The Villainous Young Master’s Life in Another World

chapter 19

In this half hour, Sherry not only took Gu Ming and others to the Academic Affairs Office for application but also accompanied them all the way to their accommodation.

“Sister Li has worked hard,”

Gu Ming politely thanked her.

“Oh dear brother Gu! What are you talking about? It’s fate that brought us together; just don’t forget your Sister Li in future.”

“Certainly! Certainly!”

“Go ahead, you two take your time looking around, Sister Li won’t disturb you anymore,”

With those words, Shi Li turned and walked towards the school. Gu Ming waved goodbye to her, and Shi Li gave a symbolic nod in response.

Inside the western-style building, Mia started to complain,

“Cough cough, brother, there’s so much dust here,”

Gu Ming looked around and felt that the house was still quite nice, with good lighting and ventilation, and most importantly, it was close to the academy.

“Well, there’s nothing we can do about it. After all, ours is the cheapest one available, so it’s normal that no one has cleaned it,”

Gu Ming rolled up his sleeves, ready to start cleaning, while Tina, who couldn’t stand the sight as soon as she entered, had already begun tidying up.

Watching them bustling about, Mia couldn’t help but suggest,

“Isn’t this troublesome? Can’t we just use magic?”

Upon hearing Mia’s words, Gu Ming and Tina paused in their movements.

Still reeling from the mental shock, before they could react, Mia had already started waving her wand, and the room began to transform.

Minutes later, under Mia’s touch, the entire room was revitalized. The once dark wooden tables and floors now shone brightly after being blessed by magic, and the previously cluttered surroundings were now clean and tidy. In a word, the love nest was reborn.

After the cleaning was done, the three of them began to choose their rooms. Of course, for the two women, choosing a room was merely for storing their personal belongings, as for sleeping, everything remained as it was.

“Brother, how about you take this room? It’s the largest of the four bedrooms,”

Mia asked Gu Ming.

“Sure, this room will do,”

Gu Ming agreed without a second thought.

For Gu Ming, it didn’t really matter where he lived. Of course, he hadn’t yet considered the deeper implications of choosing a larger place.

Sure enough, Mia’s next sentence revealed her hidden intentions to Gu Ming.

“Brother, don’t you think this bed is a bit small?”

“It’s okay.”

“Is it really okay?”

Mia squinted at Gu Ming and mouthed the words “My…king…dom…for…”

“Holy crap! Relax, relax…”

Gu Ming quickly responded with a strong survival instinct,

“I suddenly feel it’s necessary to get a bigger bed. I’ll go buy one right now.”

Gu Ming swiftly left the scene at breakneck speed. He could still hear Mia’s farewell in his ears,

“Brother, the sooner you go, the sooner you’ll return. Muah!”

“Alright.”

Today Gu Ming deeply understood what ‘the old drunkard’s interest lies not in wine’ meant.

……

“Mia is this really fair to Master Brother? What if Master Brother gets angry?”

Tina looked worriedly at Mia who nonchalantly dusted off her clothes,

“Don’t worry about it. We’ve been with brother for so long now; we know his temperament well enough that he won’t get angry over something like this.”

“But…”

Seeing Tina hesitate and stammering around her words, Mia interrupted,

“There are no buts! You’re neither advancing nor retreating – why? Don’t tell me you don’t want brother’s body soon or have you already given up on him?”

Tina immediately retorted, “I will never give up on Master Brother in my life. My love for Master Brother is as clear as day.”

Mia tapped her ear and blew on her finger, saying, “Yes, yes, but you can’t just talk without action. Love is selfish. Besides, we all know that Brother loves us. So why don’t you try harder to win him over sooner?”

Mia made a gesture and Tina blushed and stammered, “But…”

Mia continued to tease, “But what? Don’t you want to break through Brother’s defenses sooner?”

“Yes,” Tina replied.

“Well then,” Mia said with a smirk. “Although you’re not as cute as me, you’re seductive enough with those two weapons on your chest. Even I am impressed by them as a woman; let alone Brother.”

Listening to Mia’s teasing words, Tina secretly scoffed.

“From today onwards, we’ll work together from both sides. With our combined efforts and unity against him, no matter how strong his willpower is, he won’t be able to resist forever.”

Tina agreed with this reasoning and asked further: “So what should we do next?”

At this moment, Mia’s lips curled slightly.

“Heheh… follow my lead,” she said.

Tina took a small step closer to Mia.

“After observing him for so many days now,” Tina continued hesitantly. “I’ve noticed that Brother seems to have a particular fondness for maid outfits – especially when you wear one.”

Confused by this revelation,Tina asked for more information:

“And then?”

Mia looked at her with contempt.

“Foolish, don’t you know what you look like in a maid’s outfit?”

“What do I look like?”

Mia was annoyed by her ignorance.

“You look provocative, your half-exposed style is just like a loose woman.”

“Ugh, you’re the provocative one, and the loose woman. Stupid Mia, idiot Mia.”

Tina punched Mia’s slender arm lightly. Mia quickly interrupted,

“Alright, let’s get back to business.”

Mia brushed off her hand and continued speaking. Tina perked up her ears and listened attentively.

“So we can infer that brother definitely likes some strange costumes. As long as we dress this way or that way at night… hehe…”

“That’s brilliant! You’re so smart, Mia!”

“You flatter me too much; don’t worry about the costumes – I have them all.”

Suddenly Gu Ming sneezed on the street.

“Achoo! Who is talking behind my back again?”

Gu Ming rubbed his nose bridge and asked the grocery store owner next to him,

“Do you have any larger beds here?”

The shopkeeper eagerly replied,

“Yes yes, may I ask how big of a bed does sir need?”

Gu Ming pondered for a moment.

“About enough room for three people to sleep, I’d say.”

“Dear guest, please follow me.”

Following the owner into the store, Gu Ming looked around and could only say that a general store truly lives up to its name, with an assortment of everything from wands and potions to pots and pans.

“Dear guest, our three-person beds come in round, square, and triangular shapes. May I know which type you need?”

Gu Ming glanced at the triangular bed in front of him and internally cursed.

“I can understand round and square, but what in the world is this triangle? Sleeping on it would be like lying on a crucifix. Are you sure you’re not messing with me?”

Suppressing the urge to voice his criticism, he silently pointed to the large square bed.
