"Three, you say?"

"Shopkeeper, please give me a moment to think it over," Fisk said, nodding to Rosh as he picked up the Devil Fruit catalog once more.

"Take your time, Fisk. There's no rush," Rosh replied with a smile.

Fisk nodded again and carefully scanned through the pages of the catalog. However, it wasn't long before he frowned.

"Shopkeeper, is the Rust-Rust Fruit still available?" Fisk asked, looking up at Rosh with a serious expression.

He had just eaten the Steel-Steel Fruit, and now he found out there was a fruit that could rust objects. This fruit seemed explicitly designed to counter him, making him feel uneasy, almost like he had swallowed a fly.

"The Rust-Rust Fruit is indeed still available," Rosh confirmed with a nod.

"The catalog mentions that this fruit can cause objects to rust and corrode?" Fisk asked, his tone heavy.

"That's correct, Fisk," Rosh replied, understanding why Fisk was so concerned about this fruit. He explained further, "But the Rust-Rust Fruit doesn't just affect steel. It can cause anything it touches to rust."

"Even the human body?" Wesley was astonished. Metals rusting was understandable, but how could non-metals rust? The Devil Fruits truly defied conventional understanding.

"Yes, even the human body, Wesley," Rosh confirmed with a chuckle. "In the world of Devil Fruits, you must set aside your previous understanding of how things work."

"The shopkeeper is right. You can't apply common sense to Devil Fruits," Wesley agreed, nodding in amazement.

"Even so... Shopkeeper, the Rust-Rust Fruit's corrosion effect on metals should be more pronounced, right?" Fisk asked, still troubled by the implications.

"Fisk, even different metals rust at different rates, so..." Rosh shrugged, leaving the rest unsaid but clearly implied.

It wasn't just about the difference between metal and non-metal; even two pieces of iron in the same environment could rust differently. Some materials are simply more prone to rust than others.

"Shopkeeper, I'll take the Rust-Rust Fruit as well," Fisk decided almost immediately after understanding the situation.

The Rust-Rust Fruit seemed like the nemesis of the Steel-Steel Fruit. Such a fruit had to be in his possession—there was no way he could let someone else acquire it.

In fact, Fisk didn't even plan to let anyone use the Rust-Rust Fruit, not even his own people. He intended to destroy it, ensuring that no one could ever wield it against him.

Having used one of his three limited purchases on a fruit he intended to destroy, Fisk now had only one choice left. He returned to the catalog, carefully considering his final selection.

After about five minutes, his eyes settled on another fruit. "Shopkeeper, I think the Dice-Dice Fruit looks quite promising."

Fisk had carefully evaluated his options before deciding on this one. The recent appearance of Daredevil had shown him how important it was to have a high-level combatant on his side.

He had never imagined a single person could cause him so much trouble and losses, leaving him with no effective way to counter it. If it hadn't been for Wesley hiring Deadpool, dealing with Daredevil might have been even more challenging.

Having learned his lesson, Fisk was now determined to develop a top-tier fighter under his command to prevent another Daredevil from emerging.

Of course, Fisk was already a formidable fighter, and the Iron-Iron Fruit only made him more dangerous. He was confident that if he faced Daredevil now, Daredevil would likely be the one to fall.

However, given his status, Fisk couldn't afford to step into every fight himself. He needed a trusted and powerful subordinate.

After careful consideration, he chose the Dice-Dice Fruit, which could turn the user's body into blades, increasing both offensive and defensive capabilities—a well-rounded ability.

"Ah, the Dice-Dice Fruit," Rosh commented with approval as he looked at Fisk's selection.

The Dice-Dice Fruit was indeed a well-known fruit. Mr. 1's strength was undeniably formidable, which was why Crocodile valued him so highly, even after escaping Impel Down.

"Fisk, this is indeed an excellent choice," Rosh continued. "As the catalog mentions, this fruit can turn any part of the user's body into blades. You can imagine how powerful this ability can be in combat."

"Moreover, in some ways, this fruit is quite similar to your Steel-Steel Fruit, as it also hardens the user's skin to a steel-like level."

"It's a fruit that balances both attack and defense."

"Exactly, that's why I chose it," Fisk agreed, nodding as he made his final decision. "Shopkeeper, I'll take the Rust-Rust Fruit and the Dice-Dice Fruit. How much for the two?"

"The Rust-Rust Fruit and Dice-Dice Fruit are each priced at one million dollars. With the discount, the total comes to 1.4 million dollars."

"Alright, Shopkeeper, please pack these two fruits for me." Fisk said, swiftly completing the payment.

Rosh carefully placed the two Devil Fruits in custom-made packaging and handed them to Fisk.

Fisk felt the weight of the packages in his hands, and a wave of satisfaction washed over him.

This transaction, costing just five million dollars, had brought him such powerful items—it was a great deal.

The frustration and annoyance from dealing with Shin had vanished entirely.

With the transaction completed, Rosh asked Kingpin if he wanted to join their group chat.

Rosh: "@everyone, we have a new member in the Devil Fruit Family. Please welcome Wilson Fisk!"

The previously quiet chat instantly became lively.

Wesley: "Welcome, Mr. Fisk!"

Vanessa: "A new member? @Rosh, your business is booming today! @Wilson Fisk, welcome, welcome!"

'Vanessa?'

'What the heck?'

Fisk was utterly stunned.
