(Lilith, Capital of the Underworld.)
The capital of the underworld, Lilith, is a dark and dazzling place, a unique landscape that combines elements of the infernal world with ancient and majestic architecture. Here is a more detailed description:
The streets are paved with polished black stones, reflecting the reddish light of the spectral lamps that illuminate the city. Colossal buildings rise on all sides, made of a material similar to black obsidian that shines with a supernatural glow. Their forms resemble ancient temples, with massive columns, devilish guardian statues, and elaborate designs carved into the walls.
The city's core is dominated by the Red Palace, the imposing fortress of the supreme ruler Lucifer. It is a monumental structure made of a material similar to vivid red crystal, its sharp towers challenging the dark skies of the underworld. Spectral flames constantly crackle on the battlements, illuminating the sinister contours of the sculpted gargoyles and chimeras.
Surrounding the Red Palace are the Gardens of Profane Eden, once beautiful gardens now transformed into a supernatural labyrinth of twisted vegetation and morbid colors. Trees with twisted black trunks raise claw-like branches against the sky, and bushes with sickly red leaves hiss with the supernatural breeze that sweeps through the winding paths.
Rivers of glowing lava snake through the farthest regions of the city, separating different districts. Monumental bridges made of dark and twisted metal span the flaming rivers. At night, the reddish glow of the lava reflects off the obsidian walls, creating a hypnotic and threatening spectacle.
The inhabitants of Lilith are a mix of devils, demonic humanoids, and other dark creatures. Their eyes glow with a supernatural inner light, and their features are angular and intimidating. They move through the streets wearing dark robes adorned with sinister-looking jewels.
The air in Lilith is charged with supernatural energies, making a reddish mist crackle and a constant current of arcane power buzz. Strange sounds and dark laughter echo in the alleys, suggesting sinister activities happening in the deep shadows. Lilith is truly the dark heart of the infernal underworld.

(Pov. Riser Phenex.)
It had been a while since I last came to the capital of the underworld. I can clearly see Sirzechs' current palace. Not just his, but the palaces of the three current Satans. Ajuka, Serafall, Falbium. Each of the four Satans had their demonic castles in the demonic capital.
One could see the care taken in designing the capital of the underworld. Although we have abandoned the old ways today, the gothic appearance and "demonic" image still endure in the layout of the buildings.
I see young devils heading to the current Lucifer's castle, where a meeting of young devils is taking place. And yes, everything was maintained with public money, after all, they are the government. Technically, it is a demonic reign.
I look around in my carriage and see only my Peerage members. Although I would have liked to come with Rias, Sona, and other girls, we all had to maintain our status as Kings and walk with our Peerage members.
Even though everyone knew who was aligned with whom, it was like a party where everyone knew their positions but had to wait for the arrival to join their group. Clearly, not before presenting to everyone and subtly moving to their group.
In other words, a big waste of time, but in my case, today would be the day I would fight one of the unfortunate ones. Yes, apparently, the individual organized for the fight to occur during the meeting among the young devils, so that I wouldn't "deceive" the others with false power. But little does he know that this would be his own downfall; this duel between me and him will be nothing but a one-sided beating.
The carriage approaches the imposing walls of the underworld's capital, Lilith. The wheels softly creak against the path of polished black stones, reflecting the reddish light of the spectral lamps that illuminate the streets.
I murmur arrogantly, "This will be a memorable day. That fool will beg for mercy before I finish him." I state with conviction.
"Certainly, Riser-sama. No one can match your overwhelming power." Tsunade said, already accustomed to Riser's random remarks.
The carriage passes through the open gates, entering the labyrinthine confines of the infernal city. Sinister gargoyles watch from above, their twisted forms writhing in the dancing shadows cast by the spectral flames.
"I admit I missed this place. The supernatural energy in the air is intoxicating, isn't it? Definitely a city of Devil's Power." I speak as I observe the city's unique landscape. Normally, demonic cities adopted medieval European models, but this gothic city had its own style.
"No doubt, Riser-kun. We can feel the arcane power buzzing around us." Medea affirmed, feeling the energy around her.
The carriage moves forward, passing over a twisted black metal bridge that crosses a river of glowing lava. The scorching heat from the fiery depths makes the air ripple.
Gasping,
"Riser-Oni-chan, we're almost at the Red Palace. Can you see it up ahead?" Illyasviel said, much more impressed, even being an Einzbern, the demonic castle had no proportion compared to the Einzbern castle.
A threatening roar of crackling flames.
Indeed, the vast fortress of vivid red crystal looms ahead, its sharp towers piercing the dark skies. Demon guards in black armor patrol the walls, their spears sparking with supernatural energy.
I smile disdainfully, "Of course. Finally, it's time to deal with that insignificant fool who dared to challenge me. Prepare to witness the true power of the Phenex Clan!" I tell all the girls as I step out of the carriage and move towards the entrance. (A/N: Imagine putting on a mask as an act to hide his true self. As you can see in this chapter, he let his opinion overflow throughout the chapter. But we must know that there is a serious time for everything.)
The creak of the palace doors opening CRRRRRRUUNNNCCHHH!

(Pov. Riser…)
The energy of the party still lingered in the air like a glowing mist as I made my way to the mansion's main hall. It was time for a slightly more formal meeting: the Gathering of Young Demons. An annual event that brought together the heirs of infernal families to discuss alliances, resolve disputes, and, of course, showcase their latest achievements.
In the hallway, I encountered Serafall, who gave me a mischievous smile. "Are you ready, Riser?"
"Oh, you know I am," I replied. "Let's show them what the Phenex can do."
Upon arriving at the grand hall, a buzz dominated the atmosphere. The conversations were lively, mixed with laughter and whispers.
"Murmur murmur."
Young people from different demonic lineages occupied every corner, discussing strategies, alliances, and displaying their respective statuses. In the center of the hall, the main table was reserved for the most prominent families.
A voice echoed through the hall, capturing everyone's attention. "The host of tonight, Riser Phenex!" A young lackey announced,
Bam bam bam.
Approaching the main table, I greeted with a confident smile, my gaze scanning the important figures of the demon elite present.
"Riser, it's always a pleasure to see you," greeted Zephyr Belial, heir to the Belial family. He offered me a firm handshake, accompanied by a calculated smile.
"Zephyr, the pleasure is all mine," I replied. "I hope tonight brings good opportunities."
He nodded before stepping aside, leaving room for another young man to approach. Most exchanged formal greetings, while some didn't hesitate to show their disdain as an attempt to undermine my authority.
It didn't take long for the disputes to begin, each one trying to prove their worth. My eyes caught Magdaran Bael, with his haughty posture, challenging Sairaorg Bael to a sword duel.
"Aren't you going to join the fun?" Zephyr asked provocatively.
I smiled back. "I'll let them expend their energy. I'll play my card at the right moment."
The duel was fought with fervor.
Clang clang clang.
The swords cutting through the air and clashing as they met. Magdaran was knocked down, the sword falling beside him as he panted on the ground. "It's always the same," he grumbled, rolling his eyes.
As the duels continued, I approached my table, where Sona, Rias, and other members awaited. "I hope you're ready to represent the Phenex."
Rias smiled, her gaze intense. "You can count on us, Riser."
The night progressed, and the competition intensified. Sona faced Zephyr Belial in a strategy game, the pieces moving across the board with precision,
Clack clack clack.
as the two exchanged calculated looks.
In the end, Sona emerged victorious, Zephyr retreating with a respectful nod. "Good game, Sona."
After many hours of displays, duels, and alliances formed, I invited the families for a final toast, raising my glass. "To lasting alliances and the strength of our lineages. May the power of the demons prosper!"
The glasses were raised in the air, and the voices echoed through the hall,
Cheers!
Engulfed in an atmosphere of respect and friendly rivalry, every young demon knew that this gathering wasn't just for show, but an essential part of building the future.
I smiled, realizing that even amidst distrust and ambition, we could still find bonds that would unite our families for a common goal.
But I also knew that after the demonic presentation, my duel would begin. And as strange as it seems, it's not normal for an individual to be absent or late for this type of meeting. After all, it doesn't happen all the time. And it would be a huge loss for his family.
While my thoughts buzzed with these ideas, a deafening sound reverberated throughout the hall.
CrunnnCh!
The doors were almost ripped off their hinges. I turn to see what's happening and then see some guys holding a girl with twin drills over their shoulders. In the next moment, all I saw was red.
My scowl became visible, the air once breathable and pleasant to all devils. I could feel it ripple with power, its edge curling in space, the very space distorting, reality fracturing. And in another moment, I and this walking corpse were teleported to another place.

(Pov. Serafall Leviathan.)
"What did you do?!" I asked indignantly to Sirzechs.
"I'm letting them kidnap Riser's sister," affirmed the crimson Devil. Serafall, alongside the other Satans who were also showing foolish faces, couldn't help but look more at Sirzechs, after all, his plan had everything to go very wrong. An enraged Super Devil in the most populous city of the underworld. What could go wrong, right?
"Wait a minute. Are you saying there's a plan to kidnap Riser's sister? And not only that, you're in charge of the internal part and letting them kidnap her?" Serafall started gripping her magical girl staff harder, to the point of causing cracks in it.
"That's right. As you know, as I've told Riser's mother, I've told all of you that I see myself in this boy. As much as I hate how close he is to my sister, to ensure he becomes stronger, he will have to suffer a setback in his life," affirmed the crimson Satan while sipping tea.
"You know this could go very wrong. What if he loses control of his power and starts killing everyone like a berserk?" I asked Sirzechs, who looked at me with a bored look.
"Seriously, Serafall, you of all people think he will lose control of his power. Yes, his main sin may be wrath. But I guarantee his mother put him through training that none of us have gone through in our entire lives. Do you happen to know who Rumix Phenex's teacher is?" Asked the crimson Devil, who was a first-rate intriguer.
Ajuka just smiled, knowing it was impossible for Riser to get hurt in a fight against someone of such a low level.
"As a precaution, I placed a teleportation matrix throughout the building. This means I can teleport anyone inside. Not only that, but I can create a separate dimension for a Rating Game. This will also ensure Ravel's safety," affirmed Ajuka.
"But that only means..." I began to speak before being interrupted by Sirzechs.
"The only one who thinks she might get hurt will be Riser," affirmed the new Lucifer.
(A/N:Sorry for the delay. Last week, around Tuesday, I traveled for work. Lately, this month, the maximum temperatures have been around 40°C, which is incredibly hot. It's been really discouraging to write. Just to give you an idea, at 9 PM, the temperature is still around 30°C. You can only sleep well with air conditioning during this time of year in Brazil, especially since there are idiots burning things everywhere. )
(A/N: I'm sorry, but I still firmly believe that Sirzechs is a manipulative bastard. No one can convince me otherwise; to be the strongest Satan, he doesn't need to be the most manipulative. He needs to be the master of deception, after all, the bastard literally seduced Satan's maid and slept with her. The guy has to be a complete bastard. All of this in the middle of a war, where both houses were "enemies." # Sirzechs the manipulative bastard!)
