Y/n snatched the paper. "I am asking you for the paper for so long and you aren't giving. " She yelled.

She read the news and looked up at jungkook. "Your bill money will be paid tomorrow. You can go." Y/n said to man.

Jungkook banged the door close and saw add y/n. The paper man flinched. He shrugged and left.

Namjoon spread the curtain and let the sunlight fall in bedroom. Mina stirred in her sleep.

She put her hand up to shield her face. "Get up darling. " Namjoon said.

"What time is it ?" Mina asked. "Time ? There's no time for asking this. Get ready fast." Namjoon said and went to put cuff links.

"Why ?" Mina asked confused. "Today is your last hearing for divorce. Then you will be free. I am more excited than you." Namjoon said.

"Take minji along too. " Namjoon said wearing his vest. "Why? " Mina frowned.

"Dear, you want her custody right? " Namjoon asked to which Mina nodded.

"It's very important. So get ready I am waiting outside." Namjoon smiled and left.

"Mrs Jung, please get minji ready we have to go outside." Mina said whole tying her hair.

Hyun-tae was reading the newspaper.

Hae-won came there and saw him reading the page of y/n and jungkook news.

"Why are you reading this nonsense early morning ?" Hae-won said snatching the paper.

"I really wish that I could burn these papers." Hae-won grunts. "What will it do, it's already published." Hyun-tae said.

Jungkook came down with file in his hand. "Mom, I am going to court." He said. "Ley me come with you." Hae-won said.

"What will you do there ? It's last hearing anyways. You will hey troubled." Jungkook said.

"I wouldn't be troubled more than you. I know you are strong. But I am your mom, I understand you." Hae-won said softly.

"And I am not going only for you, I am going to meet my minji." Hae-won said. Jungkook looked at her.

"I don't even know if she slept properly last night or not." Hae-won said sadly.

"Dear, my heart is yearning for minji." Hae-won said. "I can understand mom but you also try to understand that today is very sensitive day in court." Jungkook said explaining.

"I don't want you to speak something there in emotions and our case gets weak. I promise you that I will fight for Minnie's custody." Jungkook said softly.

Hae-won nodded. "I know I couldn't be good dad but I know that you were good grandparents. I will bring her back." Jungkook smiled.

Hanwoo entered the living room. "Yes, aunt hyung is right."

"I am with him." Hanwoo smiled. "Off you are going with him then I have not to worried." Hae-won smiled.

They left for court.

As they arrived at court, hanwoo kept his hand on jungkook's. "Hyung, no matter what happens you have to control your anger." He said.

"You know how manipulative Namjoon is. So keep your cool. Keep your temper in control." Hanwoo said.

Jungkook sighed and got off with hanwoo. He saw another car pulling up. Namjoon and Mina got off.

Mina got minji down from car. "Why the f*ck she brought minji here ?" Jungkook muttered angrily.

"Calm down, hyung." Hanwoo went to jungkook and grabbed his shoulder gently.

"Mina, finally you are going to be free from this so called marriage. I am so happy. Let's go. " Namjoon said keeping his hand on Mina's waist.

They both went inside courtroom and left minji with Mrs Jung.

"When will we go home ?" Minji asked Mrs Jung.

"When mom and dad's work will be finished, okay ?" Mrs Jung said smiling. Minji looked at jungkook who was entering the hall.

Minji smiled and ran towards him. Jungkook saw her and his eyes softened. He wanted to hold her but he couldn't. He ignored her and went inside courtroom.

Hanwoo caught her in his arms. "Dear, where are you going ?" He asked. "I want to meet dada." Minji said sulking.

"Dad will meet you after sometime okay ? You stay here with ajumma." Hanwoo said and signaled the lady to take her.

Mrs Jung took minji with her. Hanwoo went inside and sat with jungkook and their lawyer.

The judge came inside the room and sat on his seat. "Mrs Jeon Mina and second party Mr Jeon jungkook." The judge said.

Both of them came forward and sat in front of judge. "I will ask some questions from both of you." The judge said.

Here minji was crying. "I want to go to dada. Why didn't grandma came ?" Minji said while eden to break free from Mrs Jung.

"Please call Y/n sungmo I want to talk to her." Minji said. Mrs Jung nodded and dialed y/n's no.

Y/n was getting ready for going to clinic. She picked the phone with smile. "Hello minji." She said.

"Y/n sungmo I am getting bored I am having nothing to do." Minji said pouting. "Why ? Where are you ?" Y/n frowned.

"I am here with mumma. Where are we ?" Minji asked Mrs Jung. "Court" She replied.

"Court" Minji passed to y/n. "Court ? Wait a sec where are you ? " Y/n asked confused.

"In court. Even dada is here, but he didn't talked to me." Minji said and started crying.

"No dear, don't cry good kids don't cry." Y/n said consoleing. Minji continued crying.

"Ok, I am reaching in 5 min. Give phone to ajumma." Y/n said. Minji gave the phone to Mrs Jung.

"Sungmo, where exactly are you ?" Y/n asked. "In family court. Mam's divorce case is going on so we have come here only." Mrs Jung said.

"I am reaching in 10 min. Please take care of minji." Y/n said and hurriedly went to her car in parking.

"The court is granting you divorce." Judge said. Mina smiled and Namjoon smirked.

Jungkook looked at her being all smiles. Mina looked at Namjoon. She turned to see jungkook looking at her.

Her smile dropped. She looked ahead avoiding him. "You both have two kids. One daughter minji and a son Ju-won. Ju-won will be staying with Mina as usual and both party agree." Judge said.

"Ma'am, my client wants custody of minji also. We are getting the papers ready." The lawyer of Namjoon said.

"Sorry, I don't agree." Jungkook said. "Mam, my client Mr Jeon doesn't agrees. The daughter from when she was six months old till now has been living with her dad." Mr hyunsik said.

"If we see then it is Mr Jeon who raised her. Mrs Mina left her on her father's support. She doesn't deserve her." Hyunsik said.

"Her son ju-won is also staying in hostel. A mother who doesn't have time for her own child, what is the gurantee that she will take care of minji." Hyunsik said accusing.

Mina looked at Namjoon. Namjoon made her quiet. "Mr Jeon and his parents have raised minji. After 5 yrs suddenly she realises she has a daughter and she wants it." Hyunsik said mocking.

Jungkook remembered his past.

"Minji please don't leave me. I will do whatever you ask me to." Jungkook pleaded.

"Jungkook please, we have already talked about it. It's over, Namjoon is waiting for me." Mina said keeping her clothes in luggage.

"I won't ever forgive Namjoon. Je os the one who provoked you. How could you believe his talks ?" Jungkook said sitting on bed.

"I know I have many faults, I will overcome them. We have kids Mina, our daughter is just six months old." Jungkook said crying.

Mina sighed. "I won't let you go. Think about our children." Jungkook said grabbing her luggage.

"I was staying for them only. I have been staying from 6 months. I know how I stayed these months. These are mine kids too, I love them but they will understand that I did this all for myself, for my life." Mina said explaining.

"I don't want to live a lie, I don't want to live with you because I don't love you. And it's not a rule that we should keep our happiness aside and live together. Leave my bag and let me go." Mina tried to get the bag.

She snatched the bag. Jungkook stood up. "Why are punishing kids for my faults ?" He asked.

"Minji is too small to understand that's why she will stay with you and ju-won with me. Time will heal everything. Ju-won can't stay away from me. I can't take minji with me in my new life." Mina said and jungkook looked at her in disbelief.

"How will I handle her if I have to table if I have to travel somewhere ? And you were the one who wanted minji so you keep her." Mina said shrugging.

"I loved you so much and that also was insufficient for you." Jungkook removed his glasses and wiped his tears.

"That's what is called being madly in love. Maybe this will open your eyes. Don't be a fool jungkook. What even have you given me? " Mina said.

"Love isn't enough to live a life. You can't get a big house or big car with love. You can't feed yourself with love. This whole room is filled with our failed marriage." Mina mocked.

"These are divorce papers, sign them." Mina said and threw the paper on bed.

"The hearing for custody will be held after 12 days. We will investigate the case and decide with whom will minji stay. " Judge said bringing jungkook out of his thoughts.

"Till next hearing I apply status co. " Judge said. 'Status co ? That means whatever the situation is now will remain same. That's why Mina did all the drama with those welfare women.' Jungkook thought.

Main signed the divorce paper and passed it to jungkook. Jungkook took the pen to sign.

"Mina our relation can't be broken with these mere papers." Jungkook said.

"Jungkook our relationship is broken from years before. Maybe you will believe by seeing these papers." Mina said and left.

"Mina don't leave me. Please Mina." Jungkook cried hysterically.

Jungkook's eyes we're filled with tears. Hanwoo kept hand on his shoulder breaking his thoughts. He signed the papers while blinking his tears.

Every moment of their relation flashed in front of his eyes. Both Mina and jungkook looked at each other and went their seperate ways.

"Hyunsik, I want minji's custody at any cost. I have already lost ju-won, I don't want to lose her. I want my daughter back with me." Jungkook said firmly.

Mina came out in hall and went to minji. "Minji dear, you weren't bored right? Ajumma bring her." Mina said and went out.

She smiled seeing Namjoon who was holding two glasses of champagne.

"Ajumma y/n sungmo hasn't come." Minji said. "We have to go dear." Mrs Jung said.

"Congratulations to your newly found freedom." Namjoon said. Mina took the glass. Namjoon saw minji.

"What is she doing here ? She can't come with us." Namjoon said a little annoyed.

"Why? " Mina asked confused. "We aren't going home baby, we are gonna celebrate. Please bring her in another car. " Namjoon said smiling and told Mrs Jung to bring minji.

Mrs Jung nodded and took her towards car. She opened the car door. Minji saw a black colour car pulling up.

Minji saw y/n getting out. She ran towards her. "Y/n sungmo."

Y/n looked at her. Minji hugged y/n tightly and cried. Y/n caressed her hair.

Jungkook came out off hall. He saw Mina and Namjoon drinking. Namjoon caressed Mina's cheek. Jungkook fisted his hand to control his anger.

Namjoon and Mina sat in car and drove off.

"Why are you crying ?" Y/n asked. "Where were you, I missed you so much." Minji said crying.

"Aww, I also missed you. You know how much ?" Y/n spread her arms to show.

"Where is marshmallow ?" Minji asked. "I didn't bring him I am sorry. I will let you meet him soon." Y/n said.

"But I want a bribe for that." Y/n said. "What ?" Minji asked. Y/n tilted her head and pointed at her cheek.

Minji cupped her cheeks and kissed her tightly. Y/n smiled.

"Ajumma, where is her mom ?" Y/n asked Mrs Jung.

"They went outside and asked me to take her home." Mrs Jung said.

Y/n nodded. "I don't want to go to that home. That house is bad. I want to stay with you." Minji said and hugged y/n.

Minji saw jungkook cling to his car. She ran to him yelling. "Dada! " Y/n saw her running to jungkook.

Jungkook stopped. Minji ran and hugged his waist. "Dada, please take me with you. I want to go to grandma. I will do whatever you say, I will be a good girl please." Mini said crying.

Jungkook was silent. "Hyung, can we take minji... " Hanwoo spoke but jungkook cut him off.

"Hanwoo, say to minji that I will take her with me in 12 days, I promise that." Jungkook says without looking at minji.

"Look dear, dada hass promised. You will soon come back to home." Hanwoo said to minji. "But for now you have to stay with mumma." Hanwoo said with tears.

He took minji's hand off of jungkook. Jungkook had tears in his eyes but he controlled. He was hesitant to let her hand go.

He controlled himself and sat in car. Y/n was standing far so she couldn't hear the conversation. She misunderstood the situation.

As jungkook drove off y/n ran to minji and hugged her. 'Mr Jeon jungkook, I never saw a stone hearted father like you.'

'Forget taking her with you, you didn't even soared a glance at her. Shame on you.' Y/n thought.
