This Isn't Canon! (Or that time I reincarnated into an AU-Naruto)

Chapter 27: The Timeskip

It was two months since she 'awakened' Sasuke's Sharingan, and she was just about ready to strangle someone. Having to change her bedsheets and use the one Jutsu learned in Kunoichi classes, needless to say, she wasn't happy. 'Fucking puberty again. At least the Jutsu blocks the blood.'  Letting out a growl - an actual one, she'd begin to do breakfast. "None of you are getting food, I heard that chuckle from one of you." Going about her day and getting ready, at one point she'd freeze and rapidly blink. "Are you serious? Really?"

Staring at the golden chain that had just opened her apartment door, completely and utterly baffled. "Really? I unlocked them because of PUBERTY? That makes no sense! So many Uzumaki awaken them -" Taking a deep inhale she closed her door. "I've officially decided, that today doesn't exist." She proceeded to plop into her bed and close her eyes.

-A different day-

"I hate this month." Resting on top of the roof she stared at the tall man in a coat and hat, and the blonde boy with two whiskers in a red no-sleeve jacket and long-sleeved blue undershirt. 'Fuck. Of course, it's this cliche.' Closing her eyes for a moment she'd finally let out a sigh. "All of you are to leave me. Tell Gramps we have visitors, and that if anyone fucks this up I'll personally rip their heart out. I'll explain later." None of them moved. 'Fucking idiots. When your Jinchuriki Sensor orders you to leave you fucking leave.'

She stared at each of the ANBU pouring the entirety of her Intent onto them. The sheer frustration, malice, and insanity gained through her seemingly infinite time in the void crashed down onto each of them as her eyes for a brief moment gained a slitted red. "Go." They scrambled.

Letting out another sigh, she'd drop to the ground. "You aren't supposed to be here, Sasuke. Y'know?" Her feet touched the ground as she stared up into the eyes of an adult Sasuke and a teenage Boruto. 'Tch, my own son is taller than me.'

Both her possible future child and Sasuke's eye(s) widened. "How-"

"You think I wouldn't recognize you, y'know? Just because you're older doesn't stop me from sensing your Sharingan, and whatever is in that eye hidden behind your bangs."

-Sasuke-

'This isn't our Universe.' It was a startling revelation, but one backed by his Rinnegan. This wasn't Naruto wearing a henge - it was an actual female Naruto. Not only that, the village was different, although he hadn't said that aloud to Boruto yet. "I see."

"Who are you?!?" 'Damnit Boruto, that's your da- mom?' Naruko sighed.

"I'm going to assume I abandoned you or something, no child of mine would be this stupid. Anyways, what are you doing here Sasuke and Spawn?" Sasuke twitched. 'This Naruto is a bit... different.'

'There's really no point in hiding it.' "Someone was intending to come to the past to take the Kyuubi's chakra." 'She clearly knows about the Kyuubi already based on what I sensed earlier.'

Naruko groaned. "Of course. Shoulda figured you wouldn't come here to joyride or to do something simple like take over the world."

"Wait Sasuke are you saying this is -"

"Yes. Yes, she is." Naruko's eyes narrowed. 'That look in her eyes, that calculating gleam.'

"I see. So you didn't just time travel, you also come from a different Universe or Reality, one in which I'm your dad instead of your mom." 'She has all of the wisdom of her adult self, and yet she's so young. What else is different?'

"Eh?!? How'd you know?" Naruko sighed, again.

"Did I really abandon him? I can't see myself abandoning my kid, but he's not even reacting this way on purpose to be an asshole like I do, y'know." Sasuke looked down at Boruto for a moment.

"It's complicated."

"Hey, what does that mean?!?" Naruko snorted.

"Alright, come to my apartment. I assume you'll be deleting my memories once this is over so we can talk it over there." 'This version of Naruto is far too smart. It's like the worst hybrid combination between Kakashi, Naruto, and Shikamaru.'

-Naruko-

'Ugh. I had hoped I wouldn't have to deal with Alien Chakra Eaters, but it seems like this confirms I'll have to deal with them eventually, even if it's cause they accidentally enter this Universe. Urashiki though, hm? This'll be annoying. He'll struggle to take my chakra because of the seal, but at the same time if it was any of the other Otsutsuki apart from Isshiki Sasuke could just deal with it. Worst comes to worse he could have gotten some help from Nagato.'

She opened up her apartment door and stepped in. "Come on in, well. I suppose I only have to invite Sasuke in." Strolling over to her kitchen table and sitting down at it she'd rest her head on her hand. "Alright, so who intends to take K-chans chakra?" The look on Sasuke's face that briefly passed by was absolutely amusing. Boruto seemed generally confused, which to be fair, is what most Genin were. Confused. "I mean the Kyu- actually do you know K-chan's name?" Sasuke nodded. "I mean Kurama Boruto. Now, whose intending to steal his chakra?"

"His name is Urashiki he's a member of the Akatsu-" She raised a finger.

"Don't try to lie to me Sasuke. There's not a person alive that can do that unless I let them." He grimaced slightly.

"His name is Urashiki he's a member of the Otsutsuki clan." Naruko sighed, cutting off what else Sasuke was going to say.

"So more than likely me in the future was too strong or well guarded, so he intends to absorb my Chakra and K-chans, then head back empowered. Considering his name is Otsutsuki, I should expect a Rinnegan?" Sasuke's visible eye narrowed.

"How do you know about the Otsutsuki?"

"K-chan and I have tea time every Tuesday, he then proceeds to rip my Chakra body apart and eat it alive once he realizes that he actually wants to still pretend he hates me." She wasn't particularly lying either. Although she had said to him she'd only see him when she got stuck in the barrier - well, she was a Shinobi. She also got bored.

Sasuke closed his visible eye. "Aah. I see your version of me isn't as insane. How wonderful! Anyway, I understand why you're here considering what I'm beginning to think is a Rinnegan under those bangs - which by the way is much better than the duckbutt look, but why's my spawn here?"

Boruto had quite a grumpy look on his face, especially considering she had been deriding him this entire time. "My name is Boruto, and I'm here to protect you!" She stared at him for a moment, before her lips quirked up.

"Aah. You do have a little bit of spine. Good. With how quiet you were, I was beginning to suspect you like being derided." Her eyes turned back towards Sasuke. "Now, his actual abilities?"

"He can fly, has a chakra fishing pole that can take chakra, chakra blasts, has a teleportation Jutsu, and can create Origami to attack people."

She tapped her lip. "So it seems like teleportation and stealing chakra is his main way of fighting. Then the answer is obvious. Let him stick me with that fishing pole every time he tries to get someone's chakra, then you cut his head off."

Boruto's eyes widened, while Sasuke's began to have a hint of understanding, "What?!? Why'd we do that, his whole point is to take your chakra!"

Naruko would shake her head. "It appears like the me in your Universe got rid of the Eight-Trigrams seal. If he truly wanted to take all of Kurama's chakra, it would take weeks, if not months or years. As for if he wants to break the seal, that would take him far too much time, and he can't do it mid-combat. Besides, each of my Shadow Clones also has the Eight-Trigrams seal. Even if I use K-chan's chakra, it should only very slightly increase his absorption rate." Was she abusing meta-knowledge? Yes. Was she also deriding Boruto and ignoring him to the best of her capabilities because she knew that this specific child of hers would never exist in this Universe? Also yes.

"That... could work." Naruko rolled her eyes at Sasuke's comment.

"Of course it will. The hard part will be explaining to Gramps why I scared the shit out of my guards. Which of course, you'll be doing - because I'm gonna take a nap."

She proceeded to close her eyes. Explaining to gramps? Nope! Let the adult do it. 'Also have to talk to K-chan.'

Reaching into her seal, she'd find herself standing once more in front of his cage. "What do you want now Uzumaki?" There was less hatred in his voice, but significantly more exhaustion. That was kind of a win, right?

"Soooo... There's an Otsutsuki from the future that's coming to take your chakra."

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

"I refuse to believe you."

"I'm telling the truth I'm afraid. Trust me. I'd rather not deal with Space Chakra Eaters, grandmother is more than enough." He stared at her for a long while before...

"What do you want me to do?" She smiled.

"How would you like to-"

...

...

"You're insane." There was pure shock in his voice, yet she maintained a peaceful smile on her face.

"I know, but I trust you." He stared at her for a while before grimacing.

"Fine. Just this once, I'll give as much as I can without harming the seal." She grinned up at him.

"I knew I could trust you K-chan! Now how about a hug?" She walked into the seal. He, of course, as expected, skewered her like a posciple. She giggled before disappearing.

-Minato-

'I wonder what the name is? KuramaNarukoDualCombinationBarrage? KuramaNarukoLinkingHeavens? Ugh, no. Not good enough. But why does he have to keep skewering my daughter?!?'

-Naruko-

Waking up she'd groggily blink. "Oh, you weren't an elaborate hallucination." Looking around her apartment she'd notice it was just Sasuke.

"Indeed. I explained parts of the situation to Hiruzen." She nodded.

"So where's my son?" She'd raise a finger twirling it around, clearly indicating he wasn't in the apartment.

"He went to explore the village. He wanted to see it how it used to be." She nodded.

"Aah. Good for him. I'm sure it's changed a lot." He did the typical Uchiha Hn,

"Indeed, but instead, why don't we talk about you - more specifically, who you are." She stared for a moment, before a wry smirk.

"You're the first to actually notice, y'know? Sure others have realized I'm different, but none of them have called it out." He continued to stare, eye narrowed.

She let out a sigh. 'Of course, he'd want a more concrete answer.' Naruko made two clones before she reached out one hand, and her clones reached out one each as well. First, a chakra bubble appeared, before slowly multiple rasengans appeared in it, which began to bounce off each other. "Does that answer your question?"

His eye widened. "I see." He didn't say it out loud, but she knew he recognized the Jutsu. 'Perhaps even Naruto wouldn't recognize it - but it makes sense he does. He explored the entire Shinobi world, alongside other dimensions looking for traces of Otsutsuki.'

"Indeed. Now you know why I'm not quite all there in the head." 'I'd probably be more sane if I actually did have a thousand years of transmigration memories. No, this is far worse.' "Now, would you like some tea?"

Two days passed, with Boruto causing all sorts of trouble that both she and Sasuke had to fix. But it was on the third day that... "Oh. That's not the best." Sasuke raised an eyebrow. "Look at the front door." Sasuke turned his head and proceeded to freeze.

"Oh."

"Hey, what's wrong." Naruko had a blank look on her face.

"It appears, that Sasuke's brother has come to Konoha to check on him, and has just happened to come while you're both still here. Of course, being Itachi - he instantly realized who Sasuke was. He has a brother radar you see." 'Actually, more than likely he just has some kind of bloodline-based seal placed on Sasuke, or himself.'

"Well Sasuke, aren't you going to open the door?"

The following few minutes had to be the most hilarious few minutes of her entire life. Seeing Sasuke try to flounder around him not being Sasuke, Itachi calmly sipping tea in his Akatsuki cloak while calmly asking Boruto about how Sasuke's life had been, and of course Boruto himself floundering.

"They aren't just from the future Itachi, they're also from a different Universe." He simply raised an eyebrow before taking a sip of his tea.

"Doesn't matter, he's still my little brother." She shru-

Her head turned to the southwest. Opening up her Mind's Eye of Kagura she slowly sighed. "As much as I loved witnessing this reunion it appears the Alien Space God Chakra Eater is in Training Ground 7... How fitting." Standing up she'd roll her neck. "Joining us Itachi?" A smile would briefly flash by his face.

"Of course." Sasuke made a face briefly before saying,

"Don't use your Mangekyou. Who knows the negative side effects to the timeline if you do." In response, Itachi simply turned on his Mangekyou Sharingan, but instead of his original three-bladed Shuriken Pattern, there were now six blades, with each of the blades having a hole at the tip of them. 'As expected. MS Itachi wouldn't have that 'oomph' if he needed to regularly deal with Nagato...'

"Our universe is a bit different Sasuke." Quirking her lips she'd open her apartment door. "Now out of my apartment, god slaying time!" 'Kurama.' "I'm ready. I still don't like the first part of the plan." 'Would you like a rampaging adult me with Sixth Paths power coming to our Universe if his son died? Alongside his potentially Tensigan Wife?' In response there was silence.

She waved at each person, only derogatorily reaching up to pat Boruto on the top of his head, which got a grumble. 'This other me really needs to teach him some sensing skills. Didn't even notice the Chakra Seed.'

Locking up her apartment, she hopped up onto Sasuke's shoulders, causing him to stumble. "Onward into battle steed. If we die I'm blaming you!"

A few moments later they were in Training Ground Seven. 'Told you he was real.' "Fuck you." 'No thank you, my Henge isn't that good yet.'

Staring at him for a moment as he began to monologue - something about knowing they'd be here earlier than him she simply said, "Itachi." The next second his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan activated, but in response, Urashiki's eyes glowed blue, and he instantly turned his eyes to the ground.

"Oh? Whose this? I don't recognize you. That chakra... Perhaps this will truly have been a worthwhile trip." She snorted.

"We found out his special ability, either going to the past a few seconds or foreseeing the future." Of course, she and Itachi said that at the exact same time. 'Really Sasuke and Boruto, a bit slow on the uptake, huh?'

"How-?"

"We're just smarter than you."

"It's obvious."

She shrugged and hopped off Sasuke's shoulders. "Anyways. You made a mistake coming here, I don't know how you fucked up bad enough to come to my Universe, but all I have is one word for you - fucking databook bitch."

Both Naruko and Boruto were instantly surrounded by golden flames. Instantly, her seal shifted spreading across the entirety of her stomach, chest, arms, and legs. Behind her four see-through golden flaming tails appeared. 'Ooh, this is cool. Probably because this is a willing KCM1 but the seal is fully intact so I couldn't extract all his chakra?' "Close enough." Looking over at Boruto, she'd whistle seeing the one tail behind him.

Looking around, Naruko slowly gained a smirk. "I bet none of you expected that. Or this." A clone proceeded to materialize mid-air with no cloak on and Roundhouse kicked Urashiki down to the ground. "Did I mention I can sneak up on anyone I want?" Seeing the looks on everyone's faces she'd ask, "What?"

Itachi didn't respond but it was Sasuke that said, "That cloak of yours... it shouldn't be so strong." A giggle left her mouth.

"I told you, databook." Then Boruto asked,

"When did you give me your Chakra?"

"Back in the apartment when I ruffled your hair, now team! Plan kill a god is a go!" Forming a cross sign a humongous poof of smoke would fill the area, and all of a sudden the entire tree tops were filled with clones, each of them having one golden chakra tail behind them. Her own cloak dropped from four tails to three tails, and her seal receded slightly to only being on her stomach and chest.

Then, they all moved. Urashiki's chakra was already the weakest out of the named Otsutsuki, even arguably Toneris. His chakra was lower because of his stint through time. Then - every time he tried to use his fishing rod a clone would jump in front of it. Even worse, whenever he tried to use another attack - he had to face an EMS Itachi and his Totsuka Mirror. 'I can't help but feel like we're bullying him. This isn't even fun! It's just kinda sad.'

The worst part is that he was surviving because of his special Rinnegan ability. "Alright, new plan."

In a moment when Itachi was free, she'd Shunshin behind him. "Shadow Clone time." Slapping him on the back, she'd transfer the majority of her Kyuubi Chakra into him, causing her to drop to one tail, and him to gain a two-tail cloak.

"Aah, thank you Naruko." In her senses, Itachi wasn't actually all that more powerful. His speed was only very slightly faster, the same with his strength. But, as already learnt the Shadow Clone Jutsu really meshed well with Bijuu Chakra. 'Of course, Itachi's base chakra reserves are still significantly higher than mine as of this moment.'  Flipping through the singular seal necessary, twenty Itachi's with no Kyuubi Cloak would appear, and each of them would instantly use Susanoo.

'Where gonna fight him one day.' "NO UZUMAKI! I FEEL THAT BLOODLUST. NO! PICK SOMEONE ELSE! NO CONTAINER OF MINE WILL HAVE A UCHIHA PARTNER." She shrugged. 'Alright. I'm just saying he'd be a good sparring partner.' "That's what Kushina thought too." Aww, Kurama was so cute when he grumbled!

Focusing back into the fight she wouldn't really have much left to do. This slaughter was going to turn infinitely worse. A few minutes later Urashiki was stabbed through the chest with the Totsuka Blade. 'I can't help but feel this fight would have been significantly harder if Urashiki wasn't so exhausted. Oh well. From what I remember he got slaughtered by dumb me and Boruto anyways in the end.'

'Shame Urashiki isn't a girl, I could make the joke.' Shutting off Itachi, Boruto, and her cloaks she'd roll her neck. "Who wants some ramen? Oh, also one of you should go mindfuck the village. Pretty sure everyone saw Itachi's twenty Susanoos, and his full body Susanoo."

A few days later Itachi was gone, back to whatever he did in between spying on Sasuke. Boruto & Sasuke were back in a different universe's future. Luckily, considering the fact that she was wildly different, Itachi had EMS, and so many different factors that Boruto and Sasuke learned about in their nearly week-long stay, they had decided not to attempt to mindwipe her. 'Which is good, because I had a bunch of contingencies in case they planned that.'

But finally, it seemed like life was going back to normal. 'What's the worst that could happe- Fuck.'

-Clone-

"You can come out now." The mature voice of her male counterpart sounded out on top of the Hokage Building. Dropping her invisibility Jutsu and her Presence Deletion which wasn't an actual Jutsu, she'd have a smile on her face.

"I figured you'd be able to sense me." Naruto had a smile on his face as he explained,

"Your Kurama has too much Killing Intent for me not to sense it. Why are you here Naruko?" She'd sigh.

"Tsk, shoulda expected K-chan would make me not able to show off. First off, here." Pulling out a tri-pronged Kunai she'd flip it on over to him, which he'd quickly grab.

"Not sure how many years it'll be until I learn how to use it, but I'm sure if you know how to use it you could use it to trace your way back if needed." Naruto quickly pocketed it.

"Thank you, but I'm sure that's not why you came here." A grin would appear on her face.

"You're right. I came to warn you. I'm not sure if you have the memories of our Original Transmigration - Ashura, but from what I heard you don't know about another threat. When Kaguya came to our planet she had a partner - one vastly more powerful than her or any other Otsutsuki you've encountered. From what I remember from other-dad, he was so vastly more powerful it was incalculable."

There was a heavy look in his eyes as he muttered, "There's always another one." Naruko nodded in response.

"There's an entire clan out them, hell, maybe an entire planet or multiple planets. I don't know much about his abilities, but I know that Hagoromo thought that Hamura, Asura, Kaguya, himself and myself wouldn't have been able to take him down together. I suggest you get training other me." Naruto let out a heavy sigh before his mouth formed a kind smile.

"Thank you Naruko." She waved it off.

"No problem me. Oh right, from what I can tell Boruto should be quite talented with Fuinjutsu and Space Ninjutsu. Get Sasuke to learn Fuinjutsu, and you should start abusing your Shadow Clone training again." He'd nod along.

"I thought Boruto would be. I was waiting till he was a bit more mature however. As for Sasuke..." He sighed. "He can be stubborn." She snorted. "As for Shadow Clones, I can't. I'm sure you know the only reason I could abuse that was because I could trick the technique with Kurama's chakra."

She rolled her eyes. "Seal your chakra, make the shadow clones, and then instantly undo the seal. Your chakra can then link up with them all." He blinked, before scratching the back of his head.

"Aah. That would work." She snorted.

"Oh, and seeing someone with Six Paths Chakra and no Truth-Seeking Balls is fucking dumb. Now that you know how to train get them back will you? Can't believe a version of me would allow themselves to not be the coolest person around..." With that said and not allowing him to respond she'd pop.

-Naruko a couple months later-

"You want me to what?"

"You heard me."

"I'm not even an official Shinobi!" Hiruzen shrugged.

"So?"

"So?!? You're asking me to review every Chunin Instructor at the academy, as well as the teaching methods of the Special Jonin and Jonin-sensei! That's insane!"

He nodded. "Yet you're the only one able to use Shadow Clones the way you do. Don't forget you owe me for overlooking that incident a couple of months back." She grimaced.

"Fine. But I expect this to reflect well on my official record, AND my bank account."

"Of course my dear! I know you'll do a great job. Besides, it's not like you're doing a better job teaching the Academy students Taijutsu than the normal instructors already." There was a gleam in his eyes. 'Nope. Ignore that. Nopeeee.' "It's not like you'll soon be able too-"

"Bye Gramps!" She popped out of existence and promptly deleted those last two sentences from her mind. 'Nope. Didn't happen.'

-A week later-

Staring down as Kakashi evaluated his newest team he failed, she couldn't help but roll her eyes before jotting it down. 'Why is it that everyone seems to be a horrific sensei? Oh, wait. BECAUSE NONE OF THEM WHERE TAUGHT HOW TO BE ONE!'

Rolling her eyes she'd flip through the rest of her notepad. 'Alright. Well, the good news is that... Eh. The ANBU Instructors are good? Yeah, that makes sense. Same with ROOT. Was I supposed to do ANBU and ROOT? Ah who cares, I did anyway. The Special Jonin are actually pretty decent as well, it's just that their students will be weaker on average because they can't afford the same equipment, or teach the same level of Jutsu, Taijutsu, etc. As for the Jonin... They just kind of brute force it. A few are pretty good. As for the genin & chunin corps training...' She grimaced.

The genin stuck with no actual sensei were truly fucked over. 'They'd be better off just being given access to a library, and once a week or once a month Q&A's and demonstrations compared to what is literally just a form of Boot Camp training that won't help them. The Chunin aren't even given training, access to higher forms of Jutsu, or access on how to train to the next step, besides Elemental Manipulation. Whereas the Jonin have access to just about all the information of Konoha about everything.'

Finalizing the nearly one-hundred-page report made by a liberal number of Shadow Clones, she'd head on over to where Gramps was - which was actually home for once. 'Oh, it's nighttime. Oh well.' Like the normal sentient human being she was, she knocked on his bedroom window.

A moment later Gramps opened the window, his fingers smudged with Ink. "Yes, Naruko?" She waved the notepad around.

"I have your report. You want the good news or the bad news?"

"Come on in, and the good news first please." She slipped through the window before plopping down on a chair.

"Alright, so the good news. Your ANBU and ROOT Instructors are doing their job - albeit with wartime coming the ROOT Instructors should be focusing a bit more on widescale Ninjutsu instead of assassination and one on one." His face twitched.

"The other bit of good news is that a lot of the Special Jonin instructors are actually quite good. Minor critiques for most of them, it's just that they can't teach certain Jutsu, don't have the expertise for certain Taijutsu, and most importantly don't have funds for better teaching equipment. If they were given access to more funds they should be able to produce the same quality of Shinobi as Jonin, and then you could have Jonin teach them the higher level stuff after all most of the Special Jonin are only Jonin area in one field, and that is... rough." Hiruzen hummed intrigued.

"The specifics are in your report?" Naruko nodded

"As for your Jonin, to put it bluntly, most of them don't know how to be a sensei. They were never taught, and almost every Jonin is a genius compared to 95% of every other Shinobi. I have performance reviews for all of them. The reason that a squad usually ends up with one Shinobi stronger than the other two is really obvious when you start looking at them all..." Shaking her head slightly she continued,

"Onto the Genin and Chunin Corps. They're fucking horrible. Give the Genin Corps access to a bunch of D-Rank and C-Rank scrolls, Taijutsu Styles, Training Methods, unclassified battle reports, etc. It'll be better than whatever that bullshit is. Once a month or even once a week when possible have a Jonin come down and answer their questions and give visual aids when necessary. For the Chunin Corps, do something similar. It's insane that only Jonins have access to a library - if this is done about 30-45% of the Genin Corps would become Chunin, and about 10-15% of the Chunin Corps would become Jonin. 10% of the Genin Corps would become Special Jonin and an unquantifiable amount of the Chunin Groups would become Special Jonin. This is, of course, only taking into account the next few years. Once again this is all in the report on the specifics. Of course, this is all inside of Konoha. As for the rest of Fire Country, I can't comment on."

Throughout her entire speech, Hiruzen turned more and more thoughtful. "I see, thank you, and the academy?" Naruko shrugged,

"The academy is fine for producing students who understand the value of teamwork. My only two suggestions are supervised D-Rank for the final year, and a complete restructuring of the Kunoichi classes. Either they should be mandatory for everyone, or only certain classes should be mandatory and the rest are opt-in. The actual course content is perfectly fine, although whoever did the seduction course needs to be slapped upside the head because that's way too formal. If I wanted to nitpick, then I'd say there should be a significant number of group spars, or even class on class spars."

He closed his eyes in pain. "I don't want to know why you believe you know better when it comes to Seduction. Thank you Naruko, leave the report on my desk, after I read through it I'll place your mission pay into your bank account." Nodding she'd slap her notepad on the desk.

"Thank Gramps! Oh right, by the way - I also reviewed the clans. Don't tell them though, cause they'll be really pissed that I memorized most of their actually really easy-to-use Jutsu - None of which should be classified as 'Hiden' and should just be a normal part of Konoha, bye!"

She jumped out his window, grinning in response to the loud groan. 'Sucks to suck. Not like you didn't do the same once Gramps. "Master of all Jutsu in Konoha, even the Hiden!" '

-Two days later-

"Wooh. That's a lot of Ramen Money... wonder what he ranked it as?"

-A month later.-

"You want me to what?"

"You heard me, as we haven't implemented your recommended changes to the Academy yet, but have done so for the Genin Corps, we've found that we have an influx of D-Ranks, as such I'm asking you to send out a few clones a day to deal with them. I'll still have Genin take on things like Babysitting - but you can do the more manual labor tasks and the like. That way we can quickly clear them up and there won't be overflow."

Naruko stared at him for a little while, eyes narrowed. "Fine. Don't think I don't see you playing some kind of game old man. I know you're planning something, y'know!" He smiled.

"I have no idea what you mean Naruko, have a good day now."

-A month later-

'Fuck. D-Ranks. Seriously.'

-Another month later-

Freeeeeeeeeeeeedommmmmmm.

-Four Months Later, Naruko's birthday.-

"You know Gramps, making a habit of fighting me on my birthday is kind of messed up." A small smile would remain on his face as he twirled an ordinary staff around his hands.

"What do you mean Naruko? I just have to make sure to check your progress every year." She rolled her eyes. "Alright, don't hold back. I want to see everything you have." Staring at him for a moment, she'd eventually nod.

Taking a deep breath, her eyes would turn slitted and red, before a bubbling red chakra cloak formed around her. One bubbling red chakra tail would form behind her as her chakra exploded. "Oh? Impressive. I knew you were privately training in the Kyuubi's chakra. But I didn't expect you'd be able to use the Kyuubi's chakra this easily already." She didn't comment on his knowledge - after all, when she started to train for one tail she had purposefully shown where she heading to Tenzo. 'It's still weird Konoha has two wood-style users.'

"Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu" Fifty clones, each with slitted red eyes appeared around her. "Taijutsu first?"

Hiruzen nodded before planting his staff into the ground. Immediately Naruko and ten clones charged forward turning into blurs to the human eye. Every blow, every kick was easily dodged, deflected, or reflected. "Impressive. You're easily one of the fastest in the village. You should start working on upper body strength soon, however." He went on the offensive, and each blow struck at one of her clones popping them, before he sent a kick toward her stomach that sent her careening backward. Coughing slightly she'd grimace. 'Sometimes I forget that he wasted a lot of his chakra while still 'depressed' in that fight versus Orochimaru and yet he still managed to seal two Hokage, and nearly managed to take out Orochimaru too. Not to mention, he's obviously stronger here.' "I'd rate your Taijutsu chunin level although on the upper ends of it, but your speed is obviously Jonin-level even without using Kyuubi Chakra. Bukijutsu next?"

Saying that he'd slip out a Kunai. Standing up Naruko slowly nodded, and slipped out an ordinary Kunai, and ten of her clones did the same. 'This one should hopefully be a bit closer.'

Rushing forward, soon there was a cacophony of blades clashing against each other. Indeed, this fight was massively different, and a smile soon appeared on Hiruzen's face. "Impressive. Indeed, you've truly mastered Minato's scroll in this regard - on a technical level your Kunai usage has reached Kage Level - in practice you're closer to an Elite Jonin, however." All of a sudden he would massively speed up as wind chakra could be seen visibly surrounding him, and all of the clones would be popped. "It seems that you just need more experience in combat, as well as you need to learn how to implement the Elements into your Hand-to-hand combat." With that said, he clashed with her before a moment later sending her back.

-An hour later-

With a bead of sweat dripping down his face Hiruzen would have a huge smile plastered across his face as he stood above Naruko who was splayed across the ground. "Truly impressive! If it wasn't for the fact that you're just starting on your second Element and that your Taijutsu needs some work, you could be a Jonin. Now, do you know why we had this spar Naruko?" 'He has that look on his face.'

With a weary look, she'd slowly say, "Because you love your granddaughter and want to test her progress?"

"Well, yes - of course! But also..." Clapping his hands an ANBU would shunshin next to him holding a headband and a Chunin Flack Jacket. She stared.

"Congratulations Naruko, you're officially a Chunin - which means you're also officially the first Academy Overseer. Your duties include, well, overseeing the academy."

She stared unblinkingly. 'Noooooooooo. You can't do this to me, old man! I wasn't even intending to graduate!' "Isn't that great? Since you did such a good job, I figured you'd love this!" 'No, you don't think I'd love this! I know that look on your face! You're just doing this because it's war time and you're afraid I'll do something crazy if you don't have me doing something!'

Putting on a strained smile she'd finally say, "Thanks Gramps. I'm sure I'll love it."

"I'm sure you will! Besides, didn't you complain about Kunoichi classes? You are the Overseer now after all." Slowly blinking thoughts would churn in her head. 'This isn't just about having me do something because the war is about to start. He's placing me in an official place of power. Over the next generation.' Looking over Gramps she'd finally realize, 'He's looking for a replacement. Kakashi left ANBU, he's placing me as Academy Overseer, and I haven't seen Coyote in a while.' "As a congratulations gift here's the second Namikaze scroll, although you haven't mastered all that was in the first one yet."

"Thanks... does that mean I'm obligated to beat up all the Academy Students and the Instructors?"

"If that's what you think will help you make sure everything is running properly in the academy."

She grinned.

-End of Timeskip... For now.-
