To add to his uncertainty, Otsutsuki Hamura, who lived a thousand years ago, could not fully comprehend the concept of a virtual space. He couldn't grasp the potential of network development in advancing society.

In a way, Shin's virtual space shared similarities with the idea of "harvesting." However, rather than an abrupt, all-consuming approach, it would be a slow and steady method that respected the wisdom of the ninjas.

Shin's primary reason for wanting Tenseigan as the core of this virtual space was its ability to absorb chakra from the surroundings. Once operational, the virtual space powered by Tenseigan wouldn't just maintain itself but could continuously draw small amounts of chakra from across the world, accumulating it over time.

Though he wouldn't absorb it too aggressively, allowing people to adapt, the vast population of the ninja world would still yield an immense chakra.

Not only that, but the virtual space would also enable the development and exchange of ninjutsu. Shin envisioned this space as one where the rules of the real world were simulated, allowing ninjas to train and innovate with jutsus that went beyond reality's limits.

As the master of this space, Shin would possess considerable authority, allowing him to tap into the collective wisdom of everyone within it to refine his own skills.

In truth, the system of ninjutsu in this world had been progressing steadily. Over time, the capabilities of ordinary ninjas and the power of ninjutsu had reached new heights.

Jutsus like the Shadow Clone Jutsu, Flying Thunder God, Lightning Chakra Mode, Dust Release, Puppet Technique, and even the Seven Ninja Swords were all products of collaboration between clans following the formation of the ninja villages.

In those days, the ninja clans were only sharing techniques at a basic level, each guarding its most closely held secrets. Even so, the overall strength of the ninja world improved dramatically.

Each of the Second Hokages from the Five Great Nations was a top-tier researcher. They were products of the peak era of ninja collaboration. This cultural exchange birthed a generation of ninja scientists and innovators.

Shin anticipated that the establishment of a virtual space would spark a second wave of ninja innovation, surpassing even the advancements made since the formation of ninja villages.

Looking at Shin's eyes filled with determination, Otsutsuki Hamura frowned. "Virtual space… Can a virtual world really make a difference in this world? And wouldn't it be too dangerous? Once an ambitious person gains control, it could easily become another version of Infinite Tsukuyomi!"

Shin looked Hamura in the eye and nodded. "Elder Hamura, you're right. That's precisely why I need you to oversee the development of this virtual space."

"You don't think I could create a virtual space by myself under current conditions, do you?"

Otsutsuki Hamura studied Shin, noting the vast chakra radiating from his Rinnegan and the presence of Tenseigan in his possession. This overwhelming power was something even Hamura himself couldn't match in life; only his mother and brother, who had become the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, could compare.

Considering the Tenseigan's resonance with Shin, it dawned on Hamura that if Shin wished to create a technique akin to Infinite Tsukuyomi, he could likely achieve it eventually.

With this realization, Hamura's attitude softened. If Shin was set on creating a reality-altering virtual space, Hamura's fragmented chakra soul wouldn't be able to stop him. It was better to participate in the project and observe, increasing his chances of intervening if something went wrong.

Still, he wondered if Shin's promise to sustain his chakra body was genuine.

"If that's the case, then I'll assist in creating the virtual space. However, I'll need a source of chakra to maintain my chakra body, or else I'll soon fade away."

"That's an easy fix." Shin's hands filled with dark mist, and with the power of his Munch-Munch Fruit, he merged Tenseigan with Hamura's Chakra body. Moments later, a powerful surge of chakra erupted from Hamura's form, making his once-transparent body look almost real.

Hamura clenched his fists, surprise evident on his face. Previously, he had existed in Tenseigan merely in a parasitic state; Tenseigan could only minimize his Chakra depletion, not replenish it.

After Shin's adjustments, Hamura and Tenseigan became closely intertwined, almost as though he were the "spirit" of the Tenseigan itself. He could now draw chakra directly from Tenseigan, making his presence more stable.

While he couldn't use his power fully as an avatar, he was certainly strong enough to challenge multiple Kage-level ninjas simultaneously.

Shin's gesture—granting him control over Tenseigan—surprised Hamura. It showed a level of trust that made him more willing to consider Shin's virtual space plan.

But when he heard Shin's vision for the virtual space, Hamura's expression shifted.

"Simulate real-world conditions? Allow all ninjutsu to be practiced in the virtual world?"

"Ninjas can freely choose when to enter and exit?"

"Instant communication within the virtual world, regardless of distance?"

"Change Chakra properties and even synthesize Kekkei Genkai?"

"Freely share memories and experiences in the virtual space?"

"Big data assessments for ninja skills and psychological profiles within the virtual space?"

After listening to Shin's requests, Hamura rolled his eyes and threw up his hands. "Sorry, but you're asking for too much. I can't do that!"

"This isn't a virtual space anymore; it's practically a second reality! And an unbelievable reality, at that!"
