A Different Smallville

After shoving the three women who barged in, Leonardo welcomed Liz. Who led a confused Sheldon inside and gave him a look upon seeing the three women. Where he only shrugged as he led her to the living room.

"So, who are these three? I know Aurora, but the other two I don't." Liz asked.

"As you know, Aurora is my girlfriend, while Raya and Kara are my mistresses. Something they decided on recently." Leonardo shrugged. "What about you, hopefully it's not as awkward as mine."

"No, no. I have been single since that night four years ago." Liz shook her head.

This eases some of Leonardo worries truth be told since it would be kind of awkward appearing if she had a boyfriend. Now the question is will she even allow him to be a part of the kid's life. That is more what Leonardo is worried about at the moment.

"None were really interested in dating me upon learning I have a child already. Since getting into a relationship with me also means getting into one with the child." Liz explained.

"Why didn't you come to me or find Clark to pass along the message?" Leonardo asked as he took a seat and crossed his legs.

"I wasn't sure how you would react." Liz laughed awkwardly. "I am the only one of the group that night to bear a child. Also, I wasn't sure how your girlfriend would react nor wanted to bog you down. You did follow your dream of becoming a police officer for a while."

Leonardo just stared at Liz for a moment, since what she said was mostly the truth. The only part he didn't believe was the last part of her explanation. He guessed that she was unsure how to explain it to him and wanted to move the topic away from her lack of bravery in that aspect.

"Alright." Leonardo allowed her to have that part.

Leonardo just didn't delve into it, since it was probably a trying time for her.

"Very well. I will just cut to the chase. How much can I be a part of the boy's life? I already missed the first four years, I would rather not miss more." Leonardo said.

"Your concern about the boy? What about me?" Liz narrowed her eyes. "I won't allow you to take him away."

"Who said I would take him away?" Leonardo replied calmly. "I simply didn't try to imply or assume you would want a relationship with me? Not all women want a male partner nor do they want to enter a relationship due to a child. So I tried to avoid this conversation for the moment."

"You say you don't want to assume, but you are assuming for me." Liz replied.

"Fine, fine. Where shall we begin then?" Leonardo sighed.

While Leonardo was in a heavy conversation since both tended to get side tracked and Sheldon, the boy in question was spoiled by three women. Over in Metropolis, Jimmy Olson was slightly panicking. For he discovered his girlfriend was having lunch with a man he didn't recognize.

So like any well mannered man and not believing what he saw. He was preparing to march over and make an awkward conversation to figure out what was going on. However, he felt someone grab the back of his collar.

"Jimmy, perfect timing. I need your help, I got a lead on the series of missing shady people." Lois said, dragging him away.

"Lois, I am kind of busy." Jimmy complained. "Also, isn't Clark with you."

"Don't mention Smallville. He is currently helping a little girl look for a lost cat." Lois said with clenched fists. "I want to be mad as I got a lead on a possible serial killer on the loose. However, it's hard to be mad at him when he does such a thing."

"So, he gets to look for a small cat while my girlfriend could be possibly cheating on me." Jimmy cried bitterly.

"We can investigate Chloe's strange behavior later. Now let's go." Lois ordered.

"Lois!"

"So we have been meeting for a while now. May I ask you out on a formal date." Davis asked.

Chloe was a bit stunned at the handsome man across from her words. His short black hair, double chin and good looks could interest girls. While paired with his job as a paramedic just make it a killer move and what drew her to make a friendship with him lately.

"Sorry, Davis, but I got a boyfriend. You're a great friend, but I will say sorry as I like my nerdy boyfriend." Chloe smiled.

"You mean, you've been coming to lunch with me despite having a boyfriend."

"I thought I told you before." Chloe smiled.

"Then you can see a picture of him." Davis smiled.

Chloe then pulled out her phone and did a few swipes before a photo of her and Jimmy appeared on the screen. Davis smiled as he studied the photo for a moment and clenched his fist under the table.

"You two are cute together." Davis praised. "I should probably get back to work."

'Yes, cute together, but not for much longer if I have anything to say about it.' Davis thought as he walked away with a cold look in his eyes.

Later that night as Jimmy slowly walked his way to his apartment with dead tired feet. For he was dragged around the entire city by Lois in the hunt for clues. Besides getting details of the killer being buff, over three meters, gray skin with spikes on its body. They got nothing as neither Lois nor him really believed it, however when Clark heard this he walked off in a hurry.

"Now that I think about it, why did Lois suddenly appear at that moment?" Jimmy said to himself.

Clenching his fist as a few conspicuous theories appeared in his head. He soon dismissed them as Lois would definitely not cover for her cousin or anyone for that matter. However, she seemed a bit wary about the guy since she acted a bit weird when he found a folder about him in her car.

Knock, knock!

"Coming, you don't need to knock so hard." Jimmy said as he sat down his camera.

However, upon reaching his door, a thick gray arm with spikes on its knocks punched a hole through it. Which startled him and made him fall backward barely saving his life as one of the knuckle spikes nearly entered his throat. Then like any brave and manly man would do in his situation.

Jimmy screamed like a little girl as he scrambled backwards.

Leaning on the porch pole, Leonardo watched as Sheldon ran around with Dancer and Shelby. The women were busy inside cooking dinner as Clark put his hands on the railing watching the small boy. For he found it hard to believe Leonardo actually had a son.

"So what are you going to do?" Clark asked.

"Teach him, raise him and be part of his life. Liz says she wants to enter a relationship similar to what I have with Aurora, Raya and Kara." Leonardo answered. "I haven't quite told her about our more exciting parts such as abilities yet. However, I can tell she has her suspicions as Sheldon has begun to show signs of inheriting at least part of them."

The relationship means they would live separately, but have a lover relationship. Why she wanted such a thing, Leonardo didn't know nor felt like asking. Raya and Kara were the same and so as long as they are happy, then he will be too.

Suddenly both Leonardo and Clark's heads snapped up. For cries and screams suddenly appeared. Almost in sync, Clark and Leonardo shared a look before nodding. Then in a blink a pair of glasses were left on the railing alongside some loose clothes.
