Chapter 38: BOND
"You are not weak" I said as I hugged him tightly, pulling him towards myself. "You are not weak, you're not a failure"
I don't really know what I way doing, but I couldn't leave him like that. I didn't realize it until I held him and pressed him to my chest, I don't want him to cry.
"Bu... But i... I let all those people die" Kakashi said, his face was covered with tears which he rubbed all over my night grown as he cried and pushed himself closer to me. "I can't be a hero if I let people die because of me"
"Then you can be my hero" I whispered. "You can protect me always, no matter where I am, you can be my hero"
"I can be your hero" Kakashi said.
"Yes, even though you can't save the whole world. If you manage to save me when I'm in need, doesn't that still makes you an hero?" I advised. "So please, don't talk down on yourself. Don't talk down on my hero"
Kakashi looked up at me and I gave him a friendly smile. Kakashi eyes widened, it like he saw something in me that he didn't see the first time we met.
"Mom?" He called happily. "I so happy you're alive, I thought you were dead. Mum, I'm so sorry, I left Tokah alone and now I don't where she is. Please, I'm sorry mum, I'm so sorry"
Kakashi thinks I'm his mother!!!. I smiled and hugged him closer.
"I never left" I replied. He was going through a metal breakdown, I should try to calm him down.
"Where were then?"
"I was right here" I said and touched his chest. "I'm always in your heart, so I'm always with you. No matter where you are"
Kakashi smiled and hugged me again.
"Why don't you take your rest, I'll be right here by your side" I assured.
Kakashi nodded with a smile before closing his eyes.
_KAKASHI P.O.V._
"Can I sit with you?" My mom ask with a smile on her face.
I looked up at her and nodded. My mom walked down the stairs and sat beside me in the front yard, we both watched Tokah playing in the stream that flows through the barrier not too far from our house.
"Try not to get too dirty!" My mom yelled, Tokah turned around, she didn't say anything, she just gave us a pleasant smile and continued. "Kakashi?"
"Yes, mom" My mom had a serious look on her face.
"You and your sister, Tokah are the last of the Akatsuki clan and you both inherit the technique of our first leader" my mother said. "And you're both special"
"You always say that mom, is anything wrong?"
"Nothing" my mom smiled. "Just wanted to remind you to live a long life, or at least have a child or two, maybe even three"
"Mom!!, I'm just ten years old. Don't you think it's a little bit too early for that" I said shyly. "Besides, I want to be a hero when I grow up"
"Red and blue, sun and moon, fire and water" my mother recited it over and over again.
"What do you mean?"
My mom stood up and laughed silently.
"You're a strong boy, Kakashi. Always try to help others" my mother laughed again. "And try not to blame yourself for anything that happens"
My mom head fell of the floor as the blood spilled on my body.
"WAHHHHH AHH!!"I yelled and vomited.
I looked at the direction of Tokah but it became foggy, the fog became thicker and thicker. I tried to run to her but I was stopped, something was pulling my hands.
"Chains?" I looked at my hand and turned back to Tokah but I couldn't see her anymore.
The screams of children brought me back to reality, or back to the same nightmare. All my fellow inmates were fighting each other.
I stood there, I couldn't move, my eyes fixed on the horror that was displayed before me.
"Kakashi!, What are you doing?" Megumin yelled.
"I couldn't do anything. It's all my fault" I replied, no, the voice in my head told me.
"Snap out of it"

I jumped up from my bed, breathing heavily. I was in my room, that was just a nightmare.
"It was just a dream" I said.
My hand was shaking, my body was covered in sweat. It was a horrible nightmare. I looked around and saw Ayaka in the kitchen.
"Good morning, Kakashi"Ayaka greeted. "Having a bad dream"
"Uhh..Good morning" I stood up slowly then walked towards her. "No, it was nothing serious"
I replied then tried to take one of the Onigiri from the bowl but Ayaka slapped my hand.
"What the heck?" I snapped.
"Brush your teeth and take your bath first before you eat" Ayaka ordered. "We're going out"
"Okay, but can't I just take one" I pleaded.
"No" Ayaka yelled then gave me an angry look. "Go take your shower now. You're covered in sweat"
"Okay, okay" I raised my hand up signifying surrender and walked into the bathroom.

I came out about twenty minutes later and sat on the only chair that was in the room that was next to the desk.
"Ayaka, do you know the Akatsuki clan?" I adjusted myself on the chair.
Ayaka stood still for some time like she was thinking about something, before resuming motion.
"Akatsuki clan" she repeated like she didn't hear me the first time. "Yeah, I knew the Akatsuki clan"
"Knew?" I raised my eyebrows.
"You must have heard about the fall of the great three?"
Ayaka brought a plate of rice and onigiri and placed on the desk.
"As a matter of fact, I've not"
"Well, I'll explain later." She took out some clothes from the wardrobe and threw it on me. "Dress up we're going out"
"Where are we going?"
"Just hurry up. I want to show you something"
