repeated with a weakened voice, without being able of finding the strength to look him face to face. Ash then knelt infront her and put his hands on her cheeks, but she was still looking down. "I...I...I-I...I love you..."

"...Nessa, I swear there was a moment where I really thought you and I could be together, I really had feelings for you, the mere thought of you was enough to make blush and daydream, a-and even now, when I think about, it makes me feel really happy."

"T-Then can't we still give it a try?!" She shouted.

"Because this isn't going to work." He answered. "So many things happened and...and I dragged this for too long... I'm already with Bea and I truly love her. Please, you can find someone better. H-How can you call yourself not good enough? You're just too good, you deserve much more than me!"

"But you are what I want." She finally looked at him again, but she was still crying. "Ash...you are the most wonderful person I've met, the way you make me act, how you make me feel all the time, sleepless nights thinking about you, about how our future together could be... and now you're telling I actually had a chance and I wasted it...I also waited for too long."

Ash pressed their foreheads together and brushed her cheeks with his thumbs, managing to calm her down, at least enough to get her stop crying, Nessa finally looked him eye to eye. "I'm sorry." He repeated. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, if I knew you'd be suffering like this because of me I would-"

"I won't give up on you." She interrupted.

"N-Nessa, I told you-"

"I don't care if you reject me 100 times, I'll keep trying...I want to be with you, I'm going to be with you! I-I'll find a way...I just can't imagine myself loving someone else... I'm not sure if I had some of those weird zings when I first saw you in Elesa's fashion show 3 years ago, but... all those moments I've had with you since you arrived in Galar...do they matter to you? Do you actually care about me?"

"Of course they do! I told you!" Ash was now the one on the verge of tears. "Y-You're...you're really important to me."

"If I am...then I won't give up on my feelings..." Nessa finally found enough strength to completely stop crying, at least for the moment, and looked firmly at the boy of her dreams. "I know you're happy with Bea, I can tell, and I bet she's really happy too...but I'm sure I can make you happy as well... I want to make you happy...a-and I guess I just want to be happy with you too... I-I'm such an idiot, aren't I?"

"The only idiot here is me... What am I doing?" Before Nessa could start crying again, Ash pulled their faces closer and closed his eyes to softly pressed their lips together. Nessa stood in complete shock for a moment, but once she got over her surprise she closed her eyes as well and wrapped her arms around him, her mind got lost into the kiss and they separated their lips after roughly 10 seconds.

"Ash Ketchum..." Nessa was now looking at him tears of joy and a wide smile. "D-Did you just steal my first kiss?"

"I...yes, I guess I did..." Ash smiled at little seeing her happy again, but then he realized what he had done. He quickly separated himself from Nessa and stood up. "S-Sorry! W-Why did I-?! I was ju-" While Ash tried to find the way to apologize, Nessa stood up as well and interrupted with a more passionate kiss that almost made them fall onto the pool.

"N-Nessa, wai-" Ash tried to talk with her, but his words were silenced again by her lips.

"Ssh...I waited long enough." She smiled at him as she continued to plant more kisses, Nessa eventually got the need of air had to stop, gasping for air on Ash's shoulders as she hugged him with all she had, she wasn't letting him leave her, not after that.

"Uh...Nessa?" Ash called her again.

"What's the matter?" Nessa giggled to meet their blushing faces again to give him another kiss, she moved her hands to caress his cheeks and Ash's brain for some reason couldn't move his body to stop her, and the fact that he wasn't doing anything to stop her really excited Nessa.

"I..." Ash gasped for air once Nessa got a second pause. "L-Lapras is watching us." He said embarrassed as Nessa noticed Lapras had been looking at the whole scene, the whole thing made him experiment every emotion within less than 10 minutes and he was blushing from looking at the love exchange.

"Oh, sorry about that." Nessa apologized and returned the Pokemon as she looked at Ash again. "You okay?"

"Yes, t-that was..." Ash did her best to recover air. "A-A little intense for the lack of a better term."

"Intense, uh? Nessa got on her tip toes to look down at him. "Ash Ketchum, if you think that was intense you don't know the meaning of that word."

"I-I..." Ash simply blushed harder and Nessa hugged him by the neck again.

"If you and Bea are together I suppose that means that you've kissed a fair amount of times already..." Nessa made a short pout, but the she pressed their foreheads together again. "Not like I care."

"Wait, wait, hold on a second!" Ash's rationality finally bursted out after quite the struggle.

"What? You didn't like it?" She gave him a smug smile.

"N-No! I mean...I-It feel good, but-"

"Then I'm gonna do it again, so stop complaining, okay?" Nessa suddenly took him by his hips, pulling their bodies even closer. "Just let me take care of everything."

"I'm just saying-" Of course, she started kissing him again without letting him talk. And seeing the way she was enjoying herself, Ash finally accepted it and closed her eyes, returning the kiss as he held her cheeks. Why wasn't he stopping her?! He already had a girlfriend and she knew it! They both knew it! Why was he...liking it?

"Your lips are really tasty, you knew that?" She asked after they parted away.

"Uh, Bea told me that as well..." Ash answered embarrassed and then looked at the door. "Bea..."

"YOU BITCH!" Bea finally found them and in the blink of eye she had pushed Nessa away from Ash, she then held her by the collar of her shirt and prepared her free fist for a punch, but Ash held her arm trying to stop her.

"Bea, please don't hurt her!" He pleaded.

"Didn't he tell you?!" Bea shouted at Nessa. "HE'S MINE!"

"H-He told me you two were dating." Nessa answered. "But I-"

"I've had enough of you!" Bea continued. "I don't want you to get closer to him anymore! You think you can just kiss my boyfriend like that?!"

"H-He was the one who kissed me!" Nessa exclaimed. "I-I mean, I gladly continued, but he started!"

"Bea, it's true!" Ash called her again. "Please, let her go!"

"Argh! You did something! I know you did!" Bea continued to accuse Nessa. "You always have something up your sleeve! You were always the worst one! Why can't you just stay away from him?!"

"B-Because I love him! I love him as much as you love him! A-And just like he loves you, he loves me too!"

"He doesn't love you!" Bea continued to shout as she finally let her arm free and prepared and uppercut as Nessa braced herself.

"Yes, I do!" Ash shouted causing both girls to look at him, Nessa with a happy smile and Bea with a worried frown.

"Ash..." They trailed off at the same time.

"I love her!" He finally shouted. "I love Nessa!"

"What do you mean?" Bea asked.

"We..." Ash took a pause to look at both girls. "We need to talk."

"What are you planning, Ash?" Sonia asked hiding behind the door along Valerie.

Back in Saffron City.

"MOM! DAD!" Elaine bursted into her house accompanied by Mina. "I did it! My last badge!"

"Way to go, superstar!" Her father congratulated her. "I knew you could do it!"

"Thanks!" She smiled at him.

"Hello there, Mrs, Mr. Furu." Mina waved at them as she entered the house.

"Good to see you, Mina." Elaine's mother greeted her. "Thanks again for taking care of Elaine while she goes to Alola.

"No problem, if anything Elaine will probably the one who takes care of me."

"A Gyarados almost eat her while she was drawing in a bridge!" Elaine said. "Anyway, I'll go pack my things."

"And I'm gonna help you." Mina replied walking upstairs, but she glanced at Elaine's father for a moment first and then continued her way up.

"Well, that was... a little weird." He said to himself and returned to read a newspaper, rereading the same article for the 45th time that day.
